I had the worst experience here for the first time. The worst pedicure (Sandy) I couldn't finish the service. She scraping my toes the wrong way instead of pushing cuticles back properly. The biggest mistake trying to use a dirty towel for my service. Before I walked out I talked to the manger. I came for more than one service and I wanted to get it complete without driving else where. Being that I'm in the cosmetology field I believe customer service and paying for my service. Place is OKAY, I just sat down for my fill and about 10 minutes into the service the health inspector shows up, they were trying to figure what he was looking for and as soon as he went into the back they stopped my service to organize and clean their tools. Very unsanitary, and it wasn't just the lady doing my nails it was the whole row of 3/4 people trying to reorganize,wipe down and clean their brushes. Again very unsanitary place. read more

I've been coming here for a long time, but today's visit was very disappointing. I made an appointment with a lady named Kieu, and the entire time she seemed to have an attitude. Unlike my past visits, I wasn't offered anything to drink, and at the end of my service she just put oil on my hands without taking the time to rub it in with the warm towel like they normally do. I asked her why was it 40 dollars and she said because I got clear Gel polish, the same clear Gel polish I got last time with my full set that cost me 55 dollars. I've been going here for years. I've always had great experiences with waxing and pedicures. I asked for a certain pedicure and price and they did what they wanted and charged me what they wanted. However the manicure done by one of the ladies was subpar, poor quality, the nail polish she applied barely lasted a day. When I asked her to shaped my nails a bit more to the shape of my liking, she responded with passive aggression and unwillingly did it. Royally messed up my eyebrows to start off. SHE didn't listen when I went in to get a nail fixed. I told her that I had gotten the SNS dip previously, and she proceeded to use acrylic powder to dip instead of the SNS powder. And now my nail is a completely different color than the rest. Like my nails are white, it's kinda hard to screw that up. Now I have a semi yellow nail :(. I don't know what I expected for how cheap the prices were, but this humbled me for sure. read more

He left my whole skin blue and on top of that charged me $95 for some horrible work made no conversation with me and when he said that I want something to drink I politely said no thank you but then I asked well. They have a offer of pop/water/wine when you come in or coffee (which is what I choose) They are always so sweet and friendly, and have even noticed me while I was out shopping and asked how I was doing and if I was still happy with my nails. I needed somewhere to go for a quick fill as I didn't feel like doing mine, and my regular nail tech was booked until May. I was going to give this place 5 stars, but seeing that after I left and I started filing and shaping my nails the acrylic chipped off one nail. The food thing was that after I went in after church there was no wait and I was done in 35 minutes. I had to get on the road less than an hour, so Time was a biggie for me. They keep everything so sanitized, and I loved when my hand was wiped with the hot cloth. I had to update this morning on 4-16-18 @ 721p. Okay so I already had the middle finger left finger acrylic when I left the shop as seen in the first pic, I had to file it down and I painted and designed my nails when I got home. Well this morning As I was getting ready as for a medical appointment I am making the bed and as I pulled the bedspread up my thumb moves across it and breaks as seen in the first pic the pink nail! I went to have my nails and brows done on Tuesday. Stephanie did an "ok" job on my nails. What upsets me is what she did to my face while waxing my brows. She did not allow the wax to cool before spreading it on my skin and I was left with very painful burns. By the time I got home, I was almost in tears. I felt like my skin was on fire. She should not be allowed to wax if she doesn't understand what she is doing. The photos don't do it justice. My eyelids were dark red and swollen. read more
