I was introduced to this restaurant by my wife she said she used to come here a lot when she was in middle school and high school. So we recently came here for lunch and it was great. We made reservations on the app Open Table but we didn't need a reservation since it was not crowded. The place was super clean and the lighting was more on the darker side. When we entered we were immediately greeted and seated. Our waitress was really nice and made we sure if we had any questions about the menu she was there to help. My wife ordered since I have never been here before. We ordered: Chicken Lettuce Wraps- WOW!! definitely my favorite. It can be a little messy to eat but who cares! lol this dish was great and I loved the sauce it came with as well. It had a little kick but the flavor was great. The dish also had a great balance of crunch. Fried Rice- I love fried rice and this fried rice was really tasty. I would definitely order this next time we are back. Mongolian Beef- YUM! wow! wow! so much flavor and the beef was so tender. I wish it came with more beef though and less of the green onion. But the combination complements each other really well I ate this with the fried rice I ordered. This dish also comes with either white rice or brown rice. My wife loves it with brown rice and we were both really happy with our meal and cant wait to come back. I just ate here this evening. And ordered the pork lo mein and when I tell you the pork was raw. RAW. completely red/pink on the inside. We informed our waitress who was nothing but rude about the situation. We were disgusted and requested the check. The lo mein was removed from our bill, however, we did still have to pay for the other food we order. Completely ignoring the fact that RAW PORK contains so many bacteria and parasites and could cause severe illness. I have been a PF Chang's fan for years. This is my second visit to this location. Staff: Fantastic, friendly, welcoming, attentive - would give them 4 starts. Mongolian Potstickers - do not try it. There was extra dough, the meat had a weird texture, the ratio of meat to dough was more dough to meat, lacked taste and the sauce that came with it didn't help. Stir Fried Eggplant with diced chicken- added chicken to make one of their dishes that is no longer on the menu and I must say, never disappoints! They listed on their website and in their description on apple maps that they offer delivery but when I called they told me that they only deliver through uber eats and doordash. Kind of misleading to say you offer delivery instead of "delivery avaliable through doordash/uber eats" but whatever. I checked both doordash and uber eats but they only had catering options to feed like 10-20 people. I call back and explain they don't have single entrée options on those apps and they assume me that I can find them on grubhub, which I didn't have but I downloaded the app and made an account just to find out that they aren't on there. Just overall horrible customer service. We received a family style order of PF Changs two days ago, and due to a family emergency did not get to the food for a couple of hours. Somehow, in the intervening 2-3 hours, the rice dehydrated. Unless Changs is giving out uncooked rice and assuming the sealed plastic containers are going to hydrate the grains? I don't know. Now, in order to reheat the plates, we have to cook the uncooked rice until it is edible, and then add the protein. Not a good look, Changs. If this was cheap-o chinese, you could overlook it, because you paid $5.95 for the whole thing, but Changs charges you out the ass for this. The meat was fine. read more

But the food...... was bland, tasteless, dry, Luke warm I ordered the crispy green beans they were greasy. Ordered the Kung PO chicken it's tasted like cardboard. No seasoning at all. A most disappointing and devastating visit! My family and I have eaten at this PF CHANGS location for more than 7 years. And since the pandemic, we went back this evening for the first time. 1. Upon entering, we found the hostess cold and aloof: as if she didn't want to be there, and as if we were a bother. We asked for children's menu and received 1 menu for four children. Oh, we had to ask for the crayons. 2. The restaurant was EMPTY! That should have been the RED FLAG! Maybe 8 people in the entire place. 3. Once seated--near the kitchen--perhaps the server didn't want to walk too far...and by the way she had no visible disability of any kind of which we were aware. Oh wait... 4. We did perceive she had no personality or interpersonal skills...got the feeling that we were interfering with something more important than serving us a delicious meal. 5. I ordered the BBQ ribs as an appetizer, which is my usual choice. I'm sorry to say they were not prepared as I remembered them, and they had LESS SAUCE on them, BUT definitely MORE FAT. I had to ask for wipes to clean up my fingers afterward. 6. Two of us ordered our go to entree of Mongolian beef. It was absolutely prepared differently...LESS SAUCE, LESS TASTE, BUT SO MUCH MORE SALT, I could not eat it-sent it back and did not reorder or ask for something else. They did remove it from the bill. My daughter could not finish hers...same issues. 7. The fried rice was extremely BLAND and we did not finish that either. 8. So we were in the area and decided to give PF Changs a shot. I'm not a huge fan of chain restaurants but it was convenient. Upon arrival we were sat at a table but asked for a booth. The hostess didn't seem to happy about it, but we had asked for a booth when we arrived. I'm assuming she didn't hear us. Our server was very nice and thorough. I ordered the steamed shrimp dumplings to start. They were good, the sauce was nice and spicy. But they did lack some texture, I would definitely have them fried next time. They were also very small for the price. For entrees we ordered the Singapore chicken and the Changs spicy chicken. Also ordered a side of fried rice. Both dishes were good, not great but good. Had a great first experience! Our party of 11 enjoyed the delicious food, drinks, sushi, and of course, the yummy dessert! Our server was pleasant and very helpful! Our only feedback would be to have more shrimp and chicken in the fried rice. It seemed a little skimpy! But we will definitely be back! There are plenty of menu items to satisfy any asian cuisine, but the steak bowl was phenomenal and I highly recommend it, along with fried rice! They have gotten the last dollar ever from me. The "rules " imposed have kissed me goodbye. Call at 5:27 for 6:30 reservation and they won't take it! Rules...must be more than an hour. I'm going with 4 yelps since I've had many a good meal at PF Changs. I like the creativity and variety the menu has to offer. The craft cocktails are good and change seasonally. They also have a decent wine selection for a chain restaurant. The service is consistently good and the food usually comes out quickly. The bar in the Warrington location has a nice atmosphere. The chicken lettuce wraps are still my favorite app. Favorite entrees are sesame chicken, Oolong sea bass and coconut curry vegetables. We started with a pork order of 4 Charlie's dumplings for $4.50 under the Dim Sum area of the menu and quickly regretted not ordering the 6 piece! They were unbelievably delicious, definitely something you have to try. We also started with the orange ginger edamame for $5 which was good but I personally wouldn't order again. It was way too salty for my taste, so much so it was burning my lips. My hubs loved it. The manager came around to ask how our food is just as our appetizers were delivered. We expected him to follow up later but he never did which was disappointing. We both ordered some drinks, he had a Strawberry cucumber limeade which was odd, too much cucumber in the mix and i had a chang's coconut cooler which was light and delicious and they both were only $4 each. I always had a negative experience here because of the poor quality of the food and the poor customer service from the staff. I recall getting dumplings but it was too salty and dried, and the fried rice was inedible and simply nasty. The waiter didn't bother refilling our water until I had to ask him three times, and had no recommendations for me on the menu. Thus, I can tell he didn't know much about the menu. I was never PF Chang's biggest fan. I went here so many times in high school for friends' birthday dinners and I never was impressed. Grant it, I also never got to choose what to order it was all always family style and everything that was ordered was always in the same sauce and it was gross (it was probably ginger - I'm not a fan) but since going here a few times and ordering what I want - I've definitely enjoyed it more. P.F. Chang's is definitely one of the more "upscale" chain restaurants. The waiters and waitresses all have black uniforms, there are more elaborate table settings including wine glasses so it's a little more fancy. The restaurant is dark - but it's pretty - although I'm not a huge fan of dark restaurants. I like to see what I'm ordering and what I'm eating. The staff here is very professional though and overall very nice. They have a gluten free menu which is great - I got the chicken pad Thai and the chocolate dome for dessert! I love a lot of the new additions P.F. Chang's is adding to their menu. Overall this P.F. Chang's is very nice it's been in Valley Square for a few years now and still looks very nice - you can tell it is well kept! It's a great option when you want a little bit more of an upscale Chinese dining experience compared to your regular to go box neighborhood Chinese (although that also is very good !) . read more

Good Food! Good Service! Good Atmosphere! Hubby and I are long time customers to PF Chang's, but this was my sister's first time. P.F. Chang's has changed since our first visit to the Princeton location. Some of the menu items are the same but it's different. They call it a bistro now. I happy they kept the family style portions, so we were able to order three entree's and I could have a little of each. Sometimes you want a little of three instead of a lot of one and I love Chinese food. I could eat Chinese every week and this food is not as salty as the neighborhood Chinese place. My recent visit to P.F. Chang's was disappointing - and that was given my lowered expectations. I rarely go to P.F. Chang's; their cuisine is typically uninspired, and a hollow echo of genuine American-Chinese food. The only reason we go is because my mother-in-law is fond of it. That said, in previous visits, one dish that stood out was the lettuce wraps. This appetizer, while hardly "American-Chinese food," was actually rather good. It was a generous portion of minced, spiced chicken, served with an assortment of sauces. I particularly liked the spicy sauce. Other family members preferred other sauces. But on my most recent visit about a week ago, the portion size for the chicken has been reduced. It was served slightly above room temperature, and only one sauce was provided (and no, it wasn't the one I liked). I considered asking about the other sauces, but service was unusually poor, and we glimpsed our server once every 15-20 minutes or so. The won-ton soup has historically been "good." It's a bit sweet, which is unusual. And it's not available in single portions, which is annoying. But this time, the soup was watery. The sweet taste was non-existent - and so were most of the other tastes. It was just bland, as if it had been deliberately watered down. Among our entrees, we tried the new pad-thai dish. The food P.F. Chang's serves can barely be called "Chinese." There is no way their pad thai dish qualifies as "pad thai." Wrong noodles, wrong spices, wrong flavors. Had I rated previous visits, I'd have given it three stars, easily. And had it been a simple matter of poor service, I could have excused that - every restaurant has good and bad wait staff. But that so many of the dishes had dropped in quality is a fault of the restaurant as a whole. On the plus side, my mother-in-law doesn't seem to be as enamored with P. F. It's a shame when customers are ignored. We ordered ahead for curbside dinner for 4 for mother's day. We were traveling so we got there and calling inside as instructed at 4:10. We were told to give our parking spot number and it will be right our once it's together. After about 30 minutes and noticing people who came in and parked after us getting their food, our 7 year old was teething antsy. I tried calling in and the phone was going right to fast busy signal. Actually the cars around us in speaker phone were getting the same result. After 45 minutes I got out of our car and went to ask about our food. Many people were already upset and not getting an eta. At this point I called my wife in the car and told her to take our daughter to Wendy's across the street since she was hungry and didn't know what was going in. After an hour I was able to get an employee to check my order and they said it was cooking now. Cooking now? After an hour and made an appointment pick up time? After standing outside in the heat our food was brought out after an hour and twenty minutes. Needless to say this was not how we planned our Morhers day dinner. I emailed the restaurant the following day asking for answers as to why the order took so long, why no eta or communication was made, why their phone was busy and some kind of reason for us to come back otherwise they lost a customer. Well a week has gone by and no call or email from the owner of the store or manager. It's one thing to have a bad experience but it's unforgivable to be ignored about it. Shame on you guys. Update. Over 2 weeks have gone by, still not a word. Update. A representative eventually sent me an email apologizing. Dan dan noodles made with chicken are lacking something in the flavor department. Would be better made with pork or beef. Conclusion: this location is a "black eye" for the chain. It was practically empty just before the dinner rush; the service was slow and only one out of four dishes was mostly good. Pros: the beef in the Mongolian Beef was seasoned well and quite tender. The restaurant appeared to be clean although dimly lit. Cons: there were only two other full tables yet the service was slow. We had the spicy chicken noodle soup; it came out only warm and the flavor was somewhat bland albeit nicely spicy with a significant amount of red pepper in the broth. The chicken in the lettuce wrap was over cooked to the point where there were burned pieces. The shrimp in lobster sauce was also over cooked and the sauce was so salty I thought one of the cooks played a joke on our chef by unscrewing the lid on the salt shaker so it all poured out when he used it. While the beef in the Mongolian Beef was good, the scallions were cut way too big and undercooked so they overwhelmed the beef. read more

P.F Changs is most defiantly geared towards an American approach on Chinese cuisine, which isn't a terrible thing however eating authentic Chinese food or even having Chinese food at a regular Chinese restaurant is different. Aside from the price and the setting, there are many differences to P.F Changs and a regular Chinese food restaurant. P.F Changs tries to incorporate western tastes and ingredients that normally do not exist in Chinese cooking. If you're looking for a gourmet American Chinese meal- this is where you would go and probably spend twice the amount here versus a normal chinese restaurant. The overall experience at this P.F Changs location was great. Our order- P.F Changs spicy chicken, it wasn't at all what we expected it to be. WE thought it was their version of General Tso's chicken which was not on the menu, but they did have sesame chicken. 2/5 Combination (Chicken, pork, shrimp, and beef) Lo mein- the noodles were fluffy and almost too salty 2/5 Calamari- this dish was all tempura( battered and deep fried everything, including veggies and the calamari) 2/5 The server was extremely attentive and even offered free dessert at the end for my boyfriend's birthday. We are always greeted when we enter. We are able to get reservations with no problem. Sometimes we walk in but we don't wait long to be seated. Food is tasty and hot. The staff is knowledgeable about the menu. We are a little picky but we are ALWAYS accommodated. We love a familiar face , like Joe, as we go often but a new face is always welcome. Jesse, the manager, ALWAYS makes a point to come over and talk to us. He is very professional and his presence is noted! Like I said, we are picky, but it's never a problem for Jesse and the staff. I don't typically eat at this one - usually something I get when I travel for work, which I do often, mostly because my fiancée doesn't care for it. BUT Saturday he went and got take out because he's the best... The food was really disappointing... I got the Mongolian Beef and the beef fried rice. There was NO sauce on the Mongolian Beef and the fried rice had huge clumpy balls of white rice and was barely "fried". I had to add soy sauce to get any flavor on to it.
