Tracy runs a great shop. He's extremely customer service oriented and listens to his customers. They buffed scratches out of my dark blue BMW that I thought would require paint and I didn't even need to point them out in advance. The attention to detail, both inside and out, was far beyond what I expected especially for the reasonable price. They treated the leather interior beautifully, with what, I don't know, but it reminded my wife of the day she picked it up from the dealer 6 years ago. 8 years of dirt, grime, dust and grease hands, and dirty paws gone from our 2006 Honda Accord 4door. The upholstery on this mostly parked outside car looks like new and done for a very low price. The Blue Coral wax job of 6 years ago still looks good too. Though it may sound like it, these gentlemen are no relation and not personal friends. Tracy is awesome. I called at 1 pm on CHRISTMAS EVE desperate to have the puke cleaned out of my car. He said he would wait until 8 P.M. for me to get off work (SERIOUSLY?! ITS CHRISTMAS EVE!!!!) I said that I didn't know what time I'd be off work and he said he would wait (IS HE MY GUARDIAN ANGEL?) Anyways, I get to the shop as fast as I could--around 5 pm-- and I tell him that I only need the passenger side cleaned. He insists he can clean the outside of my car as well, but as I didn't have enough cash to cover this, I politely refused his offer. Tracy and his team then proceeded to disinfect, steam, and vacuum the passenger side of my car. He then cleaned my floor (which he did NOT have to do) and even gave me some floor mats for FREE. His team even wiped down the outside of my car. My car has never been cleaner-- it looks like it did when I got it from the dealer. The full interior clean is around 200, but Tracy only charged me 45 for the passenger side deep clean. Anyways, Tracy is awesome, friendly, and runs a great business. My car no longer smells disgusting, and is completely rid of the puke. read more

I brought my car in here because my boyfriend recently spilled a latte on the floor in front of the driver's seat and I wanted to get it taken care of. To say that my car smelled like something was dying in there is an understatement. Just straight up vomit-enducing because of the rotting milk that was in the latte; it was so disgusting. I had tried to take care of it myself with carpet shampoo, then with baking soda, then had the mobile car wash guy at work shampooed it 3 times, but to no avail. I knew I had to get it professionally cleaned so my boyfriend and I went during our lunch breaks on a Friday to Pacific Auto Cleaning. We were greeted by Tracy, who I believe is the owner and is by far the kindest person I have ever met. He took the time to talk through what had happened and what he could do to help us. He even took the car apart a bit to show that it was totally wet still under the carpet with all that junk. We were only expecting to get a consultation of sorts and come back over the weekend or another time, but he was able to take care of the car right then and there. We walked down the street for a quick lunch and when we came back, he said the car was already done! Not only did he take care of the smell, but he got the stain out the mobile cleaner made, cleaned the stains on the drivers seat, vacuumed and cleaned the carpet in the front passenger seat and also touched up the front dash and interior with that armor-all kinda stuff. I only came in to get the smell taken care of and he went above and beyond anything I could have expected. I am so happy I brought my car here. It's been 2 days since getting it cleaned and has also been sitting in 80+ degree weather with no smell whatsoever. To top it off, his price was EXTREMELY FAIR. Other places quoted me, no joke, 6 times what he charged me telling me they will have to change out the insulation, etc etc... none of which had to be done. I will certainly be bringing back my car here and telling everyone I know. The customer service was so amazing and just really shows you how customer service should be. Tracy made you feel like family and his gratitude was so obvious. The whole experience puts a smile on my face, even when he was joking with my boyfriend about trying to get him out of the doghouse. I recently bought a car from Hertz Car Sales and wanted to get the seats detailed as there were many stains. I messaged Tracy, and he responded very promptly. He is a very pleasant person to work with! When he returned the car to me the seats were too damp, and for this reason they did not dry correctly. There were some water markings. I messaged him about retouching the seats, and he promptly apologized and asked me to bring the car back. He buffed out the marks and waited with me to make sure they dried evenly. I decided to try these guys since they had good reviews on Yelp and were local. Bad mistake... I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I had a car detailed here and the overall experience was an absolute disaster. They were paid to perform a full detail along with some touch up work for an additional cost (which ended up costing 2x the detail). The car had to go back THREE separate times. At one point they used a completely different color black and tried to pass it off as acceptable. There was over-spray and paint lines from tape all over the areas they touched up. The final result was so sloppy and unprofessional that I had to take the car elsewhere to fix their low quality work. Owner said "this was the best we could do" and I wasn't offered any kind of refund. The keys were put in the car and I was told "they are done" as he rudely walked away back to his office. Please do not advertise for services that you are not qualified to perform. I'll also mention that 2 people were not interested in purchasing my car specifically because of the paint problems caused by Pacific Auto. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I have since heard of multiple customers that needed to have Pacific Auto Cleaning's low quality work fixed at other detail shops. i guess that doesn't really surprise me. read more

Best in the South Bay!!!! That was the best car wash/detailing experience I've ever had. We have a 2 year old that has spilled so much food/drink in our Avalon over the past 2 years. I took the car in to Tracy, Marcus and co. They really did a good job. I regret not taking a before and after picture to show how good of a job they did. Tracy even replaced my after market floor mats with some originals! Everyone there was super nice - treated me as if I had been going there for years. They've been there over 20 years at this location, but the business has been in the family for over 50 years. I would highly recommend Pacific Auto Cleaning to anyone who lives in the South Bay and cares about their car! I have a black Audi S4 and unfortunately have to park it outside close to the ocean and it is very exposed to the elements. I also have light colored two tone suede and leather seats which stain very easily. Tracy took care of my baby with the utmost TLC and gave it back to me in pristine shape looking like new! The interior was as clean as it could be and there were no swirl marks or anything on the outside (very difficult with black cars). He also requested I scheduled a follow up appointment a few weeks later to touch it up and make sure everything still looks good! He only charged me labor, no materials. I really think he wanted to make sure the paint stays in top condition going forward. Very upstanding business and I will be a repeat customer! read more

I came to Tracy's shop with a really dirty car last week and after I got my car back it was completely different. I was really impressed with much effort they put into cleaning the car. I could wipe my finger across any part of the car and I wouldn't see anything! The best part of the experience though was that Tracy called me after the car was delivered and asked if I could bring the car back. He wanted to take a look at the cleaning and see if any additional work needed to be done. When I went back, he noticed I had a dent on my car that he was willing to get out for me. Tracy spent a lot of time and did everything he could to get the dent out, and although it's not completely removed the dent looks a lot better than what it was before. Overall I was really impressed with the service and attention to detail these guys give. I am definitely planning to go back again and have them detail my car. Also how I know that they are consistent with their service is that while I was there, every person who came to pick up their car was shocked at how well clean their cars were. This is how I would wash and wax my car if we were still allowed to! Tracy is all about customer service. Definitely not a "typical" car wash. This will take 30 minutes or more, but what a great job. Skip the crappy drive-through washes and have Tracy treat your car like you would want it to be treated. Will definitely be back. read more
