Chang's in Warrington to celebrate such a special moment for our family--finding out that our daughter is expecting--and I can't say enough wonderful things about our server, Kay. From the moment we sat down, Kay created such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely seemed to share in our excitement. He went above and beyond to make our celebration feel even more special, checking in at just the right times and making sure everything was perfect without ever feeling rushed. What really stood out was how he helped create such a lovely ambiance for our whole family. His positive energy and thoughtful service truly elevated the entire experience and made a joyful night even more memorable. I have not had P.F. Chang's in years. I decided to take a ride to treat myself for lunch. When I arrived at the restaurant, it was extremely clean and my waitress, Bridgette was very knowledgeable and pleasant. She greeted me with a warm smile and informed me of a lunch specials, as well as her recommendations. I decided to start with the lettuce wrap. I got both chicken and vegan The lettuce was fresh,& the crunch & flavors was amazing! For lunch, I decider on the Mongolian beef with fried rice and a pork eggroll, the Mongolian beef was cooked to perfection with the perfect blend of spices! Hats off to the chef . To drink I had a margarita which was perfectly made!!! Even the manager came out to say hello to see how my meal was. His name was Michael Washington. He was very pleasant, professional and personable. He even recommended that I try the new dessert, which was the warm vanilla poundcake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream which was a 10/10! I cannot stop thinking about this dessert. I must admit that I was very impressed with the professionalism and the courteous service that I received at P.F. The Olive Garden of Chinese food. Went there because they were advertising a "3 courses for $20" deal. Come to find out it's only on Monday-Thursday. This is not specified anywhere and we looked very hard. We accept our fate and move on. We come to find that everything is pre-made and prepackaged and the restaurants job is just to warm it up. So why does it cost the same as any mom and pop Chinese place when its quality and flavor aren't nearly as good? Just go to your local Chinese joint. Have a great time. read more

Day after Christmas around 6:00pm and the bar was pretty empty but service left a lot to be desired. We sat down to a sticky bar top and remnants from previous guests whose glasses and tip had not been removed. When we approached, there were two couples, we made three and finally a fourth sat down at the very end who were obviously regulars because suddenly the bartender swooped down to acknowledged them. Not a great first impression. One couple walked out. Me and my companion considered it but stayed the course. Finally, she cleared the mess I mentioned and took our drink order. The bartender was clearly in the weeds and apologetic. I think she may have been doubling as a server. Eventually even a manager got involved to help the high top tables in back of us including one of which placed a tall glass of beer back on to the bar because it obviously was not what was ordered and yet it sat there unacknowledged almost until the end of our visit. The food was average, not at all like the Chang's I used to love back in the day when their dumplings ruled. I had the lo mein with beef, companion had the teriyaki beef. I love the hot and sour soup here, it is simply amazing. The lunch music was fun and upbeat and the service was too quick , the meal and soup arrived at the same time. The teriyaki chicken was really good although skimpy on the veggies. The spicy chicken is always great and the lettuce wraps are an all time favorite and must order. My friend and I decided to go to PF Chang's and once again, we weren't disappointed. We happened to get Bridgette,again, as our waitress. And she was wonderful. So personable, happy, helpful and just an attentive waitress. She noticed it was my friends birthday a few days prior and without prompting when she brought our desserts there was a fiery candle and broke out in song. We went on Valentine's Day and waited over 2 hours past our reservation time to be seated. Hollow apologies. The staff were rude. The food took forever. I had not been there in a couple years and the food was definitely a decline from what I remember. 0 stars. I have learned my lesson and will never be back there again. read more

We went to the Warrington Pa location for my husband's birthday. The experience was amazing from beginning to end. Seated immediately and our server, Dana, came over within minutes. Dana was so friendly and attentive. Hands down one of the best servers we've ever had. She made our Jade Margaritas salt rim, which were perfection at $8.99. The butternut squash dumplings ($13.79) with a cream sauce were so tasty. We ordered off the combination menu which included an appetizer. I ordered egg drop soup, Mongolian beef with brown rice($17.99). My husband had the spicy chicken with brown rice and eggroll. ($16.99). Our kid had sweet and sour chicken ($17.49) with noodles($3 up-charge). Dana brought out complimentary Birthday dessert, chocolate peanut butter cream pie, and sang along. We also had the butter cake topped with ice cream ($7.99) and red velvet cake ($5.29). The service was exceptional and food was delicious! 2nd year that we have come out to celebrate a friends birthday. Imagine our surprise that we had Joe, the same waiter we had the year before! This was not the first perfect visit at this particular location, and it definitely will not be our last. Our order consisted of a few appetizers to share ~ and after being seated by a very friendly hostess, we were so happy to have Bridgette as our server (again!). The crab wontons were spot on, as always. Crispy outside, creamy inside, plenty of plum sauce. Pork dumplings were excellent ~ fried to perfection, in a wonderful chili sauce. The Dynamite Shrimp were tossed with a delicious, spicy sriracha aioli and plentiful, and the fried rice was the ideal side dish to tie everything together. We never had to ask for a refill on our beverages, and Bridgette always made sure we were enjoying our meals and in need of absolutely nothing. We have never had a more attentive server ~ her warm, welcoming manner is such a lovely asset to this restaurant. Service was terrible. My husband and I arrived around 4 pm on 12/6/25. The place was empty. Hostess seated us and then we waited and waited for our server to appear. When she did appear, she never told us any drink or din er specials, she basically stood there and said what do you want. Then we had a different person arrive with drinks, appetizer and our meals. Our server never returned to check on our meals or ask if we wanted another drink. At the end she asked how my husband's meal was. And threw down two free appetizer cards for our return visit. She didn't do anything but take our order. She didn't deserve a tip, we did leave a small one in hopes it would be split among the other workers. She was horrible and shouldn't be in the service industry. Food was good but not worth the price point. Our whole experience was ruined due to the inattentive service. I'm not sure why but P.F. Chang's has always been a place I pass by a lot, but never really visit. But I sure am glad that I finally went. This place was such a good choice to go to for dinner for the family and I. The low lighting that emits from the ceiling and the carved wooden furniture inside gives you this vintage feel of a culture that stays true to its roots even though so much time has passed. I ordered the Mongolian beef with white rice and was not disappointed in the slightest. It was so delicious, from the sauce to the texture of the meat and even the portion size was nice. For appetizers, we ordered the crab wanton (this was my first time having it) and wow was it delicious too. -- I also forgot to take pictures of my food (that's how fast I devoured it lol) since i couldn't wait a single second to try everything out as soon as it hit the table. The manager and our server took special care of us and made sure we were always attended to. I never had to ask for a refill on my drink or for plates to get taken as they were always ahead of it. Overall, I will be going to P.F. Chang's more and recommend it for family outings. read more

PF Changs food used to be consistently good - the crispy honey chicken and the Northern style ribs were our favorites- but this time we were disappointed. The ribs were large and well cooked, but they didn't taste as if they had the usual spice rub - just salt. The chicken was a small portion, not very crispy, little sauce. Service was friendly and efficient. The disappointing food, combined with a dramatic increase in prices, makes us reluctant to go there again. read more

Considering how many underwhelming reviews P.F. Chang's seems to have, maybe it's a guilty pleasure of mine!? Ok but seriously, I do recommend this restaurant. My husband and I visited late one day and had a lovely experience. We always order the Chicken Lettuce Wraps as an appetizer (a must because it's just that good), then we ordered the Orange Chicken and Beef with Broccoli. We actually wanted their Oolong Chilean Sea Bass which is amazing but we were told they were out (very sadly). The Beef with Broccoli was very good but the orange chicken was pretty much left untouched. I have a very low tolerance for spice/hot and I did not expect the orange chicken to be spicy - but it was. Neither my husband nor myself were actually ate it. Since it was late, we ordered The Great Wall of Chocolate to go for dessert (which is also a must since let's be honest - it's the #1 reason why we like PF Changs haha). My wife, my 2 kids, ages 6 and 11, and I left a Christmas party to get a late dinner at the Warrington location. My wife and son have celiac, so we chose this location because of their attention to the dietary restrictions and cross contamination of gluten. The food was great and the service was excellent. The manager Bret was friendly and made us feel very welcome. Our waitress, I believe her name was Diana, was very good too. It was such a great experience. My family and I were just expecting to get something to eat on our way home, but we were given a great experience to finish off our night. We will definitely go back again. read more

I also feel that the food was not cooked fresh everything was warm not hot so it made me think that all of the food was already made and they just warmed it up to serve. I don't think so would ever go back unless I happened to get a gift card to go back. My husband and I ordered: 2 chicken lettuce wraps 1 chicken fried rice 1 Mongolian beef ( comes with a small brown or white rice) The only thing that kind of upset me was that I received a free entree for my birthday and they said I could not use it. We split the check since my husband had a coupon for a free app on a survey app he does. On his bill he had a lettuce wrap fried rice and drink. And I was going to use my free entree for my Mongolian beef and on my bill I had a lettuce wrap and Mongolian beef. I was only allowed to take the appetizer off but that was not what my email send. I don't always like going to chain restaurants but this one we usually go to once or twice a year. I guess it's been almost a year since we came to this one, and they changed some things around. Sadly, they no longer offer the 2 for $40 dinner deal or their garlic noodles which were my all time fav. They still have a very good happy hour Monday thru Friday from 4-6. They offer discounted apps and drinks. Sometimes, we go just for the happy hour but you do have to sit in the bar area.
