I had a great experience at PC Richards. My fiancé and I went there to look at some washer and dryers. The employee, Scott, who had helped us was exceptional. He wasn't your typical pushy salesman. He was very patient with us as we took our time looking at the variety of washers and dryers. However, the brand new refrigerator I bought frosted in less than 24 hours. I turned the temp down even though it's a no frosting refrigerator. But it frosted more and than had little rain drops from the top and a thin sheet of ice on everything. I called on the weekend and they said the service guy would come on Wednesday and I would get a call Tuesday with a arrival window. about 620pm Tuesday and no call. So I call and the guy says no they call you in the morning of arrival. Ok so not only do I have to wait for their arrival time, I have to sit home waiting for a call for when their arrival window will be. The guy was pretty rude as well, Well that's how it is, what can I do.... Of course you ask for the manager and WOW he is the manager. Never will I go to PC Richards again. If I wanted a frig that frosted I would have kept my own. Then I get a call back that there isn't even a service call scheduled for me. What!!!! I called the guy reviewed my order and sets it up. So if I waited for Wednesday for my service call time I would have been waiting for nothing. Of course they can't get their till Thursday which is not good for me, so want to push it off till Friday. I told them I wanted a brand new refrigerator at my house. Well we have to have a technician say it's defective. So wait for them to say it's defective then have to wait for them to come deliver another refrigerator. I asked for the person in charge and of course, it's the guy standing right next to him. What a convenience. He's was no help in any way. Well this is how it is and that's all. I will try to have someone there. Yeah ok that will happen. I said I want a brand new refrigerator there when their service technicians say it's defective and he said I can see what I can do. Then says I can tell you the service technicians will not have a brand new one that comes from the deliver. Ok so why say you would see what you can do???? Nothing but a bunch of used car salesman there. Next I'm calling the BBB. read more

Quite disappointed. Purchased a Miele dishwasher, salesman was wishy-washy on whether they had it in stock, of course they didn't. Took a week and a half for them to get the dishwasher, then they scheduled the install for a friday night between 4:30 and 8:30/p...totally stupid. Won't buy from them again, very disorganized. read more

We have made several big purchases from PC Richard over the past 7 years, and they have all went flawlessly. We purchased a TV and surround sound system, a washer and dryer, a bed, and another TV. Their salespeople are always friendly and helpful and never pushy. Their delivery people are polite and really know what they are doing. If you have ever had anything big delivered, you know this is a minor miracle. I am writing this review now because we just moved. In the past two weeks, we have had a moving company destroy our TV (and refuse to compensate us) and have had to cancel a huge furniture order from a big furniture company because they basically lost our order and were super rude. So, I really appreciate the honest business practices at PC Richard. We just had our new mattress delivered from PC Richard and everything went great. I wish they sold furniture. I wish they did moving. I really feel like this company is honest and straightforward. If they can give you a deal, they will and if they can't, they will explain why. They have nice products and will deliver exactly what you order without a problem. As someone who has recently had dealings with some seedy companies, I highly recommend PC Richard. I can not say enough good things about this store and the salesperson RJ and the manager Joe Vasquez. I found both of them to be helpful, knowledgable and kind. They have helped me pick out TV's , stereo equipment, washer and dryers and all new kitchen appliances when I redid my kitchen. I even bought new beds for my kids. They do not just try to sell you the most expensive stuff, they ask what you are looking for and help find what you need. The prices at PC Richard have always been better then Best Buy or anywhere else. Have gone to them MULTIPLE times and always the same great service! I have had one problem with a appliance I bought their and their customer service took care of it right away with no issues. Could not have done it without RJ and Joe. I went to buy a refrigerator at PC Richard and knew that the space would be tight. I told them to measure to make sure that it would fit prior to my ordering the refrig. Their technician came and said that the refrig would fit. When the refrig was delivered it did not fit and one door could not open. They took my old refrig away and left me with nothing working properly. When I went back to the store they told me that I could have a smaller model but would charge me more money. When I mentioned to the store manager this would go on Yelp, he agreed to charge me the same price for a smaller model. The next refrig came and they promised it would fit this time and it still does not fit, the door only partially opens. I wrote to one of the owners but was completely ignored. The refrig that is in my house only partially opens and now the water leaks all over my floor. They have made 2 repair visits and the water still leaks. They use to be concerned about customer service but don't seem to care any more. Beware! read more

We picked out a washer and dryer in the store and had a great experience. The technician that came to the house to install both products was great. He really knew what he was talking about and was extremely nice during the process. He even set up the washer and dryer in a way that will be easy to transfer the clothes from one to the other without me asking for it. awful customer service. People just sit around and do nothing in this location,. If you ask for manager he will just say his hands are tied and do nothing.Purchased a Wolf Microwave from here. It went out of service in a week of installation. Calling PC Richard to resolve this issue every single day. It is 2 weeks. They are just figuring out how to help us. awful place. No body works here. This review is more about customer service then the actual store. This is where I bought my new refrigerator and upon installation I had a flood in my basement due to faulty connection of the ice maker. I had a lot of items on my shelves that were damaged ranging from watches to clothes to cameras. I called my sales person who told me he could not help with this and I had to call customer service. Customer service sent someone out in a few days to fix this all the while I was collecting water in buckets. No one responded to my damages so I called back and they told me that the claim was closed because they fixed the problem. After a long conversation they reopened the claim as no one had addressed the damage the flood caused. I was told someone would call me in 72 hours to handle this. It is 3 months later and nothing has been done. I keep calling and every time they tell me it's closed and they have to reopen it. My basement is still in disarray. I don't want to remove anything as I am assuming an adjuster has to come to assess the damages. I would never purchase anything from them again. Can u imagine what would happen if I did not pay the bill for my fridge. Very frustrating and disappointing. DON'T BUY HERE. There are plenty of other stores where prices are the same. read more
