I went to this repair shop after experiencing an accident. They had told me to come in January…read more25-27, and because I reside in a different city, I had to fly out to pick up my car. When I arrived they said they weren't open. Why would they tell me to come pick up the car during that time? They should have told me to pick it up on the Monday the week after to not waste time. When I arrived, they replaced the damaged parts, however, I got the car back with additional issues. The mechanics forgot to bolt back the fender liner so on the drive back it was completely eroded. The Moon roof lining was not aligned correctly. In addition, after I experienced the first snowfall in Chicago leakage was present on the side of the car where repairs were made. My car was pretty much in worse shape than when I left it with them. Extremely disappointed.
