I love P. Terrys. That being said, this is probably the worst location out of the 5-6 I've been too between cedar park and San Marcos. The fries are always cold. My order is always wrong. If I order for delivery it's always missing items.. I was so excited to have a pterrys in Kyle. But it just is not worth it. After being open for what 6-8 months I figured they would have gotten it together by now. How disappointing. Today in particular, the girl could not be heard at the drive through, and apparently she couldn't hear me. As I was missing French fries and my burger was completely wrong. Had it remade still was missing French fries. 2 trips inside it took to fix it. And I decided that's it I'm writing a review. read more

I actually really like P Terry's, however, on the trip home from Austin I stopped at the one in Kyle because it was easy to get too. I kind of wish I picked another restaurant in that area. I went into the restaurant to order my food. I ordered two double cheeseburger combo meals. They costed about $19.00 for both meals which is cool with me. The staff was nice. The building and bathrooms seemed nice and pretty clean. However, I did feel a little uneasy in the environment. , some of the patrons were running around acting like fools. I know it's not necessarily the restaurants fault, but I believe someone could've said something. Besides that the food seem to take quite a long time to come out. Lastly, the burger did not taste right. I think it was greasy. It did not taste like any P Terry's Burger I had eaten before I didn't even finish It. Which for me is unheard of. I must repeat that P Terry's is a usually very good, and I think the burgers are worth trying. I just did not like this particular burger at this particular location at this particular time. Maybe, I just got unlucky. Maybe it's just me. My son actually said his was OK. Most likely I will not go back to this location again. I do recommend P Terry's, and of course you can try this one and maybe you have a better experience. read more

Burgers were fine. We had gotten the wrong order through the drive through and didn't check the bag until we got home, they replaced the full order on the next visit and were very apologetic about it. Everyone makes a mistake once in a while, it's how you fix it that matters. read more

This is a new business and they have a way to go to make it. Went through the drive through. Very slow. Probably to 40 minutes or so. Burger was tasty but cold. Fries were good but only warm. I clearly ordered four combos with different drinks. They only deliver two of the drinks and were surprised when I asked for my two other drinks. I ordered one cookie and they have signs saying it is not too lake to order a cookie so I ordered one more cookie. I was charged for it but did not get it. Disappointed. read more

First visit to this newly opened eatery, clean & spacious staff very pleasant and greeted you with a smile .We both had a cheeseburger and fries burger was good and fries tasty and plentiful. menu was simple and there was a different one for breakfast served between 7 &11am ,inside and outside seating with plenty of parking in a new shopping center directly of HI35 .this used to be a food truck type of service. building was built in a 50 /70s theme but is much better for comfort and ambiance . 4 stars for service, quality of food and convenient location will try the breakfast menu at at a later date. read more

They messed up me and my grandfathers order, leaving off bacon on mine and tomato and lettuce on my grandfathers. The fries didn't taste too good. I go to P. Terrys on William Cannon in Austin regularly, considering i live there. They haven't messed up my order in at least 8 years. 3 stars because i love P. Terrys but not the best location, food-wise. But waiting 30 min for a burger and watching the guy who's supposed to be making sure that your mobile is complete messing around on his phone while your order sits unfulfilled because "the fries aren't ready" is ridiculous. Bro, I'm watching 6 cars get serviced while I wait on an order I put in before they even showed up. You had fries for those orders. More likely you aren't doing the one thing asked of you on your shift and are trying to cover it up by blaming the fry guy. Then, tried to hand me a drink that was pour 20 min earlier like it was no big deal. No sorry. No "we're busy". First time to this location was a successful visit. The burgers and fries were both prepared well. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. The soda and utensil area was clean, well stocked, and organized. The burger was good and the fries were excellent. We will definitely be back. read more
