We had seven hungry mouths to feed, so we ended up with 4 different pies so everyone could have what they wanted. I can only speak for the one that my wife and I shared, which was the 14" pepperoni - it had a delicious (not gluten free) crust, generous sauce, cheese, and crispy pepperoni slices, and was simply delicious. The pepperoni was the "cupped" style, really good at getting crispy and adding that little bit of extra crunch. My daughter did report that the gluten free had a good crust, tasted great, and gave her no tummy upset later, a sign that it was indeed not only gluten free, but prepared carefully to avoid cross contamination. Eating it cold was, like most gluten free crusts, not as great, but still edible and worked the next day. Definitely give this place a try if you're in the area and especially if you have any gluten sensitive diners.
