They wasted my time and emotions by giving me no hope and insisting that my car's engine harness part must be replaced. They even claimed that the part couldn't be found anywhere in the country. I was shocked but still had little hope, so I decided to take matters into my own hands and started a project. I sent messages out on Yelp asking if any shop could help, and Mike responded! I was still skeptical because I felt that what Euro Car Doctor had warned me about could be true. However, I decided to go the fair route. I disclosed all my concerns to Mike, and he simply responded in a firm tone that his team could help. I visited BMB RhineTrade, feeling scared and uncertain. But I saw some positive signs. The place was packed, which made me think that it might take weeks for my car to be worked on. However, everything was incredibly straightforward and easy. It was almost as if he read my mind. He met with me, looked through the diagnostic report found by Euro Car Doctor, offered a loaner, and got back to me within hours with a full repair report and an approximate cost. To my surprise, my car didn't need an engine harness replacement after all. And it was fixed within 2 days! Other than that, Mike was patient and let us ask questions. He convinced us from the point that I was desperate to get rid of my old Mercedes because I thought it couldn't be repaired to the point where I realized that my car is worth maintaining and still has a long life ahead of it!
