I hate leaving bad reviews, but this was a really disappointing experience at Pei Wei. The chicken in my bowl was still pink and undercooked. On top of that, our kids meal was missing both the broccoli and noodles, and the egg rolls we ordered weren't included at all. We used to go to this chain in Miami which we liked so much couple years ago. We had our first time here at this location, it was pretty disappointing experience. Service was good but the food did not impress. We had lunch special which they offer from 11-15 daily. We ordered one of our favorite from here, the wonton soup which was not even average good. Tasted weird. From the lunch special i got the salad which was tasty, small but tasty. Our entree course was the Mongolian beef with rice, it was good, but I hardly got any beef, but a lot of rice, but since i try not to eat much rice, i was a bit hungry after the lunch. Went for the lunch special 11-3 and I haven't been there in ages. I had the Mongolian beef with white rice and egg drop soup. We ordered crispy green beans for the table. The green beans are the best thing there! The egg drop soup is good. Once my Mongolian beef came about 75% was burnt to a crisp and in tiny pieces. I asked the server if this is how they serve it and he said "it's just the pieces they grabbed" and made a new one. The second one was a loss too. It wasn't burnt but they must just use tiny pieces, this time I only got 3 large pieces of meat. It was so chewy, more than Mongolian should be. Hi! I'm a very young girl visiting the area and decided fresh off my 9 hour flight to come to P.F. chang's. Starved, hadn't eaten all day. My friend and I go inside and we request outside seating for 2. The hostess seats us. 20 minutes goes by. No assistance, no water. We're like okay? So we go inside to the bathroom to remind them that we're there. We sit back down, another family was sitting outside when we got back. 10 minutes goes by, we turn around, the family is actively waited on. So we wait a little longer, then i go tell the hostess we'd like some water and that we haven't had a waiter yet. She goes to get someone. We wait 15 more minutes. Nothing. We decide to leave, we walk past the hostess i just spoke to, she's on her phone. Honestly disappointing as a fresh visitor to get off a plane and just get shitty service. We went to a nearby small business called Kabuki, shout out Kabuki service was stellar. Next time you want asian food, hit up Kabuki, or any other Asian restaurant quite honestly. read more

Dinner at PF Chang's was excellent. We started with the chicken lettuce wraps, which were savory, and full of flavor. The BBQ ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender with a great smoky-sweet sauce. The Mongolian beef and lo mein was very delicious and filling. Great food and an enjoyable experience. This was my first time here and I had heard of people loving certain dishes like the chicken lettuce wraps which we order, but I was far from impressed. We went for happy hour that advertised half price appetizers. But when we got there that wasn't exactly true, it was half size appetizers for a dollar off the normal price. Went this past Saturday, made a reservation knowing they may be busy due to post Thanksgiving holiday shopping. Our reservation was for 5:30, took over 30 minutes to receive our appetizers. When dinner came out around 7:00, mine was not correct. Had to ask someone to send our waiter over so I could request it be corrected, he never came by to confirm all was good. He took dish back so it could be remade, about 25 minutes later came back to table to let me know kitchen was busy and my order was "in line" to be remade, by this point my husband and mother were almost done with their meals. I asked for an additional glass of wine, fast forward another 20 minutes, still no dinner nor the wine I ordered, again asked for our server. He came back to table and gave same information, kitchen is busy, but my order was in the line to be made. At this point, I said just cancel my dinner and bring our check, and by the way, I never received the wine I ordered. He went to bar and brought over my wine in under a minute, picked wine up right from waiting area, which implies had just been sitting there all that time. I was able to see bar from where we were sitting. Another 15 minutes goes by, waiter finally brings our check and my dinner in a carry out container, yet it was again made wrong. Said not to worry though, they were not going to charge me, which I'm thinking, obviously I won't be paying for that dinner. Should note, only request I had was no green onions be added to meal and to not put the lime on plate due to an allergy I have. At no time was anything offered to me other than being told "kitchen is really busy and my order was in the line to be made." No manager came by to apologize or intervene and I left after 2 hours without getting a meal. I appreciate it's a busy weekend, but we went early, had a reservation yet received very poor service and no consideration for our inconveniences. read more

Went to have lunch today 12/11/2025, told there would be a 20-30 minute wait. After said 30 minute wait we were seat. I observed the short wait staff and cooks plus no busters. Wait 15 minutes for a servers to take orders. Again waited 15-20 just for the soup and 30 minutes food. Oldie and always a goodie. It's been a while, and I dont know why. We went in for a tapas style dinner tonight. #1 on the roster, as always, is the Mongolian beef 5 stars. There's a new teriyaki chicken, which we all deemed it a 7/10 too saucy, but the pineapple is a nice touch to your tie it all together with some fried rice. The chicken lettuce wraps never disappoint if you're like me and love a crunch. This is for you. The cauliflower was good with the veggies incorporate into the mix and lastly the cucumbers were a little bland if I'm being honest but I did asked for some chili oil and chili paste with a hint of soy sauce and we were back in business. Hot & Sour soup had a kick to it, as it should just be aware, and the egg drop soup was nice and warn. We all enjoyed and left satisfied and not overly stuffed. I was disappointed that I didn't enjoy my recent visit. I have always liked PF Chang's, but this meal was a disaster, except for the service, which was good. The crab wontons didn't have much flavor and didn't taste fresh. The bbq pork spare ribs had a tasty sauce, but the ribs themselves were overcooked and had very little meat. Spicy chicken was soggy and the portion was small. My favorite dish (for years) has always been the stir-fried eggplant prepared in a sweet chili soy glaze with green onion and garlic. This dish was a mess. The sauce was full of oil (see picture) and had zero taste. The eggplant itself wasn't cooked properly and just didn't taste like it was freshly made. This dish was completely inedible. The eggplant was swimming in a pool of oil. I used to go to the Boca restaurant a lot before the pandemic started & I liked the food, especially the ribs and the stir-fried eggplant. Based upon my own experience, I can't recommend this location. read more

I can't believe I had never been here before, so good! We sat at the bar which is first come first serve, if there is a long line I totally recommend. All the appetizers were delicious, especially the ribs. The pork spring rolls were my favorite. The cocktails are amazing from what my husband says. Very disappointing, I used to love PF Chang's but this location changed all that. We sat on the high tables on the bar side and the service was terrible. For starters, the waiter (Mathew) SLAMMED the dishes on our table and walked away. We ordered for Appetizers, Lettuce Wraps and Eggrolls'. As we finished our appetizers, the waitress returned and asked if we wanted desserts but our Entres had not arrived yet. For our main course, we ordered the mongolian trio, my wife ordered fried rice and I ordered LO MEIN but when the order arrived and my lomain never got there and the waitress argued that I did not order lo mein and that we had to share the fried rice. We felt rushed and offended by the way they slammed the dishes on the table and the lack of attention as our drinks were never refilled nor were we asked if ne wanted anything else as the waiter just showed up with the bill without saying a word. As for the food is concerned, a side of pricy, it was salty and not what I had experienced in other PF Chang's locations. SORRY PF CHANG! read more

So VERY DISAPPOINTED in our experience for lunch today!! We have eaten here very often and today was terrible and we had invited a guest to join us. We passed up going to two other GREAT restaurants in the mall. I realize ALL RESTAURANTS are short staffed, but this was unbelievable. The manager who seated us told us we could look at the food menu on our phones, but he gave a a DRINK MENU. We told him, please a menu, he sat us 3 but only brought 2. When our waitress came to take our drink orders we asked for our 3rd menu. She gave it to us and she was very pleasant but many new as she had to go ask what kind of hot teas were offered. She wasn't aware there was no cola soda available and was back, so we ordered unsweet iced tea and some sweeteners. She brought the teas, no sweeteners, had to ask again. THEY WERE NOT BUSY!! It was after 1 PM. It took over 45 min for my lunch, about 20 min after my two friends were served. The manager was near by ( maybe 10 ft ) and he NEVER STOPPED to ask us anything, we we had to ask him!! THEY ARE WORKING ON IT!! No apology or anything. Our orders were easy, on the menu and no changes. Chicken lettuce wraps, Pai Thai Chicken and my lunch portion of Orange Chicken. When our waitress asked if we wanted dessert, I told her no and asked if the manager was removing the price of my lunch and he did. I don't know why but he had on a mask, mostly worn BELOW his nose.
