Received an email asking me to schedule my delivery online. Scheduled my delivery online, but did not receive my order. It was VERY difficult to reach a person. It took three times of yelling at "Carrie" to attempt to connect to a live person. When I finally got through, I talked to three different Customer Service Reps and got a different answer each time. When I told them my situation, I was told by a customer service rep that my order was not out for delivery and that there were problems they were working on with the online scheduling and that it would send that information automatically without any verification. So I guess the "history" that showed up with my tracking information was BS. I guess Hub Group just started their delivery company yesterday, if they can't do any better than this. WTH?!?! read more

Like many other reviews here I would like to echo how awful Hub Group Final Mike is as an organization. The driver stopped by house for less than a minute and then left claiming no one was home. My wife was home and confirmed she saw the truck. No one even came to ring the doorbell. Since then I've ate Let's co tact with them to reschedule eight times with no luck. They are unresponsive and nearly impossible to speak with directly on the phone. I've never experienced anything as terrible as this organization. I still haven't received the item six days later. I have been waiting all day for a furniture delivery scheduled for today, September 30, 2025. The order was placed through JC Penney, and it appears the furniture is being shipped from the Ashley Furniture Warehouse via Hub Group. According to the automated system, my order has been "out for delivery" since early this morning, with a delivery window between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. However, I have yet to receive the delivery. I contacted customer service and spoke with a representative named Maggie, who was unfortunately not helpful and came across as condescending. She informed me there is no delivery scheduled for today--contradicting both the automated tracking information and the confirmation email I received, which clearly states that my furniture would be delivered today. I have screenshots confirming the scheduled delivery date and tracking status. I would appreciate a prompt explanation and resolution. Home Depot arranged for Hub Group to pick up a large item to return to Home Depot. Hub Group then sent me an email saying they would contact me within 48 hours to schedule the pick up. That was nine days ago. Since then, I have contacted HG 5 or 6 times to schedule a pick up. Each time I was told that someone would contact me very soon to schedule a pick up. Nobody from HG has ever contacted me. read more

Horrible delivery of my shed. They left it along my garage door which was an 11x7 shed and now I had to move it because I could not pull out my car and had to go to work in two hours. And the team drove up dropped the shed on my garage door and saw me and ran out, and I mean RAN OUT. Sad part is my wife is sick and I had no help to move the shed. I would have tipped them to place it on the right stop. But they ran so fast. What happen to calling me within 30 mins of delivery as per there website tracking number. That never happened. We had a great experience with Hub Group delivering and installing our Whirlpool dishwasher in Sacramento, CA. They called 30 minutes before arrival and arrived within the specified time frame, worked efficiently, were friendly and appropriate, and did a great job installing our appliance and making sure it was working correctly. They scheduled my 72 year old father's mattress to be delivered for Thursday, confirmed the day before, delivery day comes and no one shows up or call! Remind you my dad paid $100 to have his old mattress removed and hauled away that morning. I call today Friday and they tell me they dont know why noone came but rather it's an error on them Or not, I'll have to wait 48 hours to reschedule! meaning to be given another date! Not that they will be there! So now my elderly Father who has heart problems and back problems have to struggle to get down on the floor & sleep more days on hard floor until they come deliver it! Horrible experience. Wouldn't use their services again in the direst of straits. Only one person working warehouse dispatch and he is oblivious to drivers whereabouts and can offer no solutions besides a reschedule. I rescheduled 4 times due to drivers claiming I wasn't home at designated pickup time, even though I work from home ALL DAY. Driver continued to claim to be "4 minutes away" but never arrived . Eventually drivers did come, and got the job done fast - kudos to them as INDIVIDUALS. Honest review overall, if you favor punctuality and tight scheduling- this aint it. Phone calls not answered, tracking info not accurate, will let items sit in a truck until they have enough deliveries to make it worthwhile for them. I had a RV Sofa from Amazon. 3rd party apparently. Went from Washington state to Mitchell and then sat in truck 6 days as far as I can tell from tracking. Was supposed to be delivered a week ago. I arranged to have a worker to unload it. Every day received a different delivery date. Finally on the 25th paid worker and gave up as I realize with a holiday weekend no service. definitely the worse company i have ever dealt with. noone seems to communicate with scheduling a pick up, they tell me someone will contact you to schedule a pick up but noone calls nor emails. when you try to call the automated without a tracking number you can't speak with an agent, and when you do speak with one its the same thing someone will call you but noone ever does. i can't get a refund because im waiting on these fools to pick up the item. the day i did have a pickup noone showed up to pick it up. so, i called and nothing how are they still in business. my item has been sitting for the pass 2 weeks now waiting on this incompetent company to do something. read more
