I hadn't been to a PF Chang's for quite a while. Like I don't remember them taking reservations when I last went. We got there at the time of our reservation and were sitting in a booth within 5 minutes. I ordered pork egg rolls for an appetizer. They were the best ones I've ever had. They came on a large bed of crispywhite noodles that were pretty good. I'm not sure what they were made of. The egg rolls came with a dip made with some sort of Asian dressing and mustard that was totally addicting. I'd be a fan of anything dipped into that magic potent. To be fair, I tried a bite without the sauce, and the flavor of the egg roll would still stand as the best (most flavorful) I've ever tried. I also ordered a new item on the menu: teriyaki chicken. The chicken was light and tender and it came with broccoli, red pepper, onions, and fresh pineapple bites. It's not that it exactly tasted extra sweet, but I suspect there was a lot of sugar because my craving meter was set off. I wasn't even very hungry when we ordered, yet this dish had me wanting to eat every bit. I still had some left to take home, took along with some brown rice, so the portion size was nice. read more

Me and my girls went there for a girls night last night, we did not drink much maybe 1-2 drinks each. We ate more than anything. I threw up before even making it to my car. My friends that came all got sick throughout the night and morning. My friend gave the leftovers to her dad the next day and he ALSO got sick. This location of P.F. Chang's in The Falls Mall is typically less busy than the Dolphin Location and just as great! My family and I always order the same thing - Mongolian chicken, Kung-pay shrimp and the Combo fried rice. We also can't miss the delicious fried crab wanton (6 pcs) appetizer. Restaurant, food and service continue to deteriorate. Restaurant is drab and appears to be going downhill. We ordered appetizers and entrees and the entrees were brought to the table first and we had to ask about the appetizers and to take the entrees back to the kitchen. The food looked prepackaged and cardboardy not fresh. The wonton soup was not very appealing or tasty and contained chicken and shrimp (no one asked about allergies) and I have always been served wonton soup with only vegies and dumplings. When the entrees were brought they were the same they had taken back and the rice was hard from the heat lamp and the rest of the food was soggy. We hadn't had PF Changs for a long time, a couple years maybe. We thought of ordering for take out since it's been a while and we wanted something different. First red flag was the restaurant was completely empty when my husband went to pick the order up. Not a single customer and they blamed it on the Youth Fair. He has to wait because the food wasn't ready. The food was ice cold by the time we make the short drive home. Even after warming the food up the food was just gross. We stopped going to this restaurant years ago because the service was really bad, but the food was always good. Tonight we were craving Chinese and wanted it delivered, and our go-to doesn't deliver on mondays, for some reason. Everywhere else was an hour or more for delivery, so we opted for PF Changs. We ordered Mongolian beef, fried rice, dumplings, crab Rangoon, and spicy chicken. The portions were nothing close to what you get at the restaurant. Just tiny. The dumplings had zero flavor. The fried rice was just not good. The beef was dry and there was more bamboo shoots than meat. Worst of all was the crab rangoons. Awful crab. I think it was bad. read more

It was quiet, service was prompt and Shamar was a wonderful, attentive, waiter. I hadn't been to PF Chang's in years, so I jumped at the chance when I saw they now offer a vegetarian option of their lettuce wraps. It is made w tofu and it was absolutely delicious!!! Wish I could say the same for my Korean Glass Noodles. They weren't bad, but they weren't good either. They were very bland. I added the leftover dipping sauce of the lettuce wraps and it made a world of difference. My husband ordered the orange chicken. Both his chicken and the rice were cold, as if it had been sitting in the kitchen a while. The service was amazing, so friendly and on point! The ambience is a little dark inside, mostly red and black. However, extremely family friendly..... especially the kid's menu. My kids both ordered the chicken lo mein w one side and a drink. The best part is the plate is only 6.50, and they tore it up! We also had the crab ragoon, chicken lettuce wraps, edamame, and egg drop soup. Our items were standard, except the soup..... it came was delicious, but came out cold:(. A little tip.... Had a great lunch here today! We ordered kung pao chicken, Kung pao shrimp, Mongolian beef, sweet and sour chicken with a side of fried rice. We also had the appetizer of pork dumplings which were amazing. They bring it out on a hot plate and pour the dipping sauce on at the table. Great presentation and the taste is phenomenal. Also we had the bang bang shrimp as an appetizer. Really good. Drinks were good we had the smoked old fashioned (don't know the real name). They bring it out with a dome and release it at the table. I would give zero stars if possible. Arrived for happy hour early on a Friday evening the bar was full but after asking if there was anywhere else we could sit to enjoy happy hour we were told outside. The hostess forgot and went to sit us inside; I had to remind her we wanted happy hour. After being seated outside we waited for 15 minutes. Two tables arrived after us. I asked the hostess who seated them if she could get someone to help us. She informed us that all the servers were in a meeting. Wait, what? Everyone is in a meeting during happy hour? So who is helping the customers? I tried twice to get a servers attention but she pretended not to see us. Another server came out and took the order of one of the tables that had just arrived. I called her over and asked if she could please help us. She told me she wasn't my server and proceeded to walk to another table. At this point my husband and I walked out. A Pei Wei wearing a nice suit. But I had to pay for the suit. Didn't hate anything, didn't love anything. The lettuce wraps that everyone seems to enjoy here were meh. I got Bulgogi Steak and it's alright. The Mongolian Beef was ok. Again, everyone was ok but nothing to crazy The service was nice but when we asked for no carrots in the fried rice, the young lady went to kitchen and told them. Very cool. Not so cool was getting home and finding tons of carrots in our not so special fried rice. Did I mention it's pretty expensive? P.F. Chang's has been around a really long time and with good reason! All entrees are served family-style and are meant to be shared so the portions are huge. Usually the food is very tasty and made fresh to order, however, over the years the service has dwindled down to almost mediocre and this is why I'm rating it with 3 stars. What used to be a favorite on my local restaurant list, barely makes the cut these days. Which makes me sad because I genuinely really loved this restaurant and their famous Chang's Fried Rice but now I'll only be visiting if there's a buy one, get one special or I'm outnumbered on the vote with my friends/family. The most recent of my visits was a few months ago to try the new menu items, specifically the ramen. Now, if you're a ramen connoisseur or just a ramen enthusiast, you'll find that P.F. Chang's ramen isn't the best there is out there. In fact, I've never seen ramen served with cherry tomatoes before and the flavor is lacking. It has a very commercial/chain restaurant feel to it. Instead, I would recommend the Chang's Fried Rice, the Krab Wontons, Mongolian Shrimp, the Street Noodles and the Chocolate Cake. If you fail to get anything I've mentioned, please do not do yourself the disservice of not ordering the Chocolate Cake. It comes with berries, whipped cream and a raspberry sauce underneath. It is exquisite. In conclusion, if you've never eaten at P.F. Chang's and you're looking to try it, I say try it. But if you have another go-to Asian restaurant that you already love, don't make the switch. There's definitely a 50/50 chance you'll either be very pleased or very disappointed. read more

Worst management! I've been going to this restaurant for years. I go there with my family, we've taken our friends, we've given them so much business throughout the years. On this particular night, I fell down due to the wet floor. Because of them not keeping up in drying the floor, I slipped and fell down hurting my knees. They immediately dried the floor and put out a wet floor sign after my incident. The next day, I had bruised knees and my whole body was aching. The only good thing they did was give me a bag of ice to put on my knees. The sad part was that for almost killing myself due to their negligence, they gave me 20% off my bill. I guess they felt that was enough compensation. Yesterday we took advantage of the special -the fried rice was absolutely horrible like they had done it in a micro there was no taste, and the soup was very disappointing. So much for returning. I Haven't been to PF Chang's in over 10+ years. I really wanted my husband to enjoy it as it was his first time dining here. Today's visit was lacking something, I am not sure what it was but it was definitely a boring meal. On the plus side, I did enjoy the hot peach tea, the coconut refresher which was made with coconut Milk, coconut water, cane sugar and nutmeg, it was very yummy! Unfortunately none of them were available - they didn't have the mule, they didn't have the wagyu wontons, they didn't have the steak I wanted for dinner so I ordered the short rib / didn't have that either. Service was super slow!!!! The waitress was super sweet. The drinks took forever to come out so I assumed it was a busy bar tender but then it took forever to get sauce after dinner was served - and equally as long to get water. The food was okay - I guess it's generic food. Nothing special - I knew that coming in to a chain restaurant. I guess for having to make reservations and how busy they were it was a let down. I popped into PF Changs to have a very late lunch (around 4.30pm) and quickly ordered the street food far in the appetiser section called lettuce wraps. there are 2 options one is chicken and one is veg (tofu). I ordered the chicken one as I have had it several times and find it delicious. There was a lot of staff but most seemed to be loitering and not doing very much. Having said that my server brought water immediately, and a steamed towel which he announced is a new concept for their guests to freshen up before they eat. A nice touch. My meal arrived within ten minutes and was piping hot. I really enjoyed it and was pleased to notice that there was plenty of the fresh, crisp, lettuce (some places are stingy with the essential wrap part of this meal!) The presentation was not the best but hey ho! The price for my meal was 6 dollars and I was surprised as I noticed it said 10.50 on the menu _ maybe it was a special of the day or happy hour, but for 6 dollars who was complaining not me! read more

Went here for lunch on a Saturday. They sat us quickly, but we had to walk towards the kitchen in order to get to the main dining room--this is one odd layout. It took a while for our server to come up to greet us. We quickly ordered our beverages and had a very long wait to get them. We ordered the Lettuce Wraps and Kung Pao Chicken with brown rice. The food took a long time to come to our table, and it was barely warm. It was good sized portions but not being hot ruined the dishes. We wanted more rice but our server disappeared for 15-20 minutes. He finally came back and apologized and said it was because he was talking to others too much. To know he had tables to serve but rather be chatting, and be well aware of it, is quite something--talk about not caring about your customers! The restaurant manager should not be letting any of this happen, and didn't see any manger checking in on any tables. They really need to improve the service here, we won't be coming back anytime soon. read more

A few weekends ago I did P.F. Chang's online order. I ordered the family size fried rice , the honey chicken , their ribs and the Mongolian beef . I was extremely disappointed. For one the container that the food came in was a meal for one person . I order the family style meal which is suppose to serve about 2 to 3 people . I have never had an issue with PF Chang's when it comes to their in dining experience. However their online ordering was a disaster. I will not be ordering from them again online . read more

The portion I received is laughable. Has I gotten dressed. Drove to the restaurant, waited for a table I would have gotten a full portion. This is not a full portion. Called to complain and explained my issues to a young lady. She offered to let me speak to a manager who never picked up! I get penalized for ordering in?? That's not right!! I imagine if I washed this container. Brought it in and order the same two items. My containers would be overflowing and then some!! Today I came in with my mom to celebrate her birthday with my family. The food didn't come out as expected. We spoke to manager Cici, and the reason why I am giving this 5 stars is because she handled the situation very professional and made the moment right.
