Big serving. Lastly we had the banana wontons with coconut and pineapple ice cream. It was delightful and not heavy. Course I'm sure the points were up there. Our waiter was Tyrus. Pretty thorough Asain fusion menu. Noodles, sushi, and fancier versions of your favorite Chinese takeout dishes such as Honey Chicken, Orange Chicken, Sesame Chicken, etc. Upon ordering, your table gets handed some extra plates so that you guys can all share with each other, so that's cool if you're into that. I'm not interested in sharing my entré with a bunch of my friends, nor am I interested in trying everyone else's, so usually I'd pass unless I'm there with only my wife or something, then it's handy. I do, however, feel this place is a bit on the overpriced side. The entrés go from $10-$25, and sides cost extra (pretty sure; correct me if I'm wrong on that), and the quality, while good, doesn't quite warrant that price tag. In my opinion, you can go to other restaurants for a special-occasion dinner, spend the same amount you'd spend here, and fair better overall. I'd mention their cocktails, but unfortunately, I've never had one - I've only been here for business lunches. All that said, it's a good place despite the price. The service is usually quite good, it's clean, and the food is good. And if you're into buying 17 different things and eating buffet style, I think you'll love it to itty bitty pieces. read more

I was always a big fan of PF Chang's but will never go again after my last visit. The two best items on the menu were the shrimp and candied walnut entree and the lobster avocado roll. It's just consistently great and the service is always top notch! They will fix some things vegetarian even if it's not on the menu like Kung pao tofu. A chain restaurant so if you've been to one, you know what to expect food-wise, and likely have your favorite entrees. I don't go often. (In fact it was almost a year since my last visit.) And I don't "do" spicy at all. (When at a Thai restaurant that allowed you to pick your level of spice from one star mild to five star hot, I ask for no stars!) So, of course, Inot having had it before, I had to asked our waitress how spicy the Pad Thai was. She was really sure, but assured me the kitchen could make the dish with minimal spice. I'm happy to say the spice level was just right. Just a bit of heat to give some depth of flavor without setting my mouth on fire. I shared the Hoekein Street noodles with my friend. That dish, on the other hand, needed more flavor. I could hardly taste the curry. Our waitress came back after a few minutes and asked if the Pad Thai was spicy, because even though she "asked the kitchen to make it mild", she was concerned about the spice level. I had a buy one entree get one free coupon. Our waitress again did what was necessary to allow us to split the bill in half so my friend and I could each pay by credit card. She apologized that one amount was a penny more than the other. Phone service for call ahead seating was abominable ... I told the woman who answered that I wanted to make a reservation. She said she'd be with me in just a moment then put me on hold. And I waited and waited and waited while I finished some paperwork's the office. When I was done I looked at the call timer on my phone ... 10 minutes. I hung up, called back, said I wanted to make a reservation and I had just been on hold for 10 minutes. She didn't apologize. It was average. The Hot and Sour Soup was the best I've had anywhere. But the main course really shined. Beef a la Sichuan with Lo Mein. Was really turned off once when my 12 year old son and I went to have lunch one day and the manager came to the table with her boobs hanging out of her extremely tight and low cut sweater that showed her cleavage piercing... very unprofessional and inappropriate dress code for such an establishment. When we arrived they seemed to have a huge debate on who's section we would be seated in and the whole experience quickly spiraled down hill from here. We waited almost 15 minutes before we finally got tired and just decided to flag a waitress down but before that we tried to get another waiters attention but he proceeded to walk pass the table. She took our drink orders and then the waiter mysteriously popped up out of nowhere. He tried to smooth things over and it somewhat helped but honestly I felt like it was not genuine at all. P.F. Chang's is a pretty consistent chain, so if you like what you've had in one location, you should like this location as well. My husband and I decided to eat here not too long ago so that we could have their lettuce wraps. I think that's definitely one of PFC's claims to fame! My husband and I had dinner this evening and had an unsavory experience. We were advised the wait would be 25-30 minutes. After 30 minutes we asked how much longer our wait might be. The hostess stated: oh I don't know how to tell, I'm bad at this. It should be soon. We then decided to wait inside and closer to the desk if we were to be seated soon. After waiting another 30 minutes my husband asked another hostess what time we checked in and she told us. Then we hear her speak to what looked like the manager and said: this couple had been waiting while. His response was: it was only 30 minutes longer than what was told to us. Although we were seated after this, we noticed the manager went to people seated before and after us handing out gift cards and apologizing for the wait. We were not included in that apology or gift card. Our waiter was nice and our food was prompt, but I am baffled by the incompetence, open negativity against paying customers, and lack of customer service we were shown by the hosts and manager. We had a not so pleasant experience tonight. We had dinner there for Mother's Day. While we're eating, my son ordered an extra to-go order. We got done eating, got our bill and we waited for the extra order for an hour. All the while, the Managers were there and we assumed they knew there was a problem 'cause our server said he will take it off the bill. BUT no manager approach us to explain or apologize for the wait. When my son got home, the food wasn't even properly prepared. After a rather lengthy absence from PF Changs in general, my wife and I have visited our local PF Changs twice in the last couple weeks. These two visits have been great! Just a quick address correction...Google shows two addresses here in Chattanooga. According to PF Changs website, there is ONE location...2110 Hamilton Place Blvd...minor detail. We received good service on both occasions. The food was served hot and was very delicious. The food came out in decent time. Not too spicy and very tasty! However, if you prefer to spice it up, there's always the spice tray that they bring out. Each server has their own little "recipe" that they will mix up for you when they bring the tray out. If you really want a quality experience, ask for the server named Matt. He was really a wonderful server, starting with his spice "recipe". He was very attentive, pays attention to detail, and was very friendly and personable. read more

This was our first time eating at this particular P.F. Chang restaurant. We've eaten at several in different states. We learned this one was a leader amongst all the PFC restaurants in the nation. The food quality is, as usual, of very high quality, and the noise level is at a comfortable level (though this was lunch time). Service too was excellent. Thank you Joshua.
