My son is also a devoted customer here with his Camry - so now it's my Rav4 and 4Runner along with his, the whole family Toyota collection lol. They are consistently friendly, prompt and efficient. I haven't had any issues with anything from them and the shuttle service home while they service my ride is TOP TIER!!! ....see yall next year! lol

Mixed bag of an experience. I've been looking for a local mechanic and received several estimates,…read morebut I went with this shop because of the distance and reviews. Their pricing is on the medium-to-high side for the area, though still cheaper than the dealer. I needed an oil leak repaired. There was an $80 inspection fee before repair, and it didn't count toward the total repair cost. I did appreciate how quickly they handled everything and that they offered a ride home. When I picked up my vehicle, I had some questions about my bill. I politely asked about the labor charges because I was confused by how high they seemed. It showed $80 in labor to fill the vehicle with oil, even though it was already in the shop and had been drained after the repair. While my service advisor was reviewing it, another advisor helping someone else made an unsolicited snarky remark: "We have to charge labor--what, you want us to fill it with your used oil?" I had no issue paying for new oil; the labor charge just didn't make sense to me. My advisor found that it had been entered in error and removed most of that labor charge. There was no apology. I'd like to think the mistake would have been caught even if I hadn't said anything. As for the quality of the repair, it's hard to say for now--everything seems fine, and time will tell. I also later learned the repair should have a two-year warranty, which was never mentioned. Overall, I left feeling upset and irritated by the experience.

Got upset that my garage didn't have adequate lighting and he would have to use his own portable lights. He diagnosed my coolant was leaking and my thermostat and thermostat housing had to be replaced and coolant added. He let me know he doesn't like to talk while working so I said no problem. During the work he said something and I answered. He was then RUDE and said he didn't want to talk. I informed him I was just answering his remark. I paid him $350 for the work done. Even though he had been rude, I was considering using him again. Then, my car, 5 weeks later, started exhibiting the same symptoms as before he worked on it. I contacted Oscar, we made an appointment for the next day. No call no show. I then took the car to a qualified auto repair center and will now be paying over $600 to replace the thermostat, replace the thermostat housing that he cracked and add more coolant. I would give negative stars if I could! DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!!

He never showed up and didn't have the courtesy to communicate that he would not be able to make it or to reschedule. I received a text from him today stating I am someone who apparently has money yet cries over the amount paid for parts. He's also threatening to sue me, which is VERY INTERESTING because he'll have to explain why in his response to my original review he states weather didn't allow him to work outside (we had clear skies in Houston both Saturday and Sunday) however, per his text messages, he couldn't make it to me due to being busy working on other cars. Originally, per his communication to me Saturday 1/17, the job was supposed to be done that Saturday since he received my parts in the mail Friday night, 1/16. I called him twice Saturday morning to discuss logistics but he didn't answer. I sent a text asking him to call me back and he never did. Instead, he sent me text stating he is unsure of the time but that he will be able to come to my home Saturday afternoon to do the job. Later, he text me that he would not be able to make it, but that he could come to my home the following day, 1/18, to do the job. I called him immediately upon receiving this text and again, he did not answer my calls. Sunday morning I reached out to him via text asking when he would come fix my vehicle. He said he would be at my home some time after 2pm. He never came nor did he advise that he would not be able to come. I text him Monday morning, 1/19, asking what happened. A few hours went by and no response. At this point I am no longer receiving any communication. I believed I was not going to hear back so I posted a review stating he's a thief. I finally heard back from him via text within an hour after posting my original review, shocking. He said he's for sure coming this time. Again, shocking. He also asked me to remove my review... considering he still had parts I paid for and that belonged to me in his possession. He delivered my parts to me that Monday evening. I no longer wanted him to perform the job so I immediately asked him to leave. He obviously doesn't understand professionalism nor the value of a man's word. He thinks this is about money. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.
