Probably one of the closest east coast Fuzhou style tasting places in Aurora/Denver. If you're from the east coast and want a familiar taste of authentic takeout that isn't that scoop BS, that has that classic faded overhead menu, that has friendly/fast service, this is def a spot to check out. Highly recommended.

Great service Food is great prices great I mean what more is there what more do I NEED

Small Sweet and sour chicken (minus one I'd eaten). Chicken was fresh. Batter was crispy. Red sauce was great.

I feel positively about this little Chinese take out joint. Great prices over all! I ordered a small sweet n sour chicken, it comes with white rice. I also added two egg rolls, they seemed to be vegetarian and were in the thinner spring roll wrappers. About half the chicken had split out of its fried coating during the cooking process, which is my only mixed impression. The chicken it's self tasted fresh and they reminded me of sweet n sour chicken from New England. (Many places in New England had either a super puffy and doughy breading or a super crunchy thinner coating and this was the thinner kind) The red sweet n sour sauce had a good flavor and wasn't too sweet or too thick. Spring rolls had cabbage, celery and pepper in them. Maybe a little carrot. Staff was pleasant, helpful in making sure people understood what they were ordering so they wouldn't be disappointed and my food came out fairly quickly. It wasn't during a lunch rush. There was ample parking. This is located around the corner from a Walmart. There were also some seats to wait at and two tables that would seat up to 4. I wanted to eat in so they gave me a fork and a plate to use. Seems like forks might not be included in a take out order, so make sure you ask for one just in case.

Service is terrible. They are very rude. Take your money sometimes! You can find food just as good somewhere else with better treatment.

Really really good. Super sweet folks running the place! And a zero less than much much less good Chinese elsewhere, these days!

I am so glad that they are so consistent and have not changed recipes or adjusted seasonings. Ordered our two favorites - pickled pepper beef and mapo tofu. Then the string beans and a new dish - sauerkraut fish filet. The sauerkraut fish filet reminded me of the Vietnamese catfish soup but no sweetness added. Very good dish and will def order again. Also love that they have quality rice here.

We ordered the fried tofu (with peppers and onions), orange chicken, fried fish fillet, and veggie delight (mixed veggies). The fried fish fillet was definitely the standout. Perfectly crispy on the outside with a light, tangy layer of sauce that added flavor without making it soggy. Easily my favorite dish of the meal. The fried tofu was also really solid and flavorful with just the right amount of spice. The peppers and onions complemented it well without overpowering the tofu itself. The orange chicken was okay. I tend to compare orange chicken to Panda Express (probably unfair, but it's my benchmark), and this one didn't quite hit that same balance of crispiness and sauce. I think if it had a bit more meat within each piece, would be better. The mixed vegetables were decent but not something I'd order again. They felt a bit drenched in sauce and didn't have much depth in flavor. One of the highlights of the visit was meeting an elderly woman who helps out when it gets busy. She mentioned she was the former owner. She was incredibly kind, and we ended up having a really nice conversation in Mandarin. That personal touch made the experience even more memorable. Otherwise, really nice venue with lots of space and tables. Waiters always refilled my water, which is a good plus. Also gave me fresh rice when I took the leftovers to go. Overall, a solid meal with a couple standout dishes. I'd definitely come back for the fried fish fillet and tofu. Will be back to try their other dishes.

We did have one drink order get forgotten even after a couple reminders, but they were extremely apologetic and ended up comping it, which we really appreciated. It was a little cold inside, but honestly understandable considering all the hot pots and sizzling dishes definitely warm you up fast. The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the lemongrass beef sizzling plate, lemongrass beef short rib sizzling plate, shaken black pepper sizzling plate, Taiwanese hot pot, drunken noodles, and pork belly baos. Everything was super flavorful and came out hot and fresh. The Taiwanese hot pot was especially memorable because it came out in these really cool containers that made the whole experience feel elevated and unique. The deal came with a free dessert to share, either a pandan cake or mango mousse. We decided on sharing and dividing the cake and boy, was it delicious! Just a few small bites to end our wonderful meal. As always, the service was very good and since we sat outside to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air, the ambient was perfect: not too noisy at all. Wendy Tong, owner of Chopstix Fusion, is a lovely lady who welcomes her guests with great hospitality, and her husband is a phenomenal chef who, not only can cook these dishes, but can prepare some mean Chinese traditional dishes. If you have not eaten here, it is highly suggested that you stop by and instead of smelling the roses, smell the cooking that is happening here. Your nose, mouth, and stomach will thank you!

However, the food was delicious. Everything was super flavorful. Portions are pretty good as well. My go to order at every HK Canto style restaurant is the beef chowfun. If it's good, I'll come back. And the beef chow fun was some of the best that I have had in CO. I don't know. There was something about it where it had enough sauce cooked in the noodles but also a good quantity of meat as well. It wasn't overpowered by onions like a lot of places do. For desserts, I tried the ube tiramisu and the pandan coconut cake. Both were very tasty and they're not too sweet which is code for Asian approval on sweets. Service is friendly and food comes quick. It is a small restaurant tucked in a corner so WiFi is nonexistent.
