Absolute worst shop ever I'm surprised they are still in business, they had our 89 bronco for…read moretransmission clunks leaks and just barely driving and have it for a few weeks and call almost daily about needing money or issues they want to fix, and they gave it back still clunking leaking and shifting hard claiming that it's "normal" bring it back a second time for fixes on that. They have the truck for two whole weeks with no communication so I call for an update just to be given the run around of things they have done to fix the issues, and they tell me they took everything apart and inspected the rear main seal they claimed to install, all come to find out nothing happened to the truck for the whole two weeks it was there on top of that they broke both front door panels (not sure how that effects transmission. And also added some nice scratches and door dings, broke the driver window motor and multiple vacuum hoses on top of the motor from pure negligences or that is just how they do business either way avoid they hate to have a customer they can't screw over just like many of the other reviews on here. Only leaving this here because the owner offered to make it right and pay for the motor or give some money back and hasn't contacted since so I feel it's fair to warn others not to risk their vehicles under the care of golden transmissions.

I found Francis through an online search because of the many positive reviews, and during our first interaction he was friendly, professional, and seemed very knowledgeable. He ordered the part directly from Acura and quoted me a fair price. My car was ready the following day, but when I arrived to pick it up, Francis informed me that my vehicle had been involved in an accident while in his care. He explained that another driver had been speeding through the parking lot and crashed into him. He gave me the other driver's information, and I contacted him immediately. The other driver gave a very different version of events. He stated that he was backing out of a parking space and did not see Francis. He also told me that Francis provided his driver's license information but refused to share insurance information. Now, more than a month later, I still have a damaged vehicle and have not received insurance information from Francis despite multiple phone calls, text messages, and outreach from Mercury Insurance. I trusted this shop to take care of my car, not return it to me in worse condition and leave me responsible for a $500 deductible. What has been most disappointing is the lack of accountability and urgency. Francis acted as though this situation was not a major concern and repeatedly assured me that the other driver would "take care of it," which has not happened. According to the other driver, Francis even asked him to change the story about what happened. I chose this business because of its strong reviews and the image Francis presents, but my experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing. I believe customers deserve honesty, transparency, and responsibility when their vehicle is in someone else's care.

Still can't say enough good about Integrity, one of the few shops that lives up to their name…read more Bought another truck last year that quickly turned into a nightmare mechanically, and they have helped me so much in basically restoring this thing. I sourced a replacement engine, they did an expert job installing it for me at a reasonable cost. When that engine failed under warranty (no fault of Integrity) they helped me through the warranty process, and quickly got the new warrantied engine installed, with the same care and expertise as the first one. Had them also install the front end rebuilt kit for me, had one minor issue (again, not their fault) and they took care of it for me immediately. Thank you Henry Jr for making the journey this truck has been a lot less painful and for your help and guidance along the way. I've been going to them for a decade now and will continue to do so as long as I am able, and would recommend them to anyone. AVOID THIS SHOP -- Dishonest and Predatory I brought my 1976…read morePontiac Firebird in knowing exactly what was wrong -- a transmission accumulator O-ring leak. I told Adrian Ciejka specifically what I needed done and informed him I had already replaced the filler tube O-ring, installed a Moroso transmission pan gasket, and replaced the speedometer gear and O-ring myself. The fluid visible on the inspection cover was clearly seepage from the accumulator O-ring -- exactly what I told him before he even looked at it. Instead of listening, he claimed the filler tube was also leaking and then told me the transmission would need to be dropped and the crossmember removed just to replace the accumulator O-ring. This is factually incorrect -- the accumulator on a TH350 transmission is accessible from the outside without dropping the transmission or removing the crossmember. Either he doesn't know basic transmission repair on a common GM unit, or he was deliberately misleading me to justify a full reseal at $400+. When I declined and asked to pick up my car, he charged me $180 just to remove an inspection cover -- a 10 minute job with no upfront disclosure of the diagnostic fee and no discussion of cost before proceeding. To make it worse, I dropped the car off with the transmission fluid low and picked it up overfilled by half a quart. An overfilled transmission leaks more visibly -- a well known trick used by dishonest shops to justify expensive repairs the customer doesn't need. I paid $60 in Lyft fees to get there and back, $180 for nothing, and left with my car unrepaired and the fluid level tampered with. Classic car owners beware. This shop does not listen to the customer, fabricates unnecessary repairs, and will upsell you on work you don't need. Find someone honest who will do the job you ask for. This is not that shop.
