Decent food. It's usually really busy so the wait time is a bit long. But if you're not in a rush I would recommend trying it.

Top-notch restaurant. You walk in thinking your going to spend your week's salary. But the prices are extremely reasonable, only select few items over 20$. The service was excellent constant refills and checkups. Get the dynamite shrimp appetizer you'll love it. read more

The service and the friendliness of the staff were exceptional. I had the beef and broccoli and the sauce was a bit heavy. It was not a bad tasting dish it was just a sauce heavier than I am used to. I ordered takeout from the warrington location. When I picked it up and brought it back for my-coworkers, the food was cold, the rice was undercooked and the eggrolls were so greasy, we had to wrap them in a paper towel. We ordered a side salad and they forgot the dressings and also any side dips. I work in a building with over 50 co-workers we all agreed it's Jade Island from now on. How can food be cold when it's 97 degrees outside. The rice that came with the lunch order was tablespoon that's all!!! During our recent visit to PF Chang's China Bistro (Warrington), this restaurant stood out for the uniformly bad taste of its food. Their steamed dumplings are actually quite bad. HONEY CHICKEN had very strong vinegar smell. Horrible taste. Mongolian Beef was terrible. I didn't eat all of it. No flavor and it was chewy and too salty. I think they need to re-think their cooking strategy. Or hire better chefs who can cook. I won't return. read more

We are big fans of the P.F. Chang chain because of their Gluten-free Menu and their TERRIFIC corporate policy of GF dedicated kitchen area and GF dedicated woks, pans and utensils. Yay! That is SOOoooo important to us who have Celiac! Of all the PF Chang's in which we've dined, the best is in Greenville, SC tied with Columbia, Maryland. Manhattan Beach, CA 2nd best! We've eaten in Warrington dozens of times for the GF. This one in Warrington is my least favorite of all the PF Changs. In general, every time we've eaten here, or had take out, meal portions are half of what is served in Greenville or Columbia, MD. Spices in the GF meals and soups don't even taste like the same restaurant. We're looking for consistancy across the chain of restaurants. PF Chang in Warrington - since you are the nearest one, can you please improve your cooking and serving sizes so we can be happy again? read more

Visitied Chang's the other evening with my hubby for the first time in about a year. Even though it was a weeknight and dining room was about 1/3 empty, we were told that there would be a 20-30 minute wait. The bar was practically empty, so I don't know where the rest of the waiting diners were stashed to make the wait that long, but oh, well....we went into the bar and sat down and avoided the wait. Service was good, and they have a nice selection of wines and cocktails. We ordered from the menu and ate at the bar. We typically order the lettuce wrap and slather it in their homemade sauce, but this time we ordered the green beans that were coated in some kind of a batter, with a dipping sauce on the side. The green beans were tasteless, and the dipping sauce was their only savior. It was reminiscent of the sauce you get at Outback Steak House with the Bloomin' Onion, only spicier. Hubby got the salmon and I got the Wok Charred steak. Both were just OK, not bad, but not great. I remember enjoying my food much more on previous visits. Love the little dessert in shot glasses, just to give you a little taste rather than some humongous dessert you'd never finish and if you did, you'd feel sooooo guilty! read more

The food here is delicious! The employees are polite and real helpful. They give you suggestions as to what drink will go well with your meal etc and they describe the meals so well (it makes you want to eat everything!) The appetizers are awesome, we had the "Chang's Chicken lettuce wraps" MmmMmm!!! We also had an appetizer that came with crab wontons, spring rolls, shrimp rolls, egg rolls, and different kinds of dipping sauce. They also explained which sauce tastes better with each. Also you can make your own sauce if you'd like. I had one of their mini desserts, which is literally "mini" but it was very good. I stuffed myself with the appetizers and my meal so having a small dessert was a good choice for me. The food here can be pretty expensive depending on how much you order and what your personal budget is to spend for a good meal. I myself didn't find it too bad. I can't wait to go back and try another appetizer, entree, and dessert! I know I sound extra greedy...don't judge me lol ;-) read more

This was ultimately the worst food I've ever eaten in my entire life. I knew this going in but had a craving for Asian food. Everything and I mean everything is reheated and reheated to the point where it is inedible. Even my Thai noodles were thrown on the flat grill which had a smoky burnt taste to it. Even the eggs in the pad Thai where brown and over cooked. Steak was like hockey pucks and couldn't even chew through it. The service was horrible. Even the fact that there was nobody in the restaurant. Had a waitress ask us if we wanted fried rice, white rice or brown rice. It came with the magnolia beef. By the way don't ever get that. We told her we wanted fried rice. Then she couldn't remember what we said so she asked us again if we wanted white or brown rice. Assuming that white or brown for rice the fried rice so we said brown rice. She comes back with a huge bowl of mushy brown rice. We asked where is the fried rice? She goes well I asked if you wanted white or brown and you didn't say fried rice in a pathetic attitude like she does not want to be there at all. Either did we at this point! Then there was an up charge for the fried rice. She didn't know what she was doing at all. Then this is the nail in the coffin. She gave us fortune cookies and I opened it up and it had no fortunate in it. Sums it all up. The fortune should've said, do not ever eat here unless you want to barf all night long. read more

I am from Georgia and have eaten at all 3 locations in Atlanta. I always get the same meals : kung pao chicken or orange peel. I ordered the lunch kung pao chicken here , and off the bat the order was small for the price. The taste of the chicken was not spicy AT ALL, soooo many peanuts, and it tasted like they threw soy sauce all over the chicken. I told them to take it back and give me full order orange peel. Was not spicy either ! Neither dish tasted like it should and I was not offered anything at all for my issues. I was charged for the full orange peel. No discount or anything. THe waiter bagged my leftovers and threw my rice into a to go container, not enough for my chicken and they usually give you a fresh to go container of rice and he didn't. Went to the front when I left and asked for information for corporate assuming a manager would be called over, and I was told to look at the website. So I called, and PFCHANGS offered to give me a gift card for the amt of my meal since the manager should have done so in the first place. Only bad experience out of the 4 . read more

OMG! Went on a Saturday night and waited for an hour and a half. Couldn't really get to the bar for a drink as the chairs were so close! My family had an incredible experience at the restaurant tonight. We were seated rather quickly, and in a booth - yay! After a drive from south Jersey it was a pleasant way to enter the restaurant. The hostess was very sweet while she was making jokes with our children at the table. Our server Gina was attentive and extremely polite. My husband tends to get irritable if he finds himself needing to remind our server to refill drinks, bring napkins, etc, and that was fortunately not the case tonight. Typically I wouldn't suggest making a far drive to a chain restaurant, but I'm very happy that we did, and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering going to Chang's for dinner! read more

The place was mobbed and people were being told there was an hour and 45 minute wait when we arrived. We had reservations and had to wait nearly a half hour. I had never eaten there before and now that I have I don't know what the attraction is. It was so noisy we had to shout to talk. The food was expensive and mediocre at best. And it's as far from being authentic Chinese as it can be. Everything we had was overcooked to the point of being tasteless except for the filling for the lettuce wrap which did have a taste--burned. A horrid experience. FOOD POISONING. Upon entry you will notice that all of the servers are huddled around the hostess center in congregation. This is the epicenter of the neglect to the patrons at this establishment. Our waiter seemed to be nice but this was eventually overshadowed by his inability to bring our food in a timely manner and with some of our food not being brought at all. The odd part was that the restaurant was at 1/3rd capacity at best. Our appetizer was under cooked. The silverware was FILTHY . We asked for replacement silverware and it was filthy again. I mean literally had what one could mistake for sticky Soy sauce or Honey remnants all over it. Our egg drop soups never came. Our server just completely forgot them. Our entrees were very underwhelming to say the least. I've always under the assumption that PF Chang's served top quality cuisine until my actual visit. But to bring this whole horrid over the top. After leaving the restaurant, about 2 hours later I became very nauseous to the point where I vomited multiple time. I spent the second half of my Saturday feeling flu like symptoms with chills and sweats. After about 5 hours of vomiting and rest. I was able to nurse myself back to health. Needless to say this was my first and will be my last visit to PF Chang's read more

On Thursday March 27th, I decided to give P.F. Chang's a try as I was close by and in the mood for some fried rice. As I went to sit in the bar section of the restaurant there were 4 free tables. 3 of the tables had used dishes on them and one was just plain dirty but had no dishes. As I was alone and the dirty table had no dishes I put my coat on the chair and told the waiter in that section, I'd be using the rest room. When I came back, my table was cleaned and set. However the 3 tables surrounding me were still dirty with used plates on them. And the table directly in front of me was being used as a busing table as there were PILES of used dishes, silverware and glasses on it. All the dirty plates that the waiter collected from other tables were placed on this apparently converted busing table. It felt like I was about to eat at a garbage dump. And the kitchen was no more than 20 feet from us! After about 20 mins into my visit the waiter decided to begin clearing the tables. As for the food, lets start with the very long hair that I discovered in it. And the chicken in the fried rice was way over cooked. The manager was in the bar area and seemed to not notice that the tables were an unacceptable mess. The bartender was lovely as she was my actual server but her upbeat personality could not make up for such a bad dining experience. I do NOT recommend eating here and I most certainly will NOT be going back! read more

Just came back after eating at this PF Chang, Had a HORRIBLE experience here today April 18th at 4:30pm.Server name was Stephanie, we asked for a Wine Bottle, She brought after 10 mins., a Glass of Wine.We said we ordered Bottle, She said okay I will get that along with Appetizer.We waited another 10 mins. and Appetizers came, we asked for Vietnamese Spring Rolls, She brought Curry for us, We said we did not order that Appetizer as well, she said Sorry and went Back, Imagine No Bottle of Wine yet after being in restraunt for 25 mins or so, Then she comes and she has Wine Bottle Finally, and she is trying to open it and can't Open it so she takes the Bottle to the Bar and comes back without the Cork, Wine Bottle in Badly opened Wrapper(me, my wife were just happy to see the Bottle!!), Now Pours the Wine goes away , what's wrong here?Wine Bottle has no STOPPER on it, we asked someone to get us stopper and stephanie comes back with SAME CORK(AHHHH...maybe she found it from Trash CAN??) We were just weeping from inside, now she is pushing the Cork Hard on Bottle and it won't slide in, we stopped her and asked for a stopper,s he says they don't have any, i asked my Wife if she wanted to LEAVE, WALK AWAY!! right now, she said let's eat we are hungry, Boy this was some experience here, NOW I can just jump on Server and say all her Fault BUT Wait where is the MANAGEMENT of PF CHANG?THEY WENT PAST MANY TIMES BUT NEVER BOTHERED TO SAY SORRY FOR ALL THIS, I WOULD NEVER GO BACK WITH MY FAMILY TO THIS LOCATION Because of BAD MANAGEMENT, I would recommend everyone to to do so, i have been to many other locations of PF Chang Love their FOOD, But Managemnt of this Location is Sleeping.... read more

For what it is, P.F. Chang's is a great restaurant. I had never been there before so when I suggested to my parents that we go one Sunday evening, they weren't really up to going somewhere too fancy, upscale or expensive, but we gave it a shot, and it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. Depending on what you order, some of the dishes are a bit pricey while others are not, but it makes sense because everything there is served family style, meaning you get one big platter for everyone at the table (or at least 2 or more at one table) to share. And don't give me any "Oh, I'm trying to watch what I eat so I can fit into my skinny jeans" excuses, the best part is that P.F. Chang's has a selection of mini desserts (some of which are smaller-scale versions of the larger dessert options on their menu) that are perfect for portion control. Definitely try the Great Wall of Chocolate (a chocolate layer cake with chocolate chips on top of raspberry sauce), though I'd suggest bringing some friends or family along and sharing it with them--the mini size doesn't do it justice! read more

Let me start by saying that I (used to) love PF Chang's...LOVE! I'm not normally a fan of chain restaurants but this one was different. I've been to this location, as well as the one in Marlton. I also used to travel quite a bit on business and after trying all of the local fare, we would always fall back on trusty Chang's the last night for drinks and lettuce wraps. It's been a while so the other day we were out running errands and decided to stop in for lunch on a weekend. I almost didn't go because I was worried there would be a wait and we didn't have a lot of time. Well, the restaurant was completely empty except for one other table. That should have been the first sign something changed. We order the lettuce wraps and what happened to the sauce being mixed table side?? We were served some generic, salty, soy-like sauce. The lettuce wasn't even intact to make a proper wrap. We both ordered entree's and I asked to swap the white rice for fried rice (treat yo self). The waitress informed me that that there was an up charge for that. No worries. I swear I saw on the menu that it was $1.50 extra, no big deal. The entrees come and the portions that are supposed to be family style barely served one person, and no, we didn't order off of the lunch specials, we ordered from the regular menu. The Chang's chicken is completely different from before. It's not the fresh, lightly battered, cut chicken. It's now frozen and so breaded you can barely find the meat. Another reviewer nailed it when saying it tastes like a cross between a frozen meal and yesterday's take out. My H ordered a dish that was supposed to have steak and lobster, and there was barely any of either. It was mostly filled with potatoes, mushrooms and asparagus. It just wasn't good. Any of it. The bill arrived and I wasn't charged an up charge for swapping the rice, I was charged for an entire side (what I received was not a side, it was the same portion as the white rice). I thought about saying something, but our waitress was great and I felt bad for her because the one other table that was there was giving her a ton of grief over the food as well. I decided that instead of complaining, I just won't be back. I've had better Chinese from Wegman's..not even kidding, if you haven't tried their orange chicken and fried rice you are missing out, and it's better than this, you're welcome! read more

While the food was delicious, the service was the worst I have ever had. Our server gave us no greeting other than "What do you want to drink?" After returning with our waters, she proceeded to ask us about our food order and if we were ready; meanwhile we were only ready to order some cocktails. After placing our cocktail order and food order, our apps came out before our cocktails arrived. Halfway through our apps, our entree came out. While our table was full of dishes, the food runner looked at us like it was our problem that there were dishes. We bussed our own table and he placed our dishes down. He then proceed to tell us (the customer) to place our dishes on tray. After we finished our food, the server brought our check out without asking if we wanted any dessert. Again the food was fantastic and the server lacked on so many levels. I will be bringing my PF Chang business elsewhere. read more

My god what did you do? My sweet sour chicken, egg rolls and lo me in SUCKED! I did curbside and had to come in after 10 minutes to remind you that I was waiting. The sweet sour sauce was brown and did not taste like it should. My chicken had excessive grissle. The egg rolls are HORRIBLE. Apparently you now have the choice of pork (original) or chicken. Pork is apparently code name for disgusting. My son eats lo me in like it it is going out of style. He stopped eating after one bit. Something has changed here (ownership or staff) in the past two months.. Beware to those coming back expecting the same thing. This stuff isn't even fit for the dog.. read more

I'm giving three stars because the first time I went here on a Friday night a couple months ago it was awesome. Great service, great food, great atmosphere. Totally recommend. But today I went there on a Saturday afternoon for lunch and I wound up walking out. The hostess took forever on the phone with a reservation and she didn't even acknowledge us. When we were finally lead to our table the booth had greasy hand prints on the cushion seat, and the one wine glass was visibly filthy. Two different servers were taking care of the table behind us and ahead of us. So I don't know who was responsible for us. But we waited and waited and waited for someone to come over to greet us and at least tell us to hang on and no one came. They were not even busy to add insult to injury. So we walked out, and the kicker is as we're walking out the door the hostess says enjoy the rest of your day. So she either didn't bother looking up to see who was leaving, or she recognized us because she lead us to our table 15 minutes prior, but didn't care that we were leaving or why. PF Chang's in Warrington does a great job handling the long lines and the atmosphere is terrific. The noodles are wonderful and the service excellent. It is still a chain and subsequently, it isn't surprising when the taste of the food disappears shortly after leaving. It is sometimes as if you hadn't eaten at all. This was our first time at a Changs. My wife and I went there on a Saturday night 5pm. Made reservations because everyone said it is a must. We were seated right away, no problem. Waitress was pleasant, knowledgeable - did a great job. Everything came out quick and hot. My wife got the crab wonton. I had some too. Not bad, but nothing to write home about. I got 2 egg rolls. Very very greasy. Again, nothing special. Normal size and all. We also go the lettuce wraps because everyone said to. Again, we weren't thrilled. Nothing we got there was bad, but we really don't understand all the hype. I have been to Asia/China many times. And yes, this is not real, authentic Chinese food by far. I got the sweet/sour pork. I have had much better in NYC and even in my home area from the regular chinese fast food joints. My wife agreed. Since it was a 'special occassion' they gave us dessert gratis. Again, nothing bad, except I was surprised to see the egg rolls dripping grease. Really. And both of us said that we really don't see what is so special. We both like spicy food, nothing here was spicy. Oh, my wife had some crunchy honey chicken. Wasn't crunchy, spicy. And we both said 'bland' at the same time and I compared the whole meal to one I would expect to get in Canada. Anyway, we left and both said it wasn't worth it to go there again. read more
