I remember when this restaurant was new and it was crazy busy all the time. I recently visited and it was a bit sad to see it nearly empty on a Saturday afternoon. There seemed to be no one working at the host/hostess station by the door or at the bar. We had to wait several minutes before someone noticed us to seat us. They offer a decent "lunch" special that also runs on weekends and until 3pm or so. I cannot say no to that Mongolian beef... which might have been even better than I remember. The chicken pad thai was a HUGE portion and looked/smelled incredible. I definitely want to try this in the future. The waiter was nice and attentive without being annoying. For a chain, I think the food is pretty dang amazing and the menu is quite extensive. I would recommend PF Chang's over the foot court any day! read more

Looking for someplace that I haven't been to for a while I stopped in to P F Chang's around 5 pm on a Friday evening. On entering the restaurant the hostess was nowhere to be found and two servers unfamiliar with the role tried to get me a table. Once seated I waited for 10 minutes for a server to approach me and ask for my order. A bit surprising in that the dining room probably seats 125+ and there were only 17 patrons eating or being served. Things did pick up as I was finishing my meal, perhaps they had just opened service for the evening. I ordered an appetizer, Dynamite Shrimp ($14.29) and it arrived quickly. It consisted of 10 medium sized fried shrimp on a bed of lettuce, carrots and cabbage, lightly and unevenly covered with a spiced sauce. The shrimp were nicely cooked and the sauce imparted a kick of heat. I ordered the Chang's chicken ($18.29) for my entree and an order of Chili Garlic Green Beans. ($9.29) which came with a serving of brown rice. The chicken dish was good, spicy but a bit oily. The green beans were delicious. My server was attentive, checking in on me and refilled my soda ($4.29). All in all the food was good but a bit on the expensive side coming to $60 with tax and tip. Food was plentiful so I left with enough for a second meal at home. My impression is that Chang's is still a quality choice for an evening meal. read more

This is our second time that we have gone in the past six months. This location used to be a "go to" years ago. I feel like every time we go it seems to be going downhill slower and slower. A few times ago, the service was not good and just cleanliness was t good either. Floors dirty and windows filthy etc. But we thought we'd give it a try again. Tonight when we sat down at the table. The server came promptly, which was great! We just ordered waters and wanted to eat, so we ordered right away! After we ordered, I looked down and noticed there was rice in between the table placemat under both mats and also on the other side was dried sauce and chunks of food stuck onto the table. Simple mistake and but we switched tables. Right when we sat down, I took the wine glasses and slid them to the end of the table as we ordered water, and I figured they would take them. As I was moving them, I noticed that there was lipstick marks on one of them. As for the service, it started out well, but then he basically never came back to the table and other servers were helping us. The food was hot and good but the overall experience wasn't good and now being 2 back to back times and for the price, we will not be back, sadly. In addition to not having the capability to hold onto an order (I wanted to place an order in about an hour given the traffic and when I'd be able to pick it up) they needed to take my order twice once I arrived . Terrible terrible decision to try this out. I knew I don't like this chain but wanted to give it another fair chance. It reminded me why I hated this place in the 1st place. We got the lettuce wraps , the chicken was over cooked and even burnt. I mean, there is charred and there is simply burnt, unfortunately this was the later. A single boiled egg has more flavor to it than the egg drop soup. You can't compensate by drowning it in soy sauce, we had to leave it. The Singapore noodles tasted flat and drenched in turmeric. It's very oily for being this tasteless. Finally, my miso glazed salmon, I had some hopes from but it was also very very bland and the miso don't come through, the salmon was decently the least flavorful salmon I've ever had the misfortune to taste. The only redeeming factor for which I gave it 2 stars was the service. The poor servers are so unaware of how bad the food tastes or I like to think so. Unfortunately the food taste-quality has disappeared. I returned after a long time away missing the kung pao chicken. The sauce tastes exactly like the sauce purchases at any grocery store now. The peppers were hard and dry and did nothing for the dish except add a garnish. No spice at all. The lettuce wraps were ok, not like previous visits. The orange chicken was disappointing to say the least. And thank you for Over frying the egg rolls. Always like a dark brown hard shell dipped in a sub par sauce. Loved hearing the head chef yelling at crew while I ate. Made me feel like I was at a fast food restaurant with a bunch of immature teenagers working there. Waitstaff was great. read more

This is the second time I've been to a PF Chang's, more than a decade in between. I remember really loving the orange chicken. Going back for a second time after a long time left much to be desired. The food had good flavor, the presentation of the dishes seemed put together in haste. I also tried the lettuce wrap which was really good. I would highly recommend getting this if you come here, it's a must try. The noodle dish tasted okay too. If you're hungry, your taste buds may deem it savory and if you like a little crunch like pad Thai it has the texture of in between soft and crunchy. Service was good, our waitress was friendly, helpful, and tended to our needs. One of the napkins was not as clean as it should look at it had stains and our waitress replaced it with a cleaner one. It was during a weekend evening so it was not busy at all which is nice to have the place to yourself sometimes. We had extra fortune cookies for extra fortune. We were looking for a spot in Wauwatosa for dinner and PF Chang's was the place. We had been here several years ago and I visited the Indianapolis location over the summer. You enter the bar area when you arrive. There was an unusual smell that I could not identify, but it was slightly unpleasant. I waited a few minutes for my wife to arrive but was not greeted while I stood in the entry area. When she arrived I stepped up to the host station and was told "someone will be here to help you shortly" by the person there. Another person arrives and we were led to a table in the dining area. The smell from the bar was left behind when we moved to the dining room. Our server greeted us quickly and was very pleasant. We placed our orders and she left. Almost immediately a food runner came to our table but not with our food. No big deal we all had a laugh about lightning fast food and she headed off to find the correct table. Our actual food arrived a short time later. It was hot and delicious as expected. The portions here are very generous so consider the half order if you are a light eater. Our server was attentive and refilled drinks as needed. Overall a good experience but the smell in the bar area hit us again on the way out. Probably time to deep clean the bar area. Never again! Had a reservation for 5:30pm our seven people. Sever only asked 2 people if they wanted an appetizer. So we had to pass around 1 plate of lettuce wraps for 7 people.... Then our food finally came just shy of 2 hrs later! And the chicken dishes were cold! The bill came and I told the server to ring up the cash and then put the rest on my Card... he took the cash and put $100 more on the card then he was supposed to. He took my card and said he refunded it. And charged it again! So now I have two charges on my card. And then never gave me my card back. So I had to cancel the card. The manger Prince, just told me the charges will fall off in 3 days. But, I have no proof of that. So I have to dispute everything... never again! read more

This is going to be a pretty quick review compared to my normal ones. I placed an order to go on their website. It consisted of two egg rolls, which were $8.50 and absolutely not worth it because they tasted like they're out of a grocery store freezer section. I also ordered Northern style pork spare ribs for $14.50. They were on the salty side and came with six bones, two of which didn't have much meat on them. Those two items took 25 minutes to make, 10 minutes past the estimated pick up window, so I stood there watching people come in after me and get their food before me. The ribs tasted good, which is the only thing saving this from a one-star review. Certainly not good enough to spend $14.50 on them again, though. read more

Went to lunch yesterday at this location with five coworkers. The dining room was almost empty for a Thursday. We had a relatively new server so things were not as good as usual. A few items were missed, drinks forgotten, etc. But the young man was trying. Food was acceptable to good, but one problem, your beef teriyaki failed to mention onion. The gentleman has a severe allergy to onions but was successful at removing them before he ate. You may want to include that in the description under your lunch specials. We will of course be back, we are fans of your food. While not up to your normal standards, we still enjoy your restaurant. read more

I usually complain about eating at corporate chain restaurants but PF Changs is different, the customer service is always good everytime we come here. I have NEVER gotten sick off the food at PF Changs and the prices are relatively cheap. I was not aware that PF Changs promotes cooking from scratch, thus feeling healthy after eating their food. I like the theme inside PF CHANG as well. The beatiful modern red color decor with the black colored accents. I am going to be recommending this to co-workers. read more

My food took a very long time (about 40 minutes) to prepare despite the restaurant being almost empty. The food was greasy and flavorless. A few pieces of dried up chicken and shrimp in the entree. I'll start my review by stating that I wish we could give half stars or provide different stars for different categories of said business (I.E service, quality of food, wait times, etc). Been to this location 3 times in the last two months. Food: the quality of food and proportion seems to vary. Each of the three times that I've been in the last 3 months, I've ordered the chicken fried rice which was great in taste all 2/3 times and the proportions weren't the same. One of those times it just seemed overly dry. My husband ordered the pepper steak with fried rice and he enjoyed it. During the first trip, my husband and I shared California sushi rolls as an appetizer and they were okay. The third time we ate here, we ordered a slice of cheesecake to go. It was a huge slice that it was perfect for the both of us to enjoy when cut in half. Service: Can vary depending on if it's busy or not. The service was exceptional our very first time dining here. It was a pretty busy Tuesday evening, but the waitress by the name Ashe was great. The only thing she missed was providing us with silverware before our food came. She served our food and I had to go find her for silverware. However, I did notice that she was having a horrible time servicing an older couple in the booth behind us. The older woman was giving her such a difficult time about every single thing and she was very unpleased that her food took 35 mins to be made. I overheard the woman ask for the manager and the manager came and informed her that her food had just finished being made. Still upset, she went on to complain more. The manager ended up putting a comp on their bill AND giving them some kind of card or so for a free appetizer for the next visit. On the way out, the woman waited for the manager again to complain about this waitress. On my way out, I made it a point to inform the manager that she was actually a great waitress and that I would also hate to serve that couple if I worked there. My second time dining there, I was upset because I wanted to use a $20 off reward that I had. I provided my phone number to our waitress and asked her to add the rewards on my account, then I excused myself to use the restroom. My husband paid the bill while I was using the facility and I didn't notice until we left that she hadn't applied the $20 reward, only a $6 savings I had on my account. On our third time dining there, we were informed that we could only use the $20 reward for an order over $40 which did not include alcohol (my husband had a glass of wine). I appreciated being informed of this which is why we added a slice of cheesecake to go. Value: Typical dine-in costs similar to Olive Garden, Texas Roadhouse or Long Horn. They do have a small menu for a happy hour, they offer lunch specials, and you can save by being a rewards member. Ambiance: Okay. Bar area is upon entrance. Asian style decor. Outdoor seating available. Bathrooms could use better cleaning and one stall in the women's restroom seems to have a 'not working' sign on it at all times. We were there for lunch on March fourth, 2026. When we arrived there were about 5 plumber's trucks outside the restaurant. We walked in and you could definitely smell a sewer like smell. We asked the receptionist about it and she said that it was drains in the kitchen that were clogged. We ate our lunch-you couldn't smell the smell in the dining room as much. The next week I was there with a different group of friends and THE SAME SEWER SMELL hits you in the face. Management can't you do something about this problem?? Our family of four stopped by this P.F. Chang's for dinner around 6:00 P.M. on a Wednesday night. Our sever was very polite (Chels). Unfortunately, the kitchen had some staffing challenges so the wait was longer than usual. We asked if a shared dessert could be comped for the extended wait and were politely told, "no." That was no big deal. As we were preparing to leave, the newly appointed operations manager stopped by to ask how the meal went. We didn't complain about the wait whatsoever--just merely that the food wasn't good, in general. The low mein was flavorless (he said it was "authentic Asian cuisine and an acquired taste"), which was laughable considering everyone at the table is an avid world traveler. Even the crab wontons were nasty and fishy-tasting. He became very defensive by honest, respectful criticism. He physically tapped the table to wrap up the conversation and walked off. That was so off-putting and offensive. If you don't care what the customer thinks, then maybe don't ask. :/ We decided that we'll never return to this location or any other location, for that matter. 2 stars given: 1 for Chels and 1 for the sesame salad. read more

First of all when I can in to pick up my online order the girl was super rude for no reason stating my order wasn't ready even though it was well past the time they told me it was supposed to be ready. But this isn't even what really mad me mad. I go to pay and dumb and dumber comes along. I'm assuming this dude was being trained because they had two people on the register which was fine. What made me mad was the dude who was training had absolutely zero brain cells.... He didn't know what my total was and neither did the guy training him... my total was 41.25, I hand them a $50 and the trainer proceeds to tell his trainee to give me $3 back for change..??? And instead of taking a split second to check if that was correct he was about to genuinely give me back $3.... I said what? You don't owe me $3 you owe me $8.75 back. And then the dumb person who was training gave me $8.00 back but they didn't have anymore quarters so the guy who was training the new guy went back to grab the rest of my change... and I'm sitting there waiting for $.75 back. And then the trainee proceeds to look at me rudely saying "do you really need your change back?" like excuse me? Imma wait for that 75 cents.. especially since you're literally the slowest person on the planet. Why are they hiring people who can't count? genuinely? Terrible interaction overall. ON TOP OF THAT THE TRAINER HAD TO COACH THE TRAINEE HOW TO READ THE DOLLAR BILLS. Literally the trainer was like "okay hand her back 8..." and he proceeds to look confused like he didn't know how to count 8 singles out for me?? We have been a PF Changs customer for many years, tonight was the ABSOLUTE WORST dining experience EVER!!! It all started at the Hostess station, which there was NO HOSTESS!!, we waited nearly 5 minutes, after looking for her! Then WITH an ATTITUDE, she sat us, Then the Server came to our table, my wife ordered her drink and asked for a straw, I ordered a MILLER LITE, drinks came, no straw, I went to the bar and got our STRAW! and a BUD LITE!!, I told her that I ordered a MILLER LITE, she proceeded to tell me that was all they had? I told her I would not drink a BUD LITE, she went back to the bar to see what other light beer they had, she came back and said Bud Lite and some other one, she thought it was COOL Lite!!, i asked her if she meant COORS LITE, she said she had to go back to the bar and check!!! After all this, we still have ordered!! Then we ordered Edamame, and asked for water,got the Edamame, and NO WATER!! After she brought our lettuce wraps, she DISAPPEARED!!. When I asked for the check, after getting up to look for her, I was Charged for a BUD LITE, which i sent back due to it being wrong AND a COORS LITE!! My husband and I chose P.F. Chang's for dinner on Saturday and we are so incredibly glad we did! Our server Jessica, who mentioned to us that this was her first week or month there..? was an incredible server/waitress and that's an understatement. Personality was impeccable. Never had to ask for refills and was never without anything we needed. Never has happened for us at a restaurant. Quick, witty, and A+ service even during dinner rush time. We ordered 21 items and the best thing was probably the chocolate cake which was good..not amazing.. could be boxed but it was served with rotten mushy strawberrys on the side. The sweet abd sour chicken barely had any sweet n sour sauce..the crab ragoons had zero crram cheese and the crab inside tasted fishy! The spicy shrimo appetizer were fried and all u could taste was the fried bredding which that had zero flavor. It was setved on a bed of wilted ice burg lettuce..gross! This is the first time we have been to a PF Chang's. I had always heard they were expensive. For us the prices were not any more expensive then any other restaurant with good food that we visit. This PF Chang's was connected to a shopping mall. They open at 11. We arrived a little before 11:30 and there were about 4 tables already seated and about 4 more came in behind us. Staff was masked and the restaurant was large enough that there was plenty of space for moving around. Service was average until the end when we had to pay our bill. After waiting a while we took our bill to the bar to try to pay but were told we had to pay our server because the bar register was set up for takeout orders only. So, back to our booth where eventually a hostess of sorts stopped by to see how everything was and took our payment. The lettuce wraps we had for an appetizer were awesome. Crisp lettuce leaves with a mixture of chicken and vegetables in a gluten free sauce. I could make a meal out of this and will be looking for a recipe to make at home. My husband ordered gluten free spicy chicken with thoughts that he would share some with me, bless his but I did not taste it. He raved about how good it was. Since I have recently been diagnosed with celiac, gluten free is my only choice and this menu was limited. But, I love noodle dishes and was happy to find one in the Gluten Free Singapore Street Noodles. The thin rice noodles with chicken and shrimp. onion and vegetables in a light curry sauce was delightful with a very fresh taste. Usually when we visit Asian restaurants we give a rating for spice. We were not asked and didn't think to offer how spicy we want our dishes. However my Singapore Street Noodles were perfect for me on the spice level. We When we received our lunches (my husband asked for a dinner portion) it didn't look like that much in quantity but we both had leftovers to take home for dinner. It was just a little over $50 without tip for the appetizer, 2 meals and drinks.
