These people are terrible. They came to my home in January to do blow in insulation, put in batting…read morearound an exposed pipe and some other work. The crew arrived late and began the job. 4 hours go by and the lead guy is talking about it coming back the next day because he had a job in Dover MA that he needed to attend to. I informed him that he needed to come back tomorrow and complete the job. He arrived next day and I watch as him and his partner rush through the job. He leaves holes in walls, my garage is full of insulation materials that he didn't blow in correctly, they failed to address a back wall (I have cameras there) although he tried to lie until I pointed out the cameras. All in all they did a terrible job. 2 days later the pipe that was supposed to be insulated froze and cost me $250 to have it repaired. I called the office and reported what happened and basically got the runaround. Eventually, they sent out a second group who noted several inconsistencies in the job that was supposed to have been completed. At this point, I realized that I no longer wanted them back up my home because if you lied to me the first time you'll lie to me the second and third time. I contacted the office again and I asked them to give me back some of my money so I could hire a company to complete the work that they did not do that is verified by their own second team contractors. We've been playing this game for the past four months. I contacted Adobe the company that hires homework and to date I have not gotten any satisfaction. I read the reviews on homework energy into my surprise or Betty yet to no one's surprise, they are the worst company out there. They do half ass jobs and when you call to complaint they give you the runaround.

He completed the audit and went over all of his findings thoroughly. He explained the improvements our home needed to be more energy efficient as well as programs that we might be eligible for (interest free loans, no cost updates and general tips to improve energy efficiency.) The next step was to get our attic more insulation and our bathroom exhaust. Younes and Hector arrived at our home as scheduled for the improvements (again ETA was communicated and they were precisely on time.) They were professional and respectful; Younes and Hector communicated every step they were doing while making sure that they kept their work station clean (they left without leaving a trace. When I need help with cooling or heating issues, Revise will be the first one I contact!
