They were also able to fit me in much sooner than I expected. When I arrived I was impressed by the shop. It's much larger than I thought. Very clean, organized and professional. Luis handled the consultation and estimate walked me through everything and made the process simple with no pressure. I had the rear chrome delete done on my Mercedes GLE 53 and the quality of the work was outstanding. What surprised me most was the pricing it was more competitive than several other shops I looked into especially considering the quality of the finished product. I'll definitely be back to have the rest of the chrome trim done and will be using them for detailing as well. If you're looking for a trustworthy shop in Huntington Beach for chrome deletes, wraps, or detailing, I highly recommend Rhino Film & Detail. Without looking too hard it's a good clean, but I've gotten details in the past and they've left my car looking brand new. This was more just like a good car wash. If your car is already pretty clean I would use them, but otherwise I don't think it was a true detail.

I did tell him I was stuck between 55% windshield and 15% all around or go with 35% windshield and 5% all around. I came back to check the car out after it was finished, I am very happy with the 55% windshield and 15% all around as that is already dark enough for privacy. For someone like me that drive a lot and drive at night time a lot - I will consider this a gray area for driving at night time. If I went with 35% windshield and 5% all around - I don't think i'd be as happy lol. That would be too dangerous at night time driving. I also got the head lights PPF (light smoke). Day one, due to moisture was scary to drive at night time. After day one was over, it looked phenomenal from the inside out... I was debating on changing the PPF head lights out for clear on day one, now that I am used to it and the moisture disappeared, I can see just fine at day and night. Only thing I can say about the cons, I noticed a little bit of glue left over on the side window. Besides that, they did a very good job and Leo don't mess around about his business, he is serious about getting the job done right.

I recently hit a loose car tire on the freeway which left some damage on my front bumper. The PPF came in clutch and protected most of my original car paint. Unfortunately, the impact did penetrate through some parts of the PPF and left residual scratch marks, however had I not had the PPF the damage would have been much worse and cost a lot more to fix. Leo, Allen, and Dom were so kind to help me clean up and fix the area and make it look as new as possible. Not only did I receive high quality products and services from them 2 years ago, but now I receive a lifetime of trust in anything car detailing related!

To be consistent the vacuum job was horrible, I was handed air freshener in a rolled up reciept. My car was dripping all over the bottom and I had to remind to dress my tires. When i spoke to the "manager he was arrogant, dismissive, unprofessional and repeatedly lied. First he said the seat was reclined to clean the back window, I have a four door car; that would be physically impossible. Then he stated most cars A/C 's turn on when you start the car. Sure.

The exterior was completely covered in pollen and had built-up dirt that made the paint look dull. The inside was even more challenging between pet hair, everyday mess, and food spills. I honestly wasn't sure some of it would come out, but they took their time and cleaned every little area so thoroughly. The difference is unbelievable. The exterior is spotless and shiny, and the interior looks, feels, and smells completely refreshed. You can tell Vic/his team paid attention to the details instead of rushing through the job. Even the small areas that are usually overlooked were left incredibly clean. My neighbor sees my car almost every day, and when they saw it afterward, they genuinely thought I had bought a brand-new car! That alone says everything about the quality of their work. One, I can go as many times as I want per month! Two, I don't have to vacuum my own car and sweat my ass off trying to get the dog hair off. Three , my black car looks brand new every time I leave. Four, I like how they offer things when you get there on the laminated sheet so that you can actually figure out what you want to have done to your car rather than just saying a silver package that really wasn't what you needed. Five, if I ever see anything that needs a touch up or redo, they get right back to it and fix it; no questions asked! I also like when they tell me I'll need a wax job soon. I park outside by sprinklers and get hard water spotting on my black paint job. . The manager is so nice and he shows when it's getting pretty bad and I make the decision of when I need to wax. That's another thing about this place: the customer service! Luis Garcia is one of the managers (I think) . He inspects every car before they leave. This place clearly needs better management and supervision. The operation seems poorly organized, and the staff showed very little urgency or attention to customers. Unfortunately, they failed to remove the stain and somehow made things worse by leaving what appeared to be low-quality dressing products throughout the interior. It was incredibly disappointing. Thankfully, we found Wash Me Now. I called on a Sunday morning expecting to schedule something later in the week, but they were able to come out the very same day. We live in a gated community with no access to a hose or water source, which can be a challenge for mobile detailers. Not for these guys. Their truck is fully self-contained and equipped with its own filtered water system, so they were ready to work immediately. For $180, we received a full interior detail that even included an exterior wash at no additional charge. The results were outstanding. The matcha stain that another company couldn't remove was completely gone. They cleaned up the residue left behind by the previous detailer and restored the leather to a clean, factory-like finish. The exterior looked incredible as well. The paint was glossy, the trim looked great, and the entire car looked better than it has in months. What impressed me most was the value. For less than $200, they corrected another company's mistakes, removed a difficult stain, detailed the interior, and washed the exterior. That's hard to beat. The Porsche honestly looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. Professional, responsive, reasonably priced, and extremely thorough. Wash Me Now has absolutely earned our business going forward, and they'll be the first call we make the next time either of our vehicles needs detailing.
