I probably wouldn't go back. I ve gone twice and have been a little underwhelmed. I find it a little over priced and the workers don't seem super engaged in customer service unless it is to up sell. They don't have the prices posted anywhere, which I personally am not a fan of. Also no covid checks or protocol like some of the places I've been. They do have a lot of colors to pick from for Regular manicures/pedicures. And it wasn't busy so it's easy to get in.. but maybe there's a reason for that. read more

Okay, so. I am fairly new to the area and looking for the nail salon that I can make my official place to go. Came to PA Nails & Spa and when I first walked in I was greeted and made to believe I was going to be taking care of quickly. I waited almost over an hour. There was only two nail techs and one that was just wanting to do pedicures. After the long wait I was finally able to get my nails done. I didn't want them very long due to current job. But because of how bad they guy kept making them crooked and filing to "fix" they became almost the length of my real nail. (Which aren't long at all!!!) The polish was applied sloppy and very thick! I arrived at 1:20 and ended up leaving at 4:45!!!! I've never left a nail salon with polish on my skin!!! I will not ever return to this salon and I recommend no one to ever go. read more

This place was great! I needed an emergency pedi (I was going to the opera) and scheduled a day in advance for first thing when they opened. I arrived, they had everything set up & ready to go. The guy who gave me my pedi was awesome! Great massage & service. Honestly, this may be the best pedi I've ever had. Five weeks & absolutely no chips. It still looked perfect if not for growing out. I kinda hated to get a new pedi, but my old place kinda begged me to give them another try. I will be back & this will probably be my new regular spot. Open Sundays, too. Just had an amazing pedicure by Tammy!! She was so helpful and made my entire experience wonderful. I'm crippled and she helped position me in a way that I was pain free during the procedure. I randomly stopped in this little joint to get a fill. Not only did she get rid of that awful curve that comes from most nail salons when you have long nails but she truly cared and took her time. I'm so impressed. From someone who gets their nails done once every two weeks and travels the country, this is the best fill I've ever had. Keep it up! read more

a hidden gem in the middle of my hood. (Wells Branch, YO!) Great service, friendly, dedicated staff and i always leave happy with my mani/pedi. You can get a regular spa pedicure for $25 bucks! The spa chairs are all in great condition and you immediately start to relax as the whirlpool swirls around your feet. I have the settings all memorized now and punch the buttons the second i sit down and start rolling up my pant legs! The techs are always genuinely smiling and make small talk while they get to work on the task at hand. Which, let's be honest, is filing down my hooves. I'm not gonna lie. At times, i can go way too long between pedicures and my toenails get scraggly and my heels.... yeah. let's just not even go there. Obviously, it's not pretty. These guys never bat an eye or run away in horror. They just get to work and start chatting about the day. They don't even make me feel bad about my ugly feet! I have been to other salons. I go with my mom, in Houston, to a place where the base pedi is 50 bucks. Yeah, I like places that give me a glass of wine. But i like leaving a place with the knowledge that my heels ARE actually smooth, better. Especially when i am paying. You can get the Deluxe spa pedicure for $35 which includes some awesome salt scrub, exfoliating creme and more massaging with some sort of vitamin/lipid infused lotion, but it really isn't necessary. They have never tried to up-sell me. Even with the standard you get a menthol-y leg scrub and great leg/foot massage. Tho, it is nice to indulge sometimes. You can add a manicure for $12 and the craftsmanship is just as good. It's always fun to leave with matching nails and toes! Throw in an eyebrow wax and BaM! I feel pretty! Oh, so Pretty! So, yeah. Pedicure and shellac manicure only fifty dollars. I went at at 2 in the afternoon so it was pretty dead - I had two technicians working on hands and feet at the same time, so I was in and out in about an hour. Cheap and quick - great experience! Although the nail technicians were very nice, it was a total of 3 hours from the time I walked in to the time I was finished for a manicure and pedicure. There were only 2 people working. I was told there was only a 20 min wait, but a 20 min wait turned into 50 min wait. Then, after my pedicure was done, I had to wait another 30 min before they could start my nails. I went to get my eyelashes done, I was looking for Mya but the owner said she was on vacation. So I allowed the owner to do my lashes. The next day majority of my eyelashes were on my bed. I asked for a refund which was denied she stated she will redo. Well she never redid anything she just added on lashes which feel off again. The employees here are extremely friendly and are always willing work with my crazy schedule. Their attention to detail is superb. I went during my one hour lunch break, and I was pleased that I was able to get my pedi right away. They did a great job and they massaged my feet which was awesome. She also made sure to put on my sandals for me without messing up my pedi. The chairs give you a great massage :) Since she did such a great job on my feet and I still had time I decided to get my eyebrows waxed. It took her only about 5 minutes and she did a great job, she shapped them perfectly. Before I left she made sure to check my pedi and make sure it was dryed, she also gave me a card to keep track of how many manicures you get and after the 10th one you'll get one free. So I'm definately going back :) The service was great and fast, I managed to get back to work just in time. read more

They do a good job and the employees are very sweet, but I would recommend going when you have absolutely nothing to do that same day and or don't mind waiting a while. I called almost an hour ahead of going in and was told that if I went in after an hour I wouldn't have to wait for my pedicure. Well when I went in I had to wait about 30 minutes just to get in a chair and sat with my feet soaking for another 20 minutes after they asked me if I could wait a little longer. Personally I'm a very impatient person and I was there for almost an hour waiting for a pedicure that I called ahead of time to get. They're too short staff. I absolutely hate that you can't leave the rating at zero, I was just trying to get my nails done after a long weekend and I overheard the manager speaking absolutely awful to another PAYING CUSTOMER! Saying she didn't come in enough for her business to matter and that she didn't come in enough for good customer service. Why would you tell someone who pays you that? And why would I ever come me back after hearing that? I don't recommend this place and my nails don't even look that great, just don't go here! read more
