It took three times of yelling at "Carrie" to attempt to connect to a live person. When I finally got through, I talked to three different Customer Service Reps and got a different answer each time. When I told them my situation, I was told by a customer service rep that my order was not out for delivery and that there were problems they were working on with the online scheduling and that it would send that information automatically without any verification. So I guess the "history" that showed up with my tracking information was BS. I guess Hub Group just started their delivery company yesterday, if they can't do any better than this. WTH?!?!

Cons: They improperly quoted the cost of services and assured me I would be refunded for the second hour that wasn't needed. Our move only took about 30 minutes, but we wanted to make sure they got paid for the full hour. We tipped 30% as well to thank them for their efficiency. And Vlad mentioned that U-Haul/Moving Help takes 25% (not cool for small businesses). Turns out U-Haul/moving help also does not offer refunds, regardless of what the contracted service provider assures. Vlad also texted me several times over the past week pushing for a review. Super professional. All in all, these guys are great movers, but their business practices could use some refining. I would recommend calling them directly to book service, do not contract through a third party.
