Our dinner experience was wonderful. We were undecided about where to eat and happened to drive by the restaurant, so we decided to give it a try--and we're glad we did. Our server, Josh, provided excellent service and made the entire experience enjoyable. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Thanks to his recommendation, we tried the edamame for the first time. While it wasn't quite my personal favorite, it was still a nice experience to try something new. For our meal, we ordered the spicy chicken with white rice, which was flavorful and freshly prepared. Everything arrived hot and tasted delicious. We also started with the crab wontons as an appetizer, which were my personal favorite. To top it all off, I received a complimentary birthday dessert--a chocolate cake--which was absolutely delicious and a very thoughtful touch. Overall, the food was fresh and well prepared, but the outstanding service truly made the night special. Kudos to Josh for making the experience so memorable. Extremely disappointed in the service I received. I have been at this location many times with a good/great experience in the past. I haven't been in a while; however, when I walked in I saw mop and bucket sitting out unattended. That should have been moved to the back if the work had already been done. It wasn't a great first impression. The restaurant wasn't full, maybe 10 ppl in the restaurant and 3 others at the bar. I proceed to sit at the bar. I sat there for several minutes and no one said welcome in, hi how are you, nothing. I continued to sit because maybe they were tied up somewhere, after waiting longer with no engagement I figured my service wasn't wanted or needed so I proceeded to leave. So, it's no longer a restaurant I'd recommend as a "go to." However, if affordability is not a factor for you, I can guarantee your meal will be delicious! LOCATION/PARKING: The Ridgeway Rd site is located directly in front of a local shopping mall and is surrounded by several upscale dining establishments (Seasons 52, Capital Grille, Ruth Chris, etc.). There's plenty of free parking conveniently on all sides of the restaurant. AMBIANCE: This location has steady foot traffic. Service is busy without being overwhelming. This is always a good spot. The lettuce wraps are amazing. I can be a picky eater, and I still eat them despite not knowing what's in it! The mongolian beef is always crisp to perfection. Service is hit or miss, but it is a chain. The restaurant is large and everyone isn't on top of each other. My only complaint is the portions. Horrible. They don't know how to cook Singapore noodles. Beef is tougher and the shrimp is soggy.

There was a buy one get one free special going on so we had to go use it. It was a great deal. The house salad was fresh and the wontons were crunchy. The dressing was just enough on it. The crispy honey chicken was excellent. The orange chicken is my favorite it never disappoints. The Singapore street noodles had a great flavor. Everything was a large portion. Visited late January - Only time we've ever been disappointed here. My wife decided to branch out (for her!) and try Orange Chicken. Probably won't be able to get her to do so again. She swore it was spicy - I tried and couldn't tell, though less than searing sometimes doesn't register with me. Best Beef and Broccoli I have never really come to the restaurant but I've eaten their food from grocery stores. So I've been wanting to come here and try things fresh. It turns out they work with my school so my students are able to order food from here for anime club. So I'm excited I'll end up here more often as the kids use this year after year for their big semester parties. We ordered a couple of dishes this round and I got to try a little of each. I cannot believe how good the beef and broccoli is here. It has this sweet sauce that goes with it that makes it just amazing. I have to have it again. I was obsessed with beef and broccoli as a kid and I honestly thought I had out grown it as I didn't seem to enjoy it anywhere. However, I LOVED it here. So I will definitely be back to have this again. Be careful when you order catering from this restaurant. They are using greasy old Simply Lemonade bottles to put their tea in. But they tried to cover it up with their own labels. Someone in our office has a citrus allergy and could have drank from this. Every bottle had a broken seal and was covered in grease. Makes you reconsider eating the food. Do better P.F.Chang's. Got to the counter and told Briana I wanted to place a to go order. Wanted the bbq spare ribs and lunch Mongolian beef. She explained lunch is only available Monday-Friday. I explained that the website says lunch is everyday until 3pm (it's 2:35pm). She again stated only Monday thru Friday. I then said I needed a minute to see what I wanted. Went to the website and ordered my food which included the lunch Mongolian beef. It's been 10 minutes since stating I needed to look at the menu again and Briana has once come back to see if I was ready to order. Seems as tho Briana has a little attitude which should have been checked at the door and/or perhaps she should've stayed home if customer service wasn't on her to do list for today. I asked one of the waiters the host name(Briana) in which she observed him telling me her name. 2:50 (15 mins later) and Briana has a new attitude asking if I were ready to order. Honey my dinner is supposed to be ready by approximately 2:48 pm; you're too late. 2:57 I received my food which included the lunch Mongolian, checked out and went on my way. I'd already told Briana I wanted to provide my info in order to have my order added to my rewards and at this point I just wanted to leave so I left without having done so. I always make a habit of wiping any high chair or booster that my baby sits in, and I'm really glad I did here because these were the wipes after only the first couple swipes! Arrived around 6:40 on a Monday; I didn't expect a wait but was informed of a 20 min wait. I patiently waited for closer to thirty minutes and only one table (3) was seated during that time. The hostess took me to the only DIRTY table in the restaurant (the others were set, this one clearly hadn't been wiped down and had no plates/silverware compared to the others. Things weren't looking good but took a very positive turn from there. The waiter (Charles) greeted me within a few minutes and I was eager to go ahead and get my order in. He obliged! A glass of water and Pinot Grigio took a couple of minutes and my food, spring rolls and lettuce wraps, were delivered within ten minutes! I was pleasantly surprised! The food was delicious! The honey chicken was good but the rice that came with it was tasteless. They could have used chicken bouillon powder in the rice to give it flavor. The beef fried rice was good..the rice had a little eggs. I didn't see any carrots,spout,peas and all the other little items that beef fried usually has in it. They put rotten oranges slices on the tray. You should have use can peaches or pears rather than rotten orange slices...ugh. The tangy barbecue spare ribs were not good. The bone barely had meat on them and they tasted sweet and bitter.,not tangy. I did not like them at all. We had plenty of sauces,silverware, chop sticks and napkins. We did takeout this time and generally had a good experience. At least this evening, they were obviously short-staffed. No one up front to greet, and had to wave someone out of the kitchen area to let them know I was picking up. The order also took an extra 20 minutes past the promised time. Which also meant I wasn't able to get any other short rib items such as the short rib fried rice. The best items were the apps. Where do I even begin? Last night we were traveling through Memphis and decided to stop. Had made a reservation so was seated rather quickly. Hostess was a really nice gentleman. Server was nice but that may be the only positive of my review. Ordered a margarita and a midnight ritual. Said we'd wait for our drinks then order but at the 15 min mark we called her over to order food as we were starving. 5 mins later she comes back over to let us know they were out of an ingredient. So after 20 mins, maybe 6 tables at most in the entire restaurant, we are finally made aware you're out of something? We just decided to stick with water and normally a drink is better (for me) before the meal so didn't want to wait yet another 20 mins. While we are ordering I noticed she was searching for her pen so twice I asked if she needed to grab real quick to write down. I've been a server before and understand it's much easier to jot down. But reassured us she could easily remember an order for 2. We order dumplings, wontons, shrimp fried rice and a shrimp tempura roll. 20 mins later...Dumplings arrive, won tons arrive and nothing else. It's almost as though the server was embarrassed so wouldn't even come back to our table. Rice arrives after another extended period and it's not shrimp fried but instead chicken. The sweet gentleman who delivered immediately put in an order for the correct rice. He seemed to be really popular with the tables and noticed the one beside us literally asked the waitress to go get him instead. 30 mins later, the new rice comes and tasted like smoked flavored fried rice. At this point, we let her know we won't be eating the rice, we never got the shrimp tempura roll. And after an hour and a half of sitting here with just a water, wonton and a dumpling-we will be going elsewhere to find a meal. We eat out at least 3 times a week and have never experienced this. And really try to give grace as things happen. But to have a table of 2 sitting there for that much time, never getting an entree/drinks, that is just unacceptable. Had the place been packed, I get a drink wait, wrong order keyed in, but to have maybe 6 tables and to never get our food.... Left there so upset. read more

This is by far the worst PF Changs I've ever been to. Besides the filth, the crew was arguing in the kitchen, manager is yelling at them and all customers could hear every word.
