Check in was quick and efficient with simple one page to set things happening. Owner(?) knew the recommended oil (Toyotas are weird like that) and shared dirt on filters; they're basically all the same. Waiting area is basic but comfortable though service was so quick it hardly mattered tbh. Service tech let me know everything looked good as he returned with keys and such. Final check out lady was strong with customer service and even guided me to the restroom. When asked about a transmission fluid change the tech said everything looked good and didn't attempt upsell or anything!!! - Brilliant though I'll certainly be back to Noah when / if / as the Great Green Beast needs anything. One time many years ago, I came in for one problem that Joe did a quick fix for free, but he diagnosed another issue by simply smelling an antifreeze leak. Ricardo's famous and greatest lie is "we were very transparent with you!" I agree with everyone else that has left a bad review for this business. The people at JC Auto Body Repair did lousey work on my vehicle. The details are too lengthy to mention. Alas Ricardo lies, take liberties with doing work on your vehicle that hasn't been cleared with the owner beforehand. He tries to gas light you when you try to discuss with him why you are not satisfied with the substandard work that they have done on your vehicle. They painted over chips on the old paint and advised me not to take my car through the carwash, something that wasn't a problem prior to JC's touching it! Currently rust , that was never on my car before , is coming through the paint job that they did on the hood. All said and done I'd never return to them, even with a "warranty". The insurance company has given me the ok to have their work redone, but I'm having a difficult time finding a dealership that's willing to go behind JC's and redo their work because of unseen issues/risks that they may run into.
