Told me told call Apple, I just don't know what they'd be able to tell me? He got kind of defensive because I was asking why I would get this email. I was just trying to understand it. I got on iCloud and set to erase if it's ever turned on, just hoping it's enough that they don't get any information off that phone, seems like someone's trying to get into it (even if not turned on). I'd ask to keep old electronics and destroy yourself. Now if you bathrooms were down truly, I would have been approached or my sister would have been approached from that lack luster and I dare say pathetic level of service set of employees - if they are truly down it would have been seconds seconds to say unfortunately they are down and we do apologize but offer some Level of concern but to shrug and giggle at someone else's misfortune of having a disease that sometime has spontaneous consequences. Corporate - these so called employees are killing your business. You are losing revenue shares and business to other supply stores due to their nonchalant personalities. Nate was the Tech on duty and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He took the PC in and within 24 hours called me back on a Saturday with the diagnosis AND the cost to repair which included locating a replacement Main Board. By Tuesday afternoon I received the call that the PC was ALIVE and ready to go back into service! The Cost of the repair was EXTREMELY reasonable and Tech-Zone was highly efficient in getting the issue resolved for us. I would highly-recommend them and will definitely use them again.

The level of rudeness and lack of basic customer service from someone in a leadership role is unacceptable--especially for a brand that prides itself on its in-store experience. What should have been a simple, exciting order pickup was turned into a frustrating and unnecessarily negative interaction entirely due to management. There was no ownership, no professionalism, and no effort to create even a baseline positive experience. What makes this worse is the contrast with the frontline staff. They were excellent--attentive, helpful, and clearly committed to delivering a great customer experience. The fact that they can consistently perform at that level without leadership modeling those behaviors is telling. They're operating in spite of management, not because of it. That kind of disconnect doesn't just happen by accident--it reflects directly on store leadership.
