We asked if he could also haul away some old branches from trees we had cut down and he agreed without even raising the bid amount. He also checked to make sure we didn't need a permit in our county. He was a little late but promptly sent a message saying when he would arrive. He and his team did a great job - pretty much working nonstop until the job was finished. They hauled away all the branches and cut the trunk in to rounds so we could chop it for firewood. If I had one critique it is that the rounds were very uneven sizes and angles which made them hard to stack, but they were cutting them to size while they were still attached to the tree so I have to give them some grace. We had also requested stump grinding, but the ground between their truck and the tree was very soft and Marco was concerned about the heavy stump grinder tearing up the grass. He was able to grind the stump down to several inches below the surface using a chainsaw. I appreciate how he considered the damage his equipment might do and was able to find a solution. 100% will use Premier if we need trees removed in the future.

She said she would call the nursery then call me back. I never rec'd a call back. I have artificial turf and the berries dropping on it causes many problems. Last year I picked at least 4 home depot buckets from the tree and turf. I am 74 yrs old and can not keep doing this, especially when the trees get taller. I called again in May & was told I hadn't purchased the guarantee warranty so she gave me an estimate of $1090.00 to remove 3 dogwoods & replant dogwoods. Sorry but I can't afford that and feel there should have been some discount especially I paid a lot of money the 1st time around. I would NOT use them again.
