Everything I've tried here tastes fresh and authentic. Their Birria tacos with consomé are really good and have that authentic taste I expect. Prices are reasonable and portions are also good. Always a pleasant experience, I've had the pleasure of trying them several times.

Tamales with red and green sauce

We went here on a Mexican food exploration because there are few "authentic like" places in the Merrimack valley area I really like. Prices were reasonable, food was great! We got the tamales which were close to my family's homemade. The tacos were like street tacos but bigger (not a bunch of cheese, lettuce, etc. added). We got chicken tacos w guac added. Finally we tried a chicken quesadilla which came w sour cream and guacamole. Both their green and red sauce were good, with the green being pretty mild and the red being a bit more zippy. Their guac was great - not stuffed with a bunch of tomatoes and onions - Just a little garnish to add to the taste. We were sooo full after eating. Prices were reasonable for the amount of food. We'll definitely be back! In fact, the food was so good we almost forgot to take pictures!

Soft tacos, pork and steak and a cuban torta. Yummmm

Omg the food is great. Will definitely be back again!!! Want to hire them for a party. Now I just need a party. Lol

    Quesabirria Tacos & Consome

Tried Pablo's for the first time today and loved it!! Got the quesabirria tacos, the beef had such a great depth of flavor and the consommé was very flavorful. The red salsa is bomb and the flan is a 11/10.

We started at a table in the middle of the room then ordered enough food that the waitress recommended us getting a bigger table. Very happy with that suggestion and our night.

Our server took about 10 minutes to come over, but he brought our drinks out fast. We both ordered the Ceviche Campechano, which was good -- I've had other ceviches that packed more lemon and cilantro flavor, but this one still hit the spot. It came with saladita crackers, which felt weird at first, but ended up working really well. The service went downhill from there, though. It took forever for our server to check on us after the food came. Eventually, I noticed he was also bartending, which explained a lot. The place got packed while we were there, and drink orders were nonstop. He didn't come back, and I had to flag someone else down to ask for him, but he still never came. We decided to share dessert and got the churros with vanilla ice cream. The portion was good for sharing, but the churros were hard as a rock and impossible to eat. The ice cream was okay, nothing special. We asked for the check as soon as the dessert came because, at that point, we knew it'd take another 20 minutes to get it, and we were right. The whole thing ended up taking about 3.5 hours, which was way too long for what it was. It was hard to hear each other as the pace kept getting packed and the music was getting louder. Parking is decent. Street parking is free after 6 pm (Monday-Saturday), and I think they have a small lot behind the restaurant, but I've never used it. Honestly, the food was good, but the slow service and crazy wait times really ruined the night. I get that they were busy and understaffed, but it still shouldn't have taken that long. Not sure if I'd go back anytime soon.

The food was tasty and in my mind it was well priced. The bill come to $120 to $130 for six of us. That included one or two beers, Saratoga Water, and some sodas. We used to love going here, especially for their chips & salsa and their big portion of good food. But recent visits have been disappointing. One or two years ago, they drastically reduced their soup sizes and increased the price. There was a time when a cup of soup was a good light lunch. But lately it's not even the quantity of an appetizer. A small cup of soup for $12 is too much for a family restaurant. And the worst part recently is that they started serving store-bought chips and a replacement for their yummy habanero salsa. The new green salsa is nothing close to the old favorite. I think restaurants are forgetting in the cost-cutting game that they're losing their identity. I used to tell my friends you should try these restaurants, they have the best salsa. And if I want to eat store-bought chips, why bother coming to restaurants? I can just buy them from Costco and have food at home. I wish they could bring back the good quantity of soups, chips, and salsa. I miss the old Casablanca.

Today the place seemed a bit slow so maybe they didn't have the need to have a fresh batch constantly being made. Regardless they were acceptable and the salsa was good. I ordered the Pescado Azteca. Came out quickly and nice and hot! Kudos for not making the dish swimming in cheese sauce! Just enough to mix with the shrimp and veggies with a little bit to flavor the already seasoned white fish. Fish was a little bit dry, but the fresh veggies and shrimp livened it up. Mexican rice was good, could use a little more seasoning in my opinion but overall a well made rice. Overall a good experience and happy that I was not auto-tipped on the bill. Though that practice has not stopped and I witnessed the table next door deal with that situation. I'm happy to get my fix for Mexican food here and hoping the service remains top notch!

The menu proudly advertised a variety of margaritas, which initially felt promising on a Friday. SOLD! That optimism was short-lived. Parking technically exists, but the lot is so narrow it feels more like a trust exercise. Drive straight or prepare to exchange insurance information. We were seated quickly, which was great. Unfortunately, the booth area we were placed in was very dark--white text on a pink background in low lighting is certainly... a choice. Vision test unlocked. Our waiter? Service was present but forgettable. No name, no personality, no guidance. We weren't informed about the lunch menu until after our food arrived--because it was never mentioned. No recommendations, no upsell, no effort to engage. Prices leaned high, which would've been acceptable if the food had arrived hot. Instead, everything landed in that awkward lukewarm zone as if it had been sitting patiently, waiting for us to lower our expectations. The drinks were... confusing. My friend and I ordered the same margarita. Hers arrived a deep purple sangria-adjacent color. Mine came out pale and peach-toned. Same drink, allegedly. Consistency was not invited to the party. We weren't rushing--this was a rare chance to catch up. We ordered multiple margaritas, an appetizer, and entrées. Despite this, the server made it very clear that our continued presence was inconvenient. This was apparently unacceptable. Our waiter made it very clear he was not into us hanging around. Overall: atmosphere was decent, but the vibe wasn't friendly or particularly welcoming. Between the inconsistent drinks, lukewarm food, and the "please leave" energy, this one missed the mark entirely.
