Broke the wall, cabinet and pipe under sink(yes) while removing flooring. Don't hire them without reading this entire review. Financial and emotionally draining and damaging. See the pictures, they already charge me for floor removal(vinyl and laminate) And leveling and prepping. Reason they want to upcharge me. 1) Coz its laminate under the vinyl we have to charge you more. 2)we can only remove some portion of it coz it so difficult to remove and have to level it so we have to charge you more( they already charge for leveling see picture below) 3) you are asking for underpayment we have to charge you more. (already charged me prepping) 4) this job is too small we have to charge you more. Literally finding reason to charge me more and blaming me more upcharge. For floor popping. It started next day after installation and I saw it and hoping it won't get worse but it got worse the day after started falling apart. Now everywhere I walk I hear pop and falling apart and it's just been 2 days. and I know they will blame me coz I ask for underpayment but during installation, I heard other guys ask to Brandon about removing this... point to floor (debris and uneven things sticking on floor) and he said no.. she want underpayment so they don't have to prep or even out the floor and make it free from debris coz they were not going to warranty flooring so its ok to bad job. And I know they will blame the customer if flooring breaks. I saw that in previous one star review. While removing flooring, they were so aggressive literally broke one of my cabinet and wall in the kitchen closet.( see the picture) Rip the carpet and flooring in the closet and living room. Pipe in the kitchen broke, dishwasher stop working. I had to call plumber to fix it. Such sloppy job, left portion of previous flooring under cabinet and try to hide it with hanging baseboard. For the money I put in, I was surely expecting better quality than this. Spending thousands of dollars for flooring and installation down the drain. I never dealt with such dishonest bunch of people in my life. I would give them negative rating. Just horrible. If you love your house don't hire them.

I made the mistake of hiring this company for a kitchen renovation. Very simple actually as we…read moregutted it. Once the appliances arrived (4 month wait due to pandemic) they began. I was quoted a time frame of 2 weeks to complete the job. I assumed 3-4 weeks but that wasn't even close. They did not show the first day as Sam (owner) had told me the wrong day. The demo was completed in less than 1 day & subfloor was prepped. There was a 4 day delay as the tile I had chosen was the wrong color under my homes lighting. Flooring installed perfectly although there was a 2nd delay as not enough tile was ordered. Several times during the first 2 weeks the guys would tell me they would return the next day & did not as Sam would send them elsewhere without letting me know. After more than 2 weeks the cabinets were delivered to my home, on a Saturday with no advance warning. I received a phone call to advise me they were on their way but I wasn't home. Late in the afternoon they left the cabinets in the garage (I gave them garage code). They did not return for several days. Finally, the cabinets were installed although a few were missing. A week later Sam came to my home to make a template for the countertop & backsplash. I was advised that the counters & backsplash would be installed in 2 days. 2 weeks later the countertop was installed. The backsplash needed to be recut as it didn't line up. We were delayed another week as I was supposed to get a double sink & they did not have one. 10 days later they returned with the backsplash. Again there was a problem, specifically where the hood was to be installed. 1 week later they returned & had the same issue. During all this time when NOTHING was done, the oven & dishwasher could have been installed, the cooktop hooked up & the pipes under kitchen & bathroom sinks could've been installed but weren't. After more than 10 weeks I stopped by the shop (not the 1st or last time) & asked Sam to just give me the sink trap for the bathroom & I would install it myself. Sam assured me that the crew, who was coming later that day would install it. They did not. They did very little in the few short hours they were here. About 1 week later, after no one showed up to do anything I received a call from Sam at 10 AM. He advised me that the guys had just left & would be at my house shortly. At 3 PM I called to inquire as to their whereabouts. Sam assured me that they would come even if it was at 7 PM to complete the job. No one showed up. The next morning I went to see Sam. I was understandably livid as this was not the first time they had stood me up. I absolutely raised my voice several times as I was frustrated. We were at 11 weeks. That's 11 weeks without a kitchen. 11 weeks without a bathroom sink. 11 weeks of eating out when it rained as I can't grill in a rainstorm. The guys did show & work that day. Then we went another week of them not showing up. Finally, after 12 weeks I had a functional kitchen. Not finished though. There is a 1" gap between the cabinet housing the wall oven & the wall. The counter goes past the doorframe as does the cabinet molding. The dishwasher was not installed correctly & will not drain. One drawer is not installed correctly & will not close fully. They did not paint the ceiling. The baseboards were not put back in the right places, brand new painted baseboards were thrown out while old ones were put in. I have 3 cracks/dents in the driveway from the dumpster sitting there for nearly 11 weeks. I provided (they did not have the correct color/style/size although it was in the original contract) 2 sinks, 1 toilet, 2 faucets, knobs (I had to provide & install the knobs since Sam never bothered to get them), under cabinet lighting & will need to get a plumber for the dishwasher, a carpenter for the cabinets & Lord knows I will have to live with the counter in the doorway. You would think after 12 weeks the kitchen would be perfect but it's far from it. Do yourself a huge favor by not hiring this company. Please note that the work done by the guys actually doing the construction was great. 99% of the problems were caused by a lack of communication from the owner.

Aside from my shutters and door ( which was a preference, not something that needed to be done, but I LOVE it) I have him come back to fix a piece of my garage that was rotten. We discussed a few options. One being an aluminum frame. After pricing the job out, Dubs decided to replace the wood and not use aluminum because of price, so with the customer in mind, he chose to not use the aluminum because the material price has skyrocket like everything else. In my mind, what does he care, I would be paying for it but no, He chose to save me money!!!! So awesome. He told me he would do the primer and then paint after it had dried, which I was just thinking, primer one day, then come back and paint. When I came home last night, it looked like I had pulled into the wrong driveway, the update was PERFECT. I thought , wow, how did he get that done so fast?!! When I spoke to him today, he said he was able to prime and get one light coat of paint on. I told him it looked perfect and could actually leave as is. He insisted he was going to do another coat. So , while I knew prior to this second job at my house, this job really confirms the pride he takes in his work. It's sad that I am shocked to find someone that takes pride in their work but WOW!!!! I feel like when he's done with my house, it's going to look brand new. Also another thing that I was highly impressed with is that he asked me of I minded if he had helped someone else with a project while he was still doing mine. Of course I do not mind at all, this guy deserves to make money when it's available. And in no way has him helping someone else impacted what he was doing for me. Dubs knows exactly what he is doing, and his time management skills ( which I don't think I mentioned in my first review) are spot on ( not usual for a man, haha, joking!!) If you hire him, you will not be disappointed and I'm almost positive you will be rushing to give him a 5 star review as well as recommendations to friends and family. You will of found "your guy" . Also, he's young, so he's not going anywhere, still has all the energy to complete big or small jobs.
