This is a rating on an uber eats order. I could not determine where to rate in uber eats. I ordered from this location because it was within walking distance of my hotel. I ordered wontons and Mongolian beef. It was shameful the condition my food arrived in. There order receipt indicated that the pickup time was 7:28pm. I received it at 7:55. All good items were cold. There's no reason for this to be the case. I think I rated the delivery person too soon and too high. I have always loved Chang's. This was very poor. I should really start taking pictures of the food/drinks! First off we made a reservation earlier in the day last Friday it was me and my boyfriends six year anniversary! So moving forward we get there a couple minutes late (my fault had to look good) but sadly we had to wait, wasn't a big deal we were waiting next to another couple and they were just the nicest people, the hostess was nice nothing bad to say! We finally get seated and met with our server. Sever was polite, nice and any questions we had he helped! Drinks were good, food was good as well. Only thing that could have been better was the communication and time. Took awhile to receive our check, but again not a big deal! The food was fair. However, this restaurant has chosen to use Door Dash for home delivery, and Door Dash is horrible. Its employees cannot follow simple directions and some have admitted to not even knowing North, East, South, and West. I Tried this location a second time. The service is Ridiculousy SLOW. The manager came over and apologized for the appetizer coming out so slow. I wasn't upset about this, but appreciated his efforts. We ordered drinks, an appetizer, and 3 entrees. With one entree I asked for a side of the ring of fire sauce. My food came without the sauce. I reminded our waiter about it. I waited 10 more minutes and finally Had to flag down the host to get the manager so I could beg for some ring of fire sauce. Finally someone else (not our waiter) comes over and tells me that the sauce is made fresh to order and that it would take a few minutes to prepare (hoping I would say forget it). I informed her that I asked for the sauce WHEN I ordered the Singapore noodles. I finally got my ring of fire sauce after my food was cold. Honestly, the manager was super nice. I don't know if they are short handed or just have bad help. Our waiter was awful and appeared to resent having to come by and check on us. He never did come back until it was time to bring the check. I will never come back to this location again. It's a shame, because I love P.F. Chang's and this one is close to my parents home when I visit. I had a similar experience the last time I came here in June of 2018. I would not recommend this location due to the horrible service we just received from the server Amanda, as well as unsanitary conditions in light of a pandemic. We waited about 20 minutes to make a drink order. Three ordered alcohol and water, two ordered just sodas. When she came back 6 minutes later there was just water and sodas. I'm going to be fair. I'm going to review a "fake" Chinese/Pan-Asian restaurant. First thing, price... TOO DARN EXPENSIVE... If not for the 10% cash back from my credit card company that P.F. Chang's have all the time, I don't think I'll come here. In P.F. Chang's defense, there actually are some authentic dishes here. Believe it or not, there is actually a P.F. Chang's in the Philippines, attracting mostly tourists and the rich, mostly as a bar. If you do a picture side by side comparison of dishes like Kung Pao Shrimp and Fried Rice of the PF Chang's Philippines vs any PF Chang's in America, clearly they are different. Majority of the dishes served at this Memphis branch would never sell in an authentic market especially not at the price they are asking for. Let's get on with the reviews on the authentic dishes. Shrimp with lobster sauce and everything on the "sides" menu, and the soups... That's it. And, also to be fair, that's more authentic dishes than many other Chinese restaurants in town. Let's start with the side dishes: spicy green beans, spinach with garlic, sichuan asparagus, and shanghai cucumbers. They are actually "cheap" in comparison to the rest of the menu and vegetarian. They are quite a bit on the greasy side though, too sweet, and rather small servings. The soups are actually quite good. I don't really need to talk about egg drop, hot & sour, and wonton, right? The chicken noodle soup is kind of on the sweet side, but as I understand it, it's very Malaysian. That said, I get my soups on at Mosa. The shrimp with lobster sauce I'm definitely a fan of. The sauce is black beans with eggs. I may be able to justify the $15 price for this due to the quality of the ingredients. I would say that I do also enjoy beef with broccoli and moo goo gai pan. Almost everything else on the menu I dislike, and I've tried their fried rice and all of their other sauces kung pao, hunan, orange peel, spicy, ginger, dali, etc. Mostly everything is just too sweet. When Wang's is right behind P.F. Chang's, I really don't know why anyone would come here without a coupon or discount of some kind. BTW, I do like the mixed drinks with Asian flair here. read more

The Hours of Happy is an interesting menu with drink and snacks ranging from $3-7 for 3:00-7:00 pm. Good way to try some new eats!! I ordered the kale and quinoa dip not knowing what to expect... Went here for lunch today, a little after the rush. I was immediately greeted and seated. My order was taken quickly and to my surprise it came out quickly as well. It was a very nice surprise when I found out that my friend was bringing me to PF Chang's in honor of my birthday; and I was very delighted to be greeted with a very polite staff waiting to seat us upon entry. Since it was lunch, the menu reflected same and it was a very nice selection of items for lunchtime. We never had to wait for drinks or extras requested and therefor the meal was overall tasty and real quality. I hope to be making a trip here for special occasions sooner rather than later. Consistent PF as one would expect. I find the menus to include a few new items, one of which was the lobster roll. The roll was loose and overly sauced. The mouthfeel was "synthetic mayo meets mustard". The fish was paper thin...all said I wasn't impressed but PF isn't a sushi place so they get a A for effort but F for the cost.
