We went to Pisano's Woodfired pizza and was very surprised at the service and the food there! The quality is amazing our Caesar salad was fresh and tasty and the dressing was different and not heavy and not over powering, I was going to order the shared Caesar salad off the menu and the waiter mentioned that the regular order will Feed 2 as the shared is really for 4 people. The chicken basil woodfired pizza was delicious and flavorful and had a nice crisp to the dough. The waiter said if we wanted a dessert he recommended the house made cheese cake, but we were pretty full, then I notice they had ice cream sandwiches and it was made in Portland Oregon with pure ingredients and the flavors they had was different from what we have back home, so of course we had to try some and we weren't disappointed! The ice cream sandwich was tasty and delicious and so refreshing. Restroom was clean and well maintained also restaurant was also clean and well maintained. We had the most delicious meal last night. To start, Cesar Salad, which was delectable, it had Cesar dressing with croutons that they make. Then for the main meal we had lasagna which was melt in your mouth. It is their special on Thursday nights. The presentation of all our food was nothing but spectacular, as was the taste. I also had a homemade mocktail in a beautiful martini glass. All I can say is YUM! The owner and his crew are so welcoming and beyond friendly. Went today to try their wood fired pizza and was blown away. A chewy, slow fermented crust with high quality toppings. The Orchard salad also was killer. Large, great dressing and a nice combo of apples, walnuts and Gorgonzola. The pizza was 95% as good as Ken's Artisan with no crowds, and at least as good as Grace and Hammer. read more

Quick, friendly, attentive service. Our caprese was tasty. We got a gluten free filet mignon pizza and it was pretty good. I really liked the red wine reduction and asked for more... the owner(?) asked if he could bake more on for us and it was exquisite. We've had 2 people recommend this place to us, but most days it opens after we've left Bend and gone home. Today, we finally hit it right and the restaurant did not disappoint. In fact, it exceeded our expectations! It was clean and inviting inside, and the staff was ultra friendly and accommodating. The Americano pizza (pepperoni and sausage) and orchard salad were fantabulous, and the drink selections were extremely broad. I would recommend Pisano's without hesitation. Came in to Pisano's after we passed it on Hwy 20 driving to the RV park. After setting up the RV we hopped in the truck and drove back to Pisano's. What a wonderful surprise. June greeted us and told us to sit where we wanted. Tasted a few of their beers and close a Pilsner After looking at the menu we chose an Italian salad which was so fresh we thought they picked it out of their garden. Then we ordered two pizzas (so we would have a carry out for our trip) a Margherita and a Diavola. Both were delicious and cooked just as we asked. Yay for this little gem! They had a solid selection of good beers on tap (including a dark beer - cocoa cow!) which was fabulous. Americano pizza was good, although we would have preferred a bit more sausage to balance pepperoni.....but good quality ingredients, especially the sauce :). I had the orchard salad, whiich had tasty walnuts, gorgonzola cheese, balsanic apoles and fresh spring greens, but the whole thing was a bit overdressed.....if i were to order again, i would probably just order the dressing on the side, because the components were tasty, just over dressed! We were visiting the area and wanted pizza - wood fired is our favorite. Pisano's gets it all right. Staff were warm and welcoming (what a concept!). We enjoyed an orchard salad and a Caesar. Even the individual sized bowl is generous. The orchard is delicious -- full of nuts, apples, cheese and dried cranberries. Hubby had the lasagna, their Thursday night special. He liked it a lot. I enjoyed the chicken carbonara pizza, which was very flavorful. With food plus 2 glasses of wine, our bill was about $75. Give Pisano's a try. It exceeded our expectations! read more

The service was good. Friendly staff. The food was average. The pizzas are pricey. 20.00 for a 12 inch pizza with skimpy toppings. I added bacon and there was so little I couldn't taste it. They had good music playing. There were a few flies inside which was a bit irritating because you had to watch your food. Not a deal breaker. First time here. Probably will not come back. Pretty good! The dough is super fluffy and light. However, it's a bit pricey for the pizza size, and the pepperoni isn't my favorite style. It's the small type of pepperoni and they put a ton on, which means the pizza becomes a grease magnet, which isn't helped by the fact the crust is very thing style. A pizza with balsamic vinegar might not have been what we wanted as it really overpowers the other ingredients. Bad menu choice on our part but we didn't expect so much of it. We went in for a Father's Day dinner and give the experience four stars because the pizza is that good. If we would not have preserved after the initial experience of walking in to chaos it would be one star. No greeter or host. No sign in obvious. Staff seemed overwhelmed and no one took the initiative to help us. If it hadn't been a half hour drive to the next closest pizza place we would've left but ultimately glad we stayed because the pizza was great, beet salad generous and tasty and dessert enjoyable. Can't say that I am in a hurry to go back because of the poor service but the food was good. read more

I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my visit to this place from the opportunity to talk to the staff and owner to the act of devouring my AMAZING pizza. I ordered the Bianca with the plan to eat half and save the other half for the next day but regardless of my stomach being full, I ate the whole damn thing due to it being one of the best pizzas I had ever had the pleasure to enjoy.
