Great service from Bri! Food is always consistent and delicious at PF Chang's. I've never had a bad meal and you can eat healthy.

Let me start by saying I travel every Sunday for work and this spot is my halfway point for stopping. My husband and I have eaten here every Sunday since December. We always eat in the bar and Kade has always been our bartender/server. He has always been attentive and gave EXCELLENT customer service!! The food is great but Kade's attention to detail is phenomenal!! Today,3-19, we arrived in bar and sat at bar. The guy there was named Krish. I asked if Kade is working tonight and was told"I think I can take care of you." RUDE!! It was downhill from there...... Had to ask for water, plates and silverware from another server AFTER our food came. Not once did he asked if the food was ok, do you need anything....nothing. We asked for our check to leave. No second rounds of drinks or dessert due to his ignoring us. The bar was busy, but I have never had this issue with Kade when it was busier than tonight. While the food was excellent, the service was sub par at best. Unfortunately, this will our last Sunday to eat here. Unfortunately, Krish you couldn't "take care of us"!! read more

We've eaten at PF Chang's all over the country and this was by far the worse hands down. They had no tea The soup was cold The green bean appetizer was greasy and cold. The entree was mediocre at best. I wouldn't eat here again if it was free. read more

If it's Hamilton Place, you know what that means, right? Ch-ch-chainnnns everywhere! PF Chang is a solid pick in the mall-universe in Chattanooga. What you'd expect at any of their locations, lunch specials, those lettuce wraps everyone loves, sleek if pretty generic décor. Service in the bar area was pleasant enough at a slow-ish time on a rainy weekday. I do enjoy their potstickers - a tad salty though so be aware - and the Mongolian Beef was tasty. As always PF Chang's has very good food. However the price will get you. Two people to drinks together and two meals and a couple of spring rolls for $83. The quality is definitely there along with great service and a nice environment. However, I don't believe it worth it all together there are better options. read more

The food is great as always but the music is highly annoying. Not only is it too loud it's like someone mixed Asian style music with an annoying hip hop beat. Every song has an obnoxious drum beat or click track. Just turn it down. I'm trying to eat and talk not party at the club. read more

Met up with a couple of girlfriends for Happy Hour. They have a great Happy Hour appetizer selection. Lots to choose from. I first started with a drink though. None of the Happy Hour drinks caught my attention but the Moscow Mule did. Though it didn't come in the traditional brass mug, it was still very good. So refreshing on a hot afternoon. The candied ginger in it was awesome too. Gotta say this was one of the better Moscow Mules I've had. We ordered lots of apps to nibble on. The Bang Bang Shrimp, the edamame, the steamed dumplings, the fried green beans, the California Roll and the Spring Roll. All were tasty, except the Spring Roll. I don't know what kind of wrap they used but it had a very weird texture. Now I like rice paper rolls, but this was something different. Almost like it was a really thick and dried out rice paper. Terrible experience. Had to wait for takeout even past the proposed time. Ordered my usuals but the food tastes different . The egg drop soup was bland and the staff forgot the crunchy noodles that should be included. No utensils included. Good thing I have my own. Lettuce wraps barely had enough lettuce. For the amount of money I paid, this was a terrible experience. ALSO, no one was wearing masks. Staff, hostess nor customers in wait area. Glad I have my own. read more

I ordered the food to-go and while it was warm when I got home, the portion was less than half the size it usually is. The Lo Mein bowl was maybe half full and had 3-4 pieces of chicken in the whole thing. A little disappointing when you order something to share with someone and it is barely enough for one person. It's been quite sometime since I have been back to P.F. Changs. I remembered how well I like them in the past, and today only strengthened the attraction. We arrived after the lunch crowd had dispersed, and was seated quickly. We ordered drinks, and an appetizer of the spring rolls. Our drinks arrive quickly, with the server paying attention to the request that I like lime in my sweet tea. Three sauces were brought to our table, we knew the spicy chili pepper sauce and the hot mustard sauce, but guessed the other was a soy based sauce in which we mixed smaller portions of the other 2 into for a more intense flavor. Our spring rolls arrived shortly after that, and we're served piping hot. The lettuce wrap for them quickly offset the temperature of the spring roll. We tried the sauce they comes with them, but liked our own mixture better. Along with the spring rolls came my egg drop soup, which was served hot, thick, and not clumpy with egg as most places serve it, especially those buffets Soon our entrees arrived. I had the spicy chicken and fried rice, and my friend had the lettuce wraps. I found the fried rice a bit on the sweet side, and more flavorful that most fried rice. The lettuce wraps are served with chicken and I especially like the crunchy water chestnuts. Everything was great, the flavor combinations we spot on, and the quality was at it's best. We also had a great server who took great care of us the entire visit. I believe her name is Cindy, although I could be mistaken. As well as I liked everything today, I only give them a 4 star rating, because I felt they met my expectations, and just didn't overwhelm me with the "WOW" factor. I would highly recommend P. F. Been coming here for a few times over the past few weeks. Bar service completely slow even when dead on a Sunday...sort of we only need to work just enough attitude. Possible manager fixing some drink machine and not looking at anyone needing to be cashed out. Food has been good and table in dining area is hands above bar area. Tried this place out really late on a friday night with a group of 8. I had an amazing time. The place is absolutely beautiful. Our waitress was exceptional. He was very kind and tended to all our needs. The food was good. Probably not going to be total tops on the flavor scale bc it seemed a little comercial rather than authentic but it was good. I had chicken egg rolls and the Vietnamese noodle salad. It had a lot of freshness and great textures. It was overall a great environment to enjoy getting to know people. I liked that it wasnt so loud as to prevent you from carrying on a conversation with the person at the other end of the table. It was very clean and tidy. Parking is plenty spacious. Prices are probably ok but seemed like they could be a little steep depending on what you order. I would definitely go back with friends. read more

A typical store for this chain. The interior was clean, stylish, and comfortable and hostess and wait staff were friendly. All the food was fresh, tasty, and served hot. Our party had the Dynamite Shrimp appetizer, Pan Fried Dumpling appetizer, Pad Thai Shrimp, Pad Thai Chicken, Lo Mien beef, Sesame Chicken, and Sushi and everyone found their dishes tasty and generous in proportion. The one negative was the waiter seemed to be new at his post and was covering more tables than his skill level could handle. We arrived at 12:11 and I did not get a refill on my drink until 13:06 -- almost an hour into our visit. The food also seemed a long time in coming, but since the food was hot, it hadn't been sitting neglected and is more a reflection on the kitchen's capacity. read more

Oh P.F. Chang's, how i always crave your lettuce wraps, and it never lets me down!!! :) The fiancé and i came for dinner on Saturday night. The place was about 75% full. We got a table immediately for 2 when we came in, but i saw a bigger party that was waiting to be seated. We were seated at a 2 top in between 2 other 2 tops, so sliding in is always fun, because you feel like you're all in their way, but we managed. We sat for a good 5 mins before our server came by to greet us. I just stared around wondering who the lucky winner was but had no idea because no one made eye contact. When we finally did see our server, he was very nice, and very knowledgeable. He held himself well but from the looks of it he seemed to have many tables and a lot going on, because it took long for everything, hence the 3 stars I'm giving. For an appetizer we ordered our favorite the chicken lettuce wraps, and they were flavorful, fresh and very delicious. It held us over before dinner came. I had been having a craving for fish so i tried the oolong sea bass. My fiancé opted for the surf and turf. Both good but not sure if we would order them again. The sea bass was so flavorful, and rich, melts in your mouth, but it's not something i could eat often. It came on a bed of sauce and sautéed spinach which i enjoyed. The surf and turf was fried, all of it was except the steak and i wasn't expecting that. The steak we didn't get to choose a temp, but was sautéed in a wok it seems and was tender, with a good sauce. There was lobster and shrimp that were fried and i enjoyed it as well but of course i prefer lobster fresh and not fried. Both dishes came with rice, and you can choose between brown or white. Overall the experience was okay but we've had better experiences here. Our total came out after tip to be a little over $70 so with everything i was a little underwhelmed for that price tag. Been here a few times (dinner and lunch) and have never had an issue. The staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is inviting! The food is superb and not your typical "Chinese restaurant" type food. I recommend their Mongolian beef or their Orange chicken (I always like to add shrimp to it) ....and don't forget their lettuce wraps (yum) and their -amazing- egg drop soup. read more

Great choice for a birthday lunch with my lovely wife. First time for us and it was amazing. First the greeting at the front when we arrived was a level up. All smiles! Great room to dine in. Our hostess Erica was excellent and was knowledgeable about the menu, she made the experience wonderful and was very attentive! The food was excellent. Starting with the dry rubbed ribs, great seasoning and did not taste like anything i've had before. I had the Mongolian Beef, very tender and great flavor! My wife had the Spicy Chicken and it was seasoned perfectly. We also had egg roll and they were fried just right, not to hard and great flavor the dipping sauce was a nice sweet and sour/hot mustard mix. Came in around 3:30 pm to a beer and appetizers. Sat at the bar, waited 10 minutes to get my order taken and then another 7 before the bar tender asked someone else to pour it. I canceled the order and went to another bar. If a restaurant is gonna advertise "Happy Hour ", then staff for it. It's mediocre at best. The lack of quality and authenticity probably speaks more to the crap average American palate, but there it is. The 2 stars are for the house made ginger beer served with a sprig of fresh mint and a slice of candied ginger. Lovely. First, when I came in at 7 on a Thursday night all the open tables in the bar were filthy. Ok - so they seated me in the dining room. I came in because the menus online showed a healthy selection of salads and veggie options. The actual menu had 2 salads - one a Caesar and one predominately cabbage. Settled on hot and sour soup, charred Brussels sprouts, and veggie egg rolls. The hot and sour soup wasn't. At all. The closest way I can describe it is like thin bbq sauce with miso and egg in it. It was horrific. The veggie egg rolls were fine, I mean it's hard to screw up fried food as long as it's fried right. The chili dipping sauce was pretty gross though. Then the Brussels sprouts - they were in some kind of gooey sauce and almost half comprised of peanuts. Just really heavy handed. I just don't recommend this place at all - it's not the restaurant I remember from like 12 years ago. read more

Love PF Chang's! I love pan fried noodles, which isn't served at any Chinese restaurant I've ever been in. It's a noodle we eat at home. I have been able to ask the chef for these noodles and my request has been granted each time! If you're ever interested in trying them, they are basically lo mein double pan fried. The texture is different and not soft like lo mein but delicious! Make a special request for "double pan fried noodles." You're welcome! read more

We had about 20 for early dinner and our server was super sweet and took great care of us as we dined after my dads funeral. My brothers family is large and apparently they do it this way a lot. They'll each order an entree of something different but when the food arrives they eat family style. Our server was training and took some liberties with verbiage that suggested he didn't really know what he was talking about, but not terrible.
