The food is really good if the waitress can actually get your order correct. I ordered 2 chicken meals and only received one. My hubby's never got the salad that came with his steak. I told the manager that was walking around and he came through not to long after and never came over to our table. At that point, I was done. I paid whatever the bill was and left. Good food and atmosphere. Full menu and bar. Try the stuffed pretzels as an app. Our young children also enjoyed their meals. They had plenty to select from on the menu. We will be recommending this place to our family and friends. read more

I had the Ruben sandwich with fries and they were delicious. The corned beef was piled high and delicious. The place was busy but the waitress was attentive and efficient. Others at the table had different things and everyone enjoyed their meal. read more

Just recently moved to the area and wanted to try literally one out of two restaurants that's not a chain or fast food (Pacific has like 6 fast food places a terrible Chinese place and one mediocre Mexican place), I was excited because given the name the would have a better beer selection than most places in St Louis (AB Products) when we arrived we had to go to the front to find a hostess, we were sat and promptly greeted by a waitress (good start) she got our drinks and the hostess brought them out, once we ordered they brought our appetizer fairly quickly, after some time our entree's arrived, they brought the wrong item for my wife and didn't bring the fries that come with our orders, after about 10 more minutes of waiting she brought her chicken sandwich which looked like someone had made it then sat on it! the bread was flattened and soggy, i went to return it and couldn't find our waitress but located another staff member who took care of us, I also told him that there isn't any buffalo sauce in my wrap he said he would take care of it. Eventually the "manager" (i use that term loosely) showed up with my wrap (the same one, I had taken a bite) and a ramekin of buffalo sauce (as to say here! i have solved your problem and just brought you more sauce!) and said "there buffalo sauce in the wrap" i said no there isn't i can't taste anything but ranch, he's like "no I know there sauce in there that's how we make it" at this intersection with a customer is really smart to tell them that they're taste buds are wrong? Really? he finally relents and offers to remake me one, I decline because I'm very pissed at this point! What kind of restaurant manager argues with the customer about sauce? by this time we have waited for my wife to get her food and now he wants me to wait on remaking mine!? no way, i give half of my wrap to my wife because her smashed chicken sandwich remake still has not come, and just to prove i'm not being picky she can only taste ranch as well. The point here ( if the staff actually read these) is not the sauce! it's the fact that you would tell me i'm wrong and lose someone's business over it! I did't get the manager's name but the male server Kyle i think (who didn't even have our table) that helped us was very nice and got us out. for three of us eating and one beer our tab was 35$ not really worth the hassle.. read more

My wife and I have been there several times and generally the food and service is pretty good - yesterday we went and our drinks and salad came reasonably quick (salad lettuce was not the freshest - brown in spots and wilted) - our order took a long time and when it came it was wrong - we had a incorrect item delivered - we waited and waited for the waitress to return - finally my wife went searching her out - she was busy working on other tables inside - in her defense I guess there was a shortage of help that day? Not sure I didn't go inside and look - reading other reviews it seems the service is inconsistent - needs improvement read more

Lived her 30 years this buildings been flooded 4 times last 20 years 2 times last 19 months ate here last 10 years food always mediocre at best last 2 years...food horrible got wings a week before flood.. horrible . .sorry but they should stay closed..bar people have good place to should not serve food..other times food meat has gristle in it couldn't chrew thru sandwich..Bad service..slow..Quality poor read more

I've been here twice: once with family for a Reuben pizza on the patio, and once with a friend at the bar for drinks and appetizers. The patio is nicely shaded and our waitress did a superb job of making certain we didn't feel neglected even though she obviously had tables inside as well. The pizza was unique and fun to try, but I'll stick with the sandwich. In fairness, I'm not a big fan of pizza in general. This, however, was good and not disappointing...I just wouldn't crave it. The first time I visited was to meet a friend for drinks. We were indoors, which is in a cool old building, but it's lacking ambience. It was very busy, we sat at the end of the bar, near the door, and tooooooooo close to really sad karaoke--except for one fella that sang a country song with a fantastic voice. Neither of us are country music listeners on the regular, so, not our music and some folks with a few too many under their belt singing right next to us kinda killed it. The two bartenders were slammed with a standing room only bar area, and a full dining area. SLAMMED. They still did a good job keeping up and getting food and drinks to us quickly. I had a jalapeno cheese pretzel that was EPIC. It has appeared in my wandering thoughts as I've driven past Pacific. Seriously. My companion had some sort of nachos or potato skin with Reuben toppings. He liked it. I was too busy guarding my pretzel from his sampling fingers to try his. Beer selection was good, wine selection seemed uninspired. We stuck with beer. I'm out towards Pacific more often now, and look forward to going back for cheese pretzels and beer. And, I look forward to trying a Crooked Creek burger. But if it's karaoke night, I'll ask for patio seating. It's a solid 3.5, for Eureka/Pacific area, it's easily a 4.5, so I averaged. read more

We waited almost two hours for our meal. We got there at 5:45 on a Saturday and ate outside on the patio. I asked the waitress and what I presumed was a manager where our food was at 7:30 and he had to check on it. We weren't alone. Everyone else sitting near us and at the bar were in the same situation. Found this place using Yelp. We would come back. They had a $5 burger & fries special that hit the spot for my husband. I had a buffalo grilled chicken spinach wrap that was really tasty. First stop on a motorcycle day-trip with my wife. Very cool old building (used to be the Opera House) with tin tile ceilings and a huge bar. We were immediately greeted by the bar tender (Kacie) who told us to sit anywhere, so we chose one of the tall tables near the huge front windows. Kacie was the perfect waitress, too, as she checked on us often enough to catch when we needed refills, but not so often as to be annoying. And she was very friendly, as if she was glad we were there....nice to find in a waitress. We were just there to take a break before moving on, so we only had the chicken strips appetizer. They were lightly breaded and tasty, but ALMOST on the dry side...a few seconds less in the cooker and they would've been perfect. Honey mustard dip was good too, and we were given enough of it, which was nice. The Sam Adams Summer Ale from the tap was ice cold, and my wife said her riesling was good. There were families there eating, and a few people at the bar as well. So I recommend the place for its atmosphere, as well as the drinks; and our appetizer was good, but that was all we ate, so I can't say more than that. We'll be back! read more
