I had reservations and they said it was still 30 min wait. Went to the bar area to drink and eat..... Bartender said the food is attest 30 min wait... My wife explained That people show up for reservations on time.... But don't want to leave... So my wife and I got our drinks and waited patiently .. Always a nice place to drop in have a quick lunch or dinner with friends. All PF's now all have an All Day Everyday Happy Hour menu now that's pretty good. Lettuce Wraps , Wontons, Dumplings, Crispy Green Beans are nice little snickers on this list including marks, well drinks to wine & on tap beers. I decided to indulge in Chang's Spicy chicken & white rice w/ hot & sour soup. We 99% of the time we sit at the bar because of the great service we always get from the bartenders. There are also 2 tvs to watch any NCAA march madness games and/ Colorado Sports teams. It's always nice to sit at the bar and vibe while having drinks with friends or watching sports. read more

All the staff here has been so good to us every time we are here. However, Koty with a "K" and a "T" is a gem. We had guests in town and wanted somewhere close for dinner, so we chose P.F. Chang's. It was Monday at 5:30 and not busy, which made everything more frustrating. The hostess seemed annoyed to be there. We asked for a booth for three people in a mostly empty restaurant and were told no. It took about five minutes to be greeted, drinks took another 10+ minutes, and then we waited around 45 minutes for food. When it finally came out, it was cold. The orange chicken was unappetizing, the beef could best be described as sauced jerky, and the fried rice had almost no flavor. During our hour-plus visit, two other tables were seated and ended up walking out. In hindsight, we probably should have too. Two stars because the cocktail was good and the food was technically edible, but overall a bad experience! read more

First - our service was amazing!! Our waiter was very nice and super responsive which made our experience worthwhile. The food was sub par. I tried the new popcorn shrimp which was nice with the different sauces. Our other entrees were fine but weren't too flavorful. I did enjoy the new $16.99 option that includes an appetizer and meal. Went for lunch with my husband and son, great from the start. My son is austictic and has a very picky taste, so he eats fried rice. we order and its wrong, so i eat it. The white rice is soggy and mushy. My husband orders teriyaki chicken, Its also SOGGY, and appears to have the wrong sauce on it. I wait patiently to tell the waitress our food is wrong, it takes at least 20 minutes for her to come to our table. I politely address the mistakes. then says she will bring new dishes out. It's been 30 minutes, it's not out. At this point we just want to leave. All of our stomachs hurt, I don't think i'll come here again. read more

Especially when you pay close to $100, you expect something to be good. But even our toddler didn't like anything. Highly recommend ordering extra sauce for everything so you can trick your tastebuds into thinking there's flavor. The biggest disappointment? The chocolate cake. Being 8 months pregnant I was craving something sweet. The frosting is grainy, the cake it dry and crumbles. What a disappointment. Overall, don't waste your money. I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. My fiancée spent over $100 to feed our family, and it ended up being a complete waste of money. The food was so unappetizing that my son wouldn't eat his meal, I couldn't eat mine, and my fiancée barely touched hers. We each took a bite and ended up throwing the food away. I'll admit I was a little nervous after reading all the recent bad reviews - but we went and had dinner anyway. I was pleasantly surprised! Our waiter was really nice, our food came out fast and it was delicious. I got the firecracker shrimp and my fiancée got the sweet and sour chicken. Both were really tasty and well seasoned. We got the edamame and crab wontons for appetizers and they were good as well. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because looking around, things could have been cleaner (water stains on glass top behind bar, bathrooms weren't great, stacks of things were stored around) but it wasn't dirty - it's the difference between being good and being great. read more

For appetizers, we had edamame, veggie spring rolls, and crab wontons, and pork dumplings. The edamame and pork dumplings were the best out of the appetizers. Grabbed a to go order tonight for a quick Pad Thai fix. Due to bad experiences at other restaurants in the area, this seemed like the most quality option for a short drive. My food was ready right on time and service was quick to pick it up and get checked out. Always good food, they definitely stand out to me because they make the allergy list available as soon as you mention you have an allergy. The flavors are delicious and reasonably priced. I love the cocktails if I remember to mention that I like them less sweet. Service is always great from the hostess to the servers and the bartenders. How can a restaurant with only 3 other tables occupied serve the food cold? Yep it happened again, I don't know why I think things will change! Went on Monday MLK Day just before 5pm and it was empty. It took forever for the food to arrive and when it did, I had no cutlery and had to take it from another table, but I need not have bothered as both dishes were cold. It had clearly been stood and the chicken in the fried rice was curling up as it had dried out. The fillet steak in pepper sauce was no warmer and after I eventually got the server to return, I sent it away. The next food came and it was hot, but nothing to serve it with! The duty manager came over and just said " I understand your food was cold, is this better?". Not even an apology! The server never checked to see if everything was okay, she just put the food down and left. In fairness the food was tasty, but I just got the impression that no one cared. This isn't, the first time I have had similar issues at the Southlands location, and not know why I went back other than it was convenient to where I live. Terrible service can only be down to poor training and management, as there were lots of staff stood around chatting! read more

The service was by far the best I've had in any PF Chang's and I've been to many in many states. If I'm being honest it was the best service I've had in any of the MANY restaurants I've eaten at - in over 12 states and 4 countries. Aurora, CO has the benefit of Giani the server. This is why I'm giving P. F. Changs my first 5 ! First I'd like to say the manager was very accommodating. Very friendly. Thank you sir. When Gianni approached the table he didn't miss a beat. Beverages, appetizers, entrees were spread out appropriately. He was personable, funny, charming and very conscientious. He knew how to approach the table without making us feel like he was intruding. He had overheard me mentioning I had a flight to catch to the ladies I was dining with and he remembered. So during our conversation and laughing and eating he commented on my impending flight to make sure we were still good on time. That ladies and gentlemen is going beyond his job requirement to assure a customer experience is on point. It was unexpected and greatly appreciated. And never felt like he was overstepping because he overheard something. I was so grateful. I'm not sure what his position is but, I believe it would behoove management to recognize this great member of your team and consider him for a corporate "trainer" position. Or even management if he is interested. I am an executive chef. Have been for years and talent such as his is a mindset. It's a mindset that if you are lucky - comes easy to you. But, if you are like most - you have to acquire it through some sort of mentorship. The ambience was great - obviously. The bathrooms were clean. There's plenty of parking. The food was delicious! Thanks for ruining a Christmas Eve tradition PF Changs! For 15 years we diligently made our reservation for 6pm and enjoyed our mediocre meal. It wasn't about the food it was the tradition. It was never about the food it was about the company. Turned into chaos, way overbooked the reservations for their capacity, let walk-ins ahead of the reserved table and a feckless general manager that would let whomever yelled the loudest get a table. Ended up at Panda Express with way better food. The staff were so apologetic and I think generally embarrassed to be working there last night. Next year we will do a local family owned Indian place that appreciates our business! read more

Had reservations at 5:30 on Christmas Eve. We didn't get seated until 6:00. The waiter then informed us that it would take an hour for orders to arrive because it was Christmas Eve. The exact same thing happened 2 months ago on a non holiday evening. Our cocktails arrived 45 minutes after we ordered, and our food arrived 15 minutes after that. Disastrous Experience at P.F. Chang's Southlands! If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I've had in years. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The Bar server was inattentive and seemed annoyed by our presence. Food arrived cold, and the main dishes came out barely warm, as if they'd been sitting under a heat lamp for ages. The BAR SERVER keeps asking mgt. If he would be out by 10pm - he did not want to be there! Should have just checked out and not treated patrons so RUDE! To top it off, the restaurant was dirty. The floors were sticky, the bathroom was a mess, and the general ambiance felt more like a fast-food joint after a high school rush than a place you'd expect quality dining. P.F. Chang's used to mean something. Sadly, this location has completely lost the plot. Do yourself a favor and eat anywhere else in Southlands--literally anywhere. read more

We sat at bar for faster service, and we were not disappointed. The bar area was a full house! Taylor greeted us when we sat with a smile and when we asked for the regular beer they were out. She gave us a recommendation of what other beers she would recommend. (She knew her beers, despite not being the bartender!) We ordered our appetizer- we got the crab wontons, DELICIOUS. They didn't have much cream but definitely a lot of crab, superb taste for seafood lovers. The main entree-Mongolian beef was good, but personally wouldn't get it again and it came out within less than 10 minutes! Our sushi was a little delayed, but worth the wait. I appreciated the honesty letting us know that it might be a while before our sushi came out. For management: We had direct view of the Grubhub/pick-up orders. Some of these guys were completely ignored and walked by without being acknowledged. It's busy season, but don't forget these individuals also make their living from this or want to get in and out when ordering in advance.
