Let me start with the good. The atmosphere is really neat. I have always loved the idea of old school diners and this one checks that box. The service was fine, they were kind and willing serve. The restaurant was clean and inviting. Now the negative. That chicken sandwich, in my opinion, was nothing short of a frozen Sam's club patty that I cook for my children all the time. The fries are the best thing and were really good until I found a small blue item that felt like rubber in the middle of the bag. Just to let them know in case there was some in other peoples food I brought it to a young lady up front and she responded with. "Oh, that is just a piece of the rubber gloves we wear. Sometimes when we twist the bag of fries the gloves rip." I shrugged ‍ and said no problem I just wanted to let you know. To be honest it kind of grossed me out but I finished the rest of my meal. I will definitely give P Terrys another chance as I have heard good things about their burgers. And people friends of ours love them. I like P Terry's burgers, but it stops there. More than half the time the order is wrong. You order the burger a certain way. You get it and it is totally wrong. The drive thru is backed up so you don't have to time to check your order. Your quality control is terrible. Even the fast food places get your order correct 75% of the time. Your average is less than 50%. I haven given you the new opening mistakes. It's time you get it right. It's a shame you have a good product and poor service and quality control. Customer Service. I went through the drive-thru to order. I asked for no cheese and lettuce wrap. The burger had cheese on it so I went back through drive thru and explained that I had ordered it with no cheese.(it said No cheese on the receipt) I was told they could not fix it at the drive thru and I would have to park and go inside. Ordered DoorDash tonight to try P.Terry's. I got my order and was so excited to try the Spicy chicken burger. First bite was delicious! Second bite was what threw me off I bit in and bit through something that wouldn't rip. Upon opening up the burger it looked to be a wax paper square. Possibly one that divides the cheese. Love this place! It was like In-N-Out Burger with better fries and less friendly service. Burgers are great and very much. Remind me of In-N-Out experience. You will need to add onions and pickles if you like those on your burger, but otherwise, everything was very similar to the (non-animal style) In-N-Out burger experience. The food just tastes refreshing and the service has been good every time I've been, and the building has a great environment!

We have been here multiple times before but tonight's experience was not a good one. We went through the drive thru, we got to the window after ordering, and were waiting a good 5 minutes before anyone even came to the window. During this time, all the workers were standing around inside talking and laughing, you could hear them through the glass. Then they inform us the Dr Pepper was down and would be back up shortly, we receive one drink and our order, and the lady at the window starts making a joke about our order number being 67. While another man hands us the other drink and says have a good night while all the other employees are laughing I understand it's a Friday night and they're having fun, but there is still a level of professionalism that wasn't there at all tonight. read more

I'll start with the fries and lemonade were delicious, everything else was mediocre to say the least. I get it it's semi new so they're still working out the kinks but, i ordered in the app at 7:20, it said my order would be ready by 7:36 so i showed up around then, my drinks (lemonade and shakes) were ready but not my food. by 8:00 i still hadn't got my food but had ordered another burger and fries in person and had already gotten that food. When i went to ask someone for an ETA (wasn't complaining or rude, just wanted to know how much longer) i was told by the cashier that she had already gotten bitched at and so she wasn't able to help. I've never been told that before, so i just stepped back and waited a little longer. the (i'm assuming manager) was yelling at everyone and really not helping the situation. I finally got my food at 8:15. Seems as though they prioritize walk in's and drive through over mobile orders. Manger i think needs to work on his management skills, the staff shouldn't be so scared of you they're telling customers they got bitched at already and can't help us while you're yelling at the rest of the staff how to do their job. i wanna give them benefit of the doubt and try them again as my parents love this place and maybe they were just slammed. read more

We were immediately greeted, the service was super fast, and the food was very high quality especially considering it's fast food! The architecture and cleanliness was also spot on. Service counter was friendly. I asked how big the patties were. The cashier said, "like a regular McDonald's hamburger." Her manger cut in to correct her and said they were 3oz each. Well, certainly less than a quarter pounder. So the cashier was correct. I knew then, that my only option was a double meat burger. It was flavorful but greasy. The inside theme is definitely something we do love about P. Terrys however, just skip this location! This is not the 1st or the 2nd or 3rd time we have come to this location and they have messed up the burgers. As well when we ordered with the drive-thru lil girl wanted to get get a little attitude. So I proceeded to get the same way with her back , she figured out real quick I ain't the one . Disrespectful lil kid ! This is absolutely ridiculous , I wonder how such a simple order can't be made right. Also the ran he's here are pitiful considering they only fill them a quarter of the way ! Quality control is non existent here apparently. It's a waste the portion cup lol. I order 6 double cheeseburgers 3 with and 3 without any veggies. Tell me why all of them had veggies and my last burger I had to choke down bc the bread was hard and the burgers were burnt ! Oh and somehow it had some relish on it needless to say we won't be back.
