I honestly think this is very wrong as you are a business with such high reviews about customer service. Prince automotive claims to stand behind every vehicle sold, and guarantee satisfaction. Do not recommend purchasing from this location with their advertised price not being represented correctly on their listings, with "dealer installed items" being added to the price of the vehicle but not outlined on the purchase agreement. Bought a "new" old stock 2023 Grand Cherokee L in January. Unable to take delivery of it that same day due to a battery tester being down and would have to come back Monday to pick it up. I was not able to go pick the vehicle up with my wife, but she called me on the way home and told me something didn't feel right with the vehicle. It has been nothing but issues ever since we took delivery of the vehicle, it has now been out of service 45+ days. We could tell right away this vehicle was plagued with issues and asked them to take the vehicle back and give us back our perfectly good Mazda that had 0 issues. Of course they declined, and wouldn't you know it, look what they advertise: the advantage plan. Photo attached Apparently good business practices with customer satisfaction are not at the top of their list, otherwise they would have done the right thing from the very beginning. Will absolutely not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle here. The service department has been absolutely amazing though, trying to fix this vehicle is not their fault, it had no business making it to the front line and being sold. It is a lemon. Blair in service is fantastic and has been in constant communication with me. Abigale, our sales person was also great, but working in a department that lacks ethics and integrity.

Poor experience. First, their AI bot, Jerry, directed me to the Moncks Corner location, but the…read morevehicle was in Ladson instead. As I was 3 minutes from leaving for my house to go to the dealership, Hunter (if I remember his name correctly), a human, called me and informed me that the AI bot was wrong and told me that they would get the car and bring it to the Moncks Corner location the following morning. Then I had to reschedule the appointment to the following day because of it. Ok fine. When I arrived the next day to check out the car, they never sent it over. I had to ride with Shawn Conyers, my designated car salesperson, all the way to Ladson. Finally, I got the car and it was working great. Then I paid everything off and gave Shawn the keys to move the vehicle to a different spot. After driving home, I noticed that the key fob wasn't locking. Then I spoke with Shawn, about my key fob not working, and proceeds to gaslight me into thinking that he wasn't aware of the faulty door. He stated through text "How could I be aware if we both got the car together from Ladson?" So Tru Auto purposely leaves all of their used cars unlocked all the time. Right? He was fully aware, but lacked personal integrity. Did he reply to my message? Nope. I wouldn't have minded waiting to first get the car serviced and then have it handed back to me. Just a shady business practice and a lack of true integrity. It should've been on the CarFax, but apparently Shawn said that wouldn't be something that CarFax would document. Ok but how was the car serviced at the TruAuto in Moncks Corner and didn't mention that? So now their service center is also shady and doesn't report the issues. I will say that I am 100% ignorant when it comes to cars and was exhausted that day, but it wouldn't had hurt to have the integrity and courage to tell me that the car had an issue. I'm only leaving a one star because of the lack of integrity and poor business practice they have. Besides the car doors not locking, the car runs beautifully and hopefully there won't be any issues moving forward. Another day where we have people lacking human decency and integrity.

The service rep finally asked my name and said that he could see that I had an appointment for an oil change. When the car was finished, I was walked up to the cashier and then was told oh yeah, your car is fine! I was there a year ago and the exact same thing happened! I gave them a second chance but I will not go back!!

I waited almost 5 hours in the dealership because people choose not to do their job. When questioned about how disorganized they were and why they didn't have the vehicle ready for me prior. There management doubled down and told my dad If there is an issue, we can rip up the check and call it a day. I traveled down here. I don't live in Charleston, but my reserves unit is 15 minutes up the road from your establishment. They don't care for the customer on want you to sign and get out the way.
