Since we weren't offered the option online, we called and asked that the lo mien we ordered be without onions and for all sauces available. After being put on hold for about 20 minutes we finally had someone pick up who told us it would be taken care of. I realized it was Mother's Day and when we arrived there was a lot of people, a whole lot, in the patio area waiting on there curbside order like I was. Totally a cluster. The Mrs. and I went here for lunch one afternoon and I must say I was rather impressed. I have been here once before, but I remember being less than impressed. Well, she was able to drag me in to PF Changs for just one more try. We were quickly greeted and then seated within a few seconds of coming in the door. We were shown to a table and a drink came out rather quickly. Our waitress was named Raven, and she seemed very knowledgeable about the menu. After giving the menu a look over, I saw an interesting item. I had to try the Singapore Street Noodles. She had Crispy Honey Shrimp. We also sampled the new spring rolls as an appetizer. The spring rolls came out and had a dipping sauce that really complemented the rolls. Man, what a meal. Everything was delicious. The dining room was humming and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. I know we sure did. Will definitely come back. Glad I gave it a second chance. read more

This place is always so crowded. I've heard that when they built this store that it was built smaller than the standard PF Changs. I don't know if it's true or not but it does seem smaller to me. We had a reservation on Black Friday for 11:00am and the store was mostly empty and we still had to wait. Our server was late to work as far as I could tell. Food was fine but just kind of a weird server experience. read more

Always love my PFChangs dining experiences. The Hamilton Place restaurant was great and loved our server. Had Mongolian steak and fried rice as my husband had crispy honey chicken! I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing their vegetarian options are. They don't have a ton under the vegetarian section, but the ones they do have are GREAT! My husband and I got the mapo tofu and the eggplant! Soooo good!!! Also the atmosphere is fantastic - romantically dim but not light enough you can see your food very well. Food is great and servers always friendly. The main dining room is so loud and crowded it takes away from the experience though.

I don't eat Chinese food often, but when I do this is my absolute fav. place! Nice cozy atmosphere, dim lights and very quiet. The staff has always been very professional, seated fast and service is great! We usually order the dumpling soup as a family as our appetiser. The kids get the sesame chicken and we usually get sushi and the lettuce wrap tacos! Always excellent food. Definitely a must, especially if you are not a big Chinese food lover, go try this place.... it will change your mind! read more

This is a great place for meetings at their happy hour. I have a leads group that used to get 2-3 people to show up in the mornings at a coffee shop. I moved it to 3:30 during PF's happy hour and had 10 people show. Great food, Great service! read more

I have truely never had anything bad here. My favorite is the Mongolian Beef....to die for. Also I kick everything off with the crab wontons and egg drop soup. I want to start by saying we love P.F. Chang's food, we have been picking it up due to COVID but tonight decided to dine in. The restaurant followed CDC guidelines and was not over crowded by any means. All that being said tonight we had the worst service we've ever had. I could not have felt more ignored in a restaurant and still could not tell you who our server was. Our first order of drinks took about 30min until we waved someone down to check on it and ask to order our food. After ordering we didn't see anyone until we got food. We ordered more drinks that we never received, the manager took them off the check but seemed unconcerned about the 30additional minutes we had waited AGAIN for drinks we never received. The service was horrendous any interaction we had with staff was because we went out of our way to flag them down for help. What should have been an hour dining experience turned into 2 hours due to lack of attentiveness. read more

Did was very delicious and flavorful! I called in my order for take out, but when I arrived to pick it up, they had no record of my order. Very frustrating, but staff was friendly, apologized and put a rush on my order so I didn't wait too long. Disappointed. I made a reservation for my wife and I, we arrived on time and were told we had to wait a few minutes for a table. We ended up waiting 20min to be seated and got to watch as a second couple walked in after us with a reservation and were seated promptly. Very disappointing to be treated that way. We just had a great experience here. We just moved here from Los Angeles so have been to other P.F. Chang's and we're not sure what to expect. It was the best. I give this review four stars ONLY for the food and atmosphere. I am a PF Chang's regular but typically I got to the Charlotte location. Our waitress greeted us by talking down to her server book and barely acknowledged us. Once she got the drink orders out she was a ball of personality-- a little too much. She kept budding into our conversations talking about her drinking experiences one time and told us we "had to get dessert" because "her manager said she needs to sell more" ....interesting sales technique... the lettuce wraps, crispy green beans, honey chicken, and Chang's spicy chicken are to die for. By the end of the meal we always have leftovers. The waitress offered to pack up our food (as their policy) but then told me I can do the green beans myself because they're hard to do (??). I obliged but had greasy fingers by the end of it because she took our forks away already. The food is definitely the same standard as Charlotte, but the service is lacking. Maybe it was just because all of the good waitresses worked Saturday night and no one else could work Sunday mornings. read more

We love P.F. Chang's so let me tell you how disappointed I am to write this review. We came for lunch around 2:30, and it wasn't very busy. Our server took 5-10 minutes for us to give us our drinks. Once we had finished our apps that were not prebussed away from the table at all, we received the dinner portions when we asked for lunch portions. We were charged for entree portions. Our orange chicken was subpar and that is our usual go-to order. Our servers fingers were in our rice when served. We watched him wipe his finger after setting it on the table. We also had to ask several times for drink refills and they were handed to us with his fingers at the top of the glass where you drink from. I watched as other tables weren't bussed when most of the employees stood around the host stand unaware of the whole dining room area and not anticipating customers needs. Our favorites are the tropical unsweet tea (sweeten with Stevia), chicken lettuce wraps, without the white foam little noodles, garlic noodles-has a "little spice", Mongolian Chicken...yum! honey chicken, all along with white or brown rice and the delicious sauce they mix at your table. Yes, it can get crowded and noisy, but I didn't think it was enough to give less than 4 stars. read more

I can't complain much about the food, or even the service, or the manager lastnight. The manager very graciously allowed us to change tables as we were a bit chilled out amid the middle tables. We had surf and turf, lobster roll, tuna roll and Thai Pad Noodles. I will say, though, that one rather self-absorbed Asian hostess tonight was really weirding us out...kept making really angry faces at us and once got so angry that she had to pick up a dropped knife that I thought she would have an anneurism as her face was contorting before our eyes. She had been staring at us from behind for some time, it seems, which made it all the more weird. Perhaps she has mental problems, but in that case, perhaps she should not be hosting at a restaurant. She kept staring at me and me family, but I pretty much ignored her. My wife and step daughter are Chinese, and so I thought that was really odd for her to fixate on us like that when nobody else seemed to mind us...Aside from her, it was really awesome food and ambiance.
