Hi, I have lived here for the entire time this complex has been open. I pre-rented my unit before it was even built and I don't plan on moving anytime soon. The staff here is extremely professional. I've even met the owners on multiple occasions. Everyone here cares about the quality, comfort and professionalism of living here. As far as the previous negative reviews showing pictures of trash, totally ridiculous. There is no questionnaire on your application when you move in anywhere in any state whether or not you're a nice or nasty, clean or messy person. It is a risk we all have to take when moving an we just pray we're going to live near nice people and enjoy our lives in peace. I don't care what apartment, house, condo or anywhere you rent we all have to deal with the ones who don't care. I assure you 100% the entire staff here from the office to the maintenance to the owners that they care and address all issues. As far as those pictures with trash and the negative comment as I stated, it's ridiculous. We have a concierge trash service that comes five days a week and our maintenance crew works five days a week. Everyone gets to at least enjoy two days off and the office is closed on Sunday there's no controlling what's left over at the pool on a Sunday afternoon and the trucks come to pick up and dump the trash at least three days a week sometimes they've showed up on a Saturday after everyone's gone so it gets full until Monday morning. I've lived at other high-rise complexes here with the rent almost twice what I'm paying now with garbage sticking out of the garbage shoots on Sunday night. It's hard to keep up no matter what and everyone deserves Sunday off. We can't control when people don't pick up after themselves, so you can't go by One persons review and a few pictures of trash at the pool on a Sunday. As far as any bad reviews when it comes to the staff and personnel here, I once again assure you 100% the negative comments are just coming from people that have had experiences that you can't control and when money is involved and having to move things can become negative and tense very quickly no matter how nice the staff is... I would say 95% of the people that we have here have always been wonderful people, friendly and outgoing. I don't know half of the peoples names but I can name almost every dog that walks around on the complex. everyone cooperates in keeping there dogs and cats under control. There was one negative comment about a noisy cat, yes we did have a tenant that left their cat on the balcony and that was addressed and taken care of. It had nothing to do with anything but a neglecting parent leaving their cat in the hot sun locked on the balcony on the third floor not anything anyone could have foreseen but taken care of immediately as soon as it was addressed to the staff. I'm personally glad the cat was smart enough to not jump off the third floor balcony to escape the heat and just cry long enough until we all called for help. Even calling the owner irresponsible is a presumption. We don't know the circumstances what caused that to happen. I'm retired now but My first job was painting apartments and doing maintenance for a living so I started in this industry. The young staff that we have here operates at level higher than most professionals much older and in the business longer than them and would be hard-pressed to match their standards and professionalism. So in my summation to this long review, this is a wonderful complex to live at and I stand behind my five star rating 100% remember no matter where you go, When renting to someone at any complex one can only hope and assume they're good responsible and respectful people. There's no personality test on any application, You can only react and deal with one situation at a time as it arises. The staff here has never failed to deal with anything that has come up. I have lived here at Pace for over a year now & I love it. The entire staff has been so welcoming and sweet especially Danica. I hardly have any problems within my unit and If something needs to be fixed maintenance is sent right away! The units are cute, spacious & luxurious- I'm truly in love with the atmosphere here & the amenities. I've never swam so much in my life but I am obsessed with being at the pool, even if it's just to sit and vibe- don't even get me started with the cute lounge areas and the ping pong table- so much funnnn and everything is very family friendly. Also the coffee machine & snack fridge are a HUGE plus. This community embodies luxury, fun and peace. read more

I'm so happy I chose to move into Pace Apartments! I have had nothing but a great experience from touring to moving in here. The office staff is amazing and maintenance is on top of the work orders and keeping the community looking good. I take my fur baby to the dog park daily and it always looks good, if there's ever an issue I just let the maintenance/office staff know and it gets taken care of right away. 10/10 Recommend living at Pace! I'll let the photos of this "luxury" community speak for themselves. I don't have time to write reviews but when something is bad enough (and charges you top dollar for it), I try to warn people. I've been here less than a year, so it's definitely the new management. There is no gate, and there has been a rash of peoples cars being broken into by having their windows smashed. The signs that say there is 24 hour security are just signs. The community is filthy, there is always people's underwear left at the pool, cigarette butts *everywhere*, in the fire pits, all over the pool, in the grills. Everything is broken. The pool doors, the hot tub, the EV chargers, the amenities. Everything I was offered before I moved in broke. The peloton bike in the gym has never worked. The trashes are always overflowing, and there is dog poop all over. The landscaping is ignored even when it's dangerous and damaging to people's cars. I would leave it to being understaffed like most places, but they are just lazy and do nothing at work all day but gossip. I have never seen people talk so much and do so little in my life! Horrible management. I have moved out along with a few residents I have kept in contact with. You're just a unit number to them. Their staff is extremely unprofessional. There was a technicality on my lease and instead of communicating and working with me to fix the misunderstanding of agreements that were made by management which are not my responsibility to make sure are upheld, they screwed me. Pretty complex, they waited half a year to get a dog park. They said the pool was heated year round (not true) the coffee machine in the gym has never worked. They are so cheap they stopped giving out yummy drinks and snacks, only water. Was told they had a bar and wine tap, which won us over, moved in and they no longer did. They will threaten you for about anything. Leaving stuff on balcony, paying rent, trash, dogs literally anything they have to leave a threat, like why threaten and try to scare me? I get it, got it, & good. The girls are definitely nice, it's probs the management who created all the threats but honestly all apartments are scams, houses are cheaper for gods sake lol Also side of the apartments are disgusting from peoples dogs and not cleaning it up, it stinks. I have lived in PACE apartments before new management arrived. After then, like reviews before me have mentioned it's gone downhill. No one in the front office is helpful at all. I live in this complex but am using my Yelp account (alias) to review in order to protect my identity against retaliation. This apartment complex has been on a constant downward spiral since I moved in. At the price we pay, we could live almost anywhere else. New residents are constantly hanging at the pool at ALL hours of the night keeping my wife and I awake. If you're into nightlife, then look no further! Here you will find certain residents drinking and driving, blasting music from their cars as they twerk on the hood and speed away on a mellow Monday night. There is trash everywhere from people not picking up after themselves.... Which reminds me, the dog park is constantly infested with dog poop. Like ALL over. Thankfully, it seems management finally decided to do something about it.... They now leave the sprinklers in the dog park running at ALL times. No exaggeration, I haven't seen them turn off in over a week. So now, I am unable to take my dog in the dog park at ALL. How refreshing! I love being unable to utilize an amenity that I pay PLENTY of money for every month. The apartments themselves are seemingly held together by string and paper clips, as the drainage from our A/C causes the drain of my sink to make a constant suction noise throughout the day. Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything happening around you. These people need a serious change in management and policies. The downward spiral of pace apartments is visible from outer space. Wish I could give it 0 stars First off the lease office people are all airheads and they also give out personal Info to anyone that calls and asks so if you like privacy this is not the place and they all have attitude like they work at a 5 star property. They also switch staff every other week cause I guess even the management knows they're air heads... jasmine in the office has an attitude and thinks she's all that , she also gossips on the phone and gives out personal Information and even false Info something she knows nothing about. I would stay away from this place at all costs. The office is very nosy and so is some of the community there's a guy wanna be girl who acts like he's walking his dog every time something is going on so he can go run to the office and report it. The "Manager" only manages her meal for the day other then that you can find her in her office "on a call" aka watching YouTube or stuffing her face it's ridiculous don't waste your money here it's not worth it and the units are small for what you pay for. read more

Long story short, in the year we rented here, we've run into way too many issues with package theft, loud and messy neighbors, and to cap it off, our unit was broken into as we turned in our keys. Why on earth would you pick a lock just to steal old bath mats, a used Keurig machine, and golf balls? For the amount of money this place charges and the constant turnover of staff, save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. read more

I would like to thank Jazmin for helping me move-in quickly! I fell in love with Pace as soon as I parked my car for my tour. Apartment complex itself was really clean and I really liked how apartment was on a hillside where you can get most of the sunlight and an amazing view. I still haven't tried all the amenities but it looked really clean and maintained. Also, kitchen area looks fabulous and since all the appliances are pretty new it's working great. So far so good! I'm not sure about the other reviews but this is the best staff I've ever encountered in a apartment community. They really care about the residents and are quick to respond to any request or questions I have. I love how the staff is a all women staff and they genuinely care and take the time to help with anything I've needed. My baby also loves it here so another huge plus. Jazmin is the sweetest sincerest person I've ever met. Melissa, the property manager, is always so calm and positive and listened to my concerns and needs and got me into the best unit and Rochelle is so lovely to talk to. The units are AMAZING. Modern with lots of cabinet space and sparkling clean upon move in. I am very freaked out about bugs especially living in Vegas and having a baby that crawls. I haven't encountered a single big since living here. As for people mentioning bugs in previous reviews... like every apartment, this apartment also has a pest service. All you have to do is call and put your name on the list if you want your unit sprayed. But like I mentioned I have yet to see one bug and I feel totally confident that I made the right decision moving here.
