Nails that missed the boards all throughout the project

If I could give no stars I would. I had my roof and fascia replaced along with solar installed. Everything was agreed upon at the sales visit. The contract writer removed items we discussed after to change the contract. We didn't see the changes and so it made it impossible to get them to fulfill the work we had discussed. Ended up being a fight the whole way. Fascia was to be replaced with beveled corners and they didn't do that and I was even told they weren't going to fix it to make it right. Very poor customer service and workmanship. Project was completed 9 months ago and I am still fighting to get the fascia repaired. Now they want me to front the money for the repairs and won't reimburse me until I sign a release of liability. They don't honor their word so I doubt I will even see the money. Stay away from this contractor. They are so dishonest. There should be a class action lawsuit against them as they have probably done this to all their clients and most just chalk it up to experience.

We recently worked with Pacific Allied Group to install solar on our home. We were actually on the fence about getting solar but Marjorie did an outstanding job answering all our questions and painting a clear picture of exactly, what the benefits are and how it all works. They also helped us navigate the approval process with our HOA which can be a bit of a pain. They also had an amazing promo that included a new patio! That just went up this week and we couldn't be happier with the results! We worked both with Marjorie and Denise on this project and they were both incredibly knowledgeable and responsive; which for a person like me who has a thousand questions, is a really big deal. I reccomend them without hesitation! Give them a call. You won't regret it.

Absolutely First-Rate from Start to Finish When the fires…read morehit Southern California and we lost power for two weeks, something changed for me. I remember standing outside one night listening to my neighbor's generator roar to life again. It sounded like a chainsaw tearing through the quiet. Across the street, friends with solar and batteries had their lights on. Their kids were inside watching TV. Life looked normal. Meanwhile, I was packing up my family to leave our home. Rising electricity rates, AI data centers consuming massive amounts of power, and talk of double digit rate increases made going solar the right thing to do. I researched heavily. Built a spreadsheet. Interviewed over a dozen companies. Got bids through Energy Sage, cold called installers, and asked around for referrals. I wasn't looking for a sales pitch. I was looking for people I could trust with my home and my family's security. Infinity Solar felt different from the start. I didn't have to deal with brokers or middlemen to jack up prices. They are family owned, in business over 25 years, BBB A+ rated, and 5 stars on Yelp. Tim, the owner is a C10 licensed contractor, sets the tone for the entire company. His pride and commitment to doing things right shows up in every person on his team. Sara, our project manager, kept everything organized with clear, proactive communication. Blake handled the maze of permitting. If you've dealt with solar permitting in California you know what a mess it is. State, county, city, and fire department all with their own rules. Blake stayed on top of all of it so I didn't have to. Joel made sure the job site ran smoothly. The crew deserves real recognition: electricians Adrian, Ivan, Salvador, and Christian; roof lead Arni; installers Jose, Gabriel, Kieren, Israel, Erik, and Robert; and Deyvis helping with inspection. They showed up on time, worked hard, kept everything clean, and answered my endless questions without ever making me feel like I was in the way. Construction always has bumps. Permits get revised, inspectors want changes. What mattered was how Infinity handled it. Calmly, professionally, and without disappearing. Tim must be a good boss and take care of his people because this is a crew of highly skilled workers who take real pride in what they do. The day the system went live felt like a turning point. Our first outage was December 23rd while setting up for a Christmas party. Power was out over eight hours. The lights never flickered. I only knew because the app alerted me. Tim included a Solar Insure 30 year warranty covering panels, microinverters, wiring, and roof penetrations, including labor. It's backed by an A+ Superior rated third party insurer and is transferable if I sell my home. An installer's warranty is useless if they go out of business, so this gives real peace of mind. Because I verify everything, I called Solar Insure, Enphase, FranklinWH, and REC directly to confirm Infinity is a Premium or Platinum installer with each. They are. I'll break even in 8 years at current rates, sooner when rates keep climbing, and you know they will. But more than savings, it's peace of mind. When the grid goes down, our house doesn't. Infinity Solar gave our family back a sense of stability. I'm grateful we chose them.

Decided to go with them and they were great! It was really hectic at year end due to everyone rushing to get solar systems installed before year end, and there were a few hiccups along the way but Kay was always available to get us to the finish line. Even the owner Tim was hands on in making sure everything was done correctly and on time. Appreciated them taking the time to get things done right. System is great and they weee very fairly priced and had great install teams. Would recommend them to anyone looking to get solar installed.

I am happy with the solar system I got through Sunlux. In October of 2025, I realized that the IRS…read moresolar credits were set to expire early at the end of the year due to the spending bill congress passed in July. I contacted 4 solar companies, and 3 said they could get the job done in time. Sunlux had the lowest price by $9,000 - $30,000. I liked that Mike Valencia is an owner, so I knew I was not working with a salesperson who might not be with me throughout the process. I purchased a 16 panel, 7.36KW, 2 Powerwall 3 system. From contract signing to Permission To Operate (PTO) took some time, but we got the system up and in service before December 31st. It did take almost 5 months from contract to PTO. Southern California Edison took 2 1/2 months to give us PTO. We did have some issues with communication at first. It turns out there was a key employee who was going through something. Sunlux hired an additional person to help. We then worked things out and communication has been great since. I noticed other reviews that remarked on communication. As far as I can see, that is resolved. I developed a good, friendly working relationship with Michael Valencia, Guillermo Santomauro, and Jessica Delgado. I also got along really well with the installers and technicians who came to my house. The installation and permit process did not go perfectly, but Sunlux took care of everything to my satisfaction, and to the satisfaction of my city (and we had a very particular inspector). If I saw something I did not like, Guillermo worked with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. Sunlux working with me to insure total satisfaction is why I gave them 5 stars. My safisfaction includes the very fair price, a good, safe system, and a company/people I feel confident with going forward. On my first bill reflecting a full billing cycle with solar, my Edison bill was only $10. I won't really know how well my system meets my needs until I have the air conditioning going full force during the summer. If needed, I will have a couple more panels and even another Powerwall added. For now my system produces far more power than I use. The only thing I don't like is having Tesla Powerwalls because Elon Musk's behavior and actions are contrary to my values. Sometimes compromises have to be made. They are good batteries. I feel confident recommending Sunlux, and urge others to consider them in their pursuit of Solar energy.

We found Sunlux through outstanding Yelp reviews, which helped us choose them. The project began with an initial meeting with Mike Valencia, followed by smooth design and coordination. Our project management started with Gabriel Benko during the design and operation phase then transitioned to Elizabeth Haygood, then Jessica Delgado, who managed inspections and the final PTO approval with SCE. Despite the handoffs, communication remained clear and consistent. Our system includes an 8.28 kW solar array (18 panels) paired with 1 Tesla Powerwall 3. Pre-installation inspection, installation, city inspection, and utility approval were all completed efficiently. One of the biggest strengths of SunLux is communication. We were kept informed at every stage of the project, and any questions we had were answered promptly and clearly. The technicians were professional, courteous and did quality work. Overall, SunLux delivered a well-coordinated project with strong communication and solid technical execution. Highly recommended. Deserving of 10 Stars.

She offered a free panel cleaning, which she set up internally and had their team come out this past Friday without issue. Since the cleaning the panels have been much better performing especially after these past few weeks of misting and rain, about 25% higher output. I didn't think much of it but I get now it's worth doing to get the most out of the panels. Overall a very good response and experience with OC specifically for this issue. I feel that they do want to stand out from the crowd and responding proactively to feedback gives me more confidence they'll take care of issues as they hear about them.

Every person who came out was professional and respectful. What really set them apart was handling both our full roof replacement and solar installation together. Their pricing was competitive, and their substantial warranty sealed the deal. Highly recommend them if you're considering solar!

Installation will be completed by Sunpower Employees not a sub-contractor. Throughout this process Synrg Solar / Sean will keep you updated on your progress in regards to updates on parts and city permits. We met Sean in Oct/Nov 2022. After many discussions and price comparisons, nobody came close to Synrg Solar/Sean pricing. We signed the documents and were set to go forward. Installation took 1 day for 15 panels. Sunpower crew started 7am and completed by sunset. My system is a little different than others. This is an additional solar system (2 Solar Systems) on my residence with 2 Tesla Batteries. Cash purchase which will give you the cheapest price quote. There were some little issues in regards to monitoring due to the 2 seperate solar systems, but was all rectified. You can always go directly to Sunpower by calling the 1-800 numbers, but I cannot guarantee you'll get personalized service updates of your project as I did with Synrg Solar/ Sean. Thankyou Synrg Solar. I'll provide Photos at a later date.
