Supppper yummy, great service, and welcoming ambiance. As soon as I walked in, I was met with the comforting taste of freshly baked cookies. They had quite a variety of different cookies and the staff was nice when asked questions. I tried the peanut butter and Almond Joe cookie. Both were delicious but the Almond Joe was superb! It's a combo of chocolate and nuts which give the cookie a really nice texture. It was buttery warm, soft, but also chewy. So good.

Good cookies for a good price located in the central part of Santa Cruz. We loved strolling through the shops with treats in hand. They have various flavors to choose from and you can also add ice cream. I wish my cookies were warmed but they gave them to us straight out of the case.

I've come here multiple times to get ice cream, which is absolutely delicious. This time I decided to try the peanut butter chip cookie and was a little disappointed. The cookie was pretty dry and crumbly, which I think is their style, but I personally didn't really like it too much. It also didn't have too much peanut butter flavor. Good amount of chocolate chips though.

Cookies are fantastic. And the variety is always helpful. The Blue Corn Cookie had such an interesting little information sheet about it and was very much worth trying. All of their cookies are freshly made that day. You can also get previous day's cookies for a bit cheaper.

Stop by this cookie shop and I'm sooooo glad I did. Nothing fancy about it! Just dang good bomb in your mouth delicious cookies! The inside is supper simple, infact, you can even see them baking the cookies in the same room. Super welcoming and friendly and the cookies were just as good as when I bought them two days later. When in Santa Cruz go get you some of these! The snickerdoodle is a MUST!

Where do I even begin. Visited Santa Cruz for the first time with friends and walked around the Downtown area and saw this cookie place. Words cannot describe the incredible smell of this bakery! As soon as you walk in you are just enveloped in the most amazing fresh baked cookie smell. Prices are reasonable in my opinion and they easily have over a dozen varieties of cookies, some even dipped in chocolate. You can buy individual, half dozen and baker's dozens. They even have pre-packed day old cookies for a discount. We loved the cookies so much, we came back the next day before we went home and let me say, even a couple days later the cookies were still delicious, but fresh is absolutely best because their cookies are more crisp than soft. I tried several kinds but the stand outs for me were the mint chocolate, chocolate chip with walnuts and the white chocolate with macadamia nuts. Highly recommend trying this place!

I've heard of this cookie shop and when I was in Santa Cruz, I wanted to stop by. We tried the lemon drop, original cinn, cahootz, almond joe cookies. We also got a dozen of various cookies to gift. They have day old cookies for sale as well at a cheaper price or can get a dozen in a nice cookie canister. Anyways for reviews; Lemon drop - Very lemony, reminded me of a snickerdoodle. Soft cookie. Original Cinn - very soft cookie with nice cinnamon taste. Cahootz - white chocolate, macadamia nut and coconut. This was a really yummy cookie, probably my favorite Almond Joe - almonds, chocolate and coconut. Very good too.

9/10 Amazing ice cream sandwiches definitely worth trying! I'll start with my favorite, the Chocolate Chip. The cookie was super soft, baked perfectly, and had just the right amount of chocolate chips without being overly sweet. You could really taste that it was made with love. Paired with the classic vanilla ice cream, it was perfect I'd give it a 9.4/10. I also tried the Almond Joe Cookie, which was really good as well 8.7/10. It was a little on the crispier side, which caused some of the ice cream to squeeze out, but the flavor was still excellent. The almond and chocolate chips were a perfect combo. Service was fast and friendly, and the ambiance was cozy a nice bakery where you can even see the ovens from the pay area. Overall, a great spot for ice cream sandwiches, and I'll definitely be back!

Got a chocolate coconut cookie and damn ok it was that good. The ice cream was chill, I wish the horchata was more than just cinnamon ice cream, but the fudgey flavor was beast. Service was chill, fast, nothing special. Coffee was v strong and good as well.

Yes, you need to go here! We quickly stopped in and grabbed a couple of cookies and they were amazing!

This is a must when in Santa Cruz! There are so many variety of cookies to choose from! When I went during the weekday, there was no line, but still plenty cookies baked. Pretty cool you can see them baking the cookies right there in the background. I wish they sold the dough , it looks so good on the pan when you catch glimpse of the pre bake. You can get cookies individually or by the 1/2 dozen or dozen and since I'm already having trouble fitting into my jeans I decided I should just get one cookie. I ended up getting a chocolate chip cookie and it was just delicious. A perfect chocolate chip cookie. A good size too, a little on the thicker end, but these aren't huge whatsoever. The ambiance is just really the cookie bar, there's no where to sit, so just a grab n go place. Day old cookies are available to grab when you walk in by the door as well. Also smells so good in there!

Customer service:10/10, got to try different flavors of the ice creams. The aroma is so sweet, smells like a Legit cookie store. Got a single scoop of rich chocolate.

(AI, y'all) A few weeks later we were in downtown SC and decided to try it out -- so glad we did. It's a small operation with brightly colored walls and a few stools to sit on. They make every serving by hand. This is fresh fruit whipped into a vanilla ice cream base which they claim it's healthier than traditional ice cream -- probably true. Ordering is simple: 1. Choose size base on the container 2. Chose one of four flavors 3. Add toppings or not We tried raspberry with coconut flakes and strawberry with rainbow sprinkles. Both were very good but the strawberry tasted fruitier and was a little sweeter so wins by a hair. On Thursdays they have tropical flavors -- I'm coming back for banana and mango. The attendant was helpful and friendly, and truly seemed to believe in their mission. One caveat: the ice cream is relatively expensive. I think it's worth it however.

They say this is "real fruit ice cream"- ice cream with fruit blended in. There are not a ton of flavors here, we had a choice of blackberry, strawberry, raspberry, or blueberry. We were thinking to share two cups but we saw a sign that said that if it is your birthday (or within 7 days after your birthday) you get free ice cream! So that took care of our kiddo! We got strawberry, blueberry, and raspberry. They blend the ice cream right in front of you. Overall the ice cream was good but I didn't feel the fruit flavors were real strong. You can get some toppings if you wish for $0.50 each, the kiddo wanted coconut flakes. Not a ton of seating area inside here, maybe 7-8 stools, but it was quiet in the afternoon so we had a place to sit. Props to the guy working there- he was friendly and helpful and I appreciated how in between customers he was cleaning the counters, sweeping the floors, etc... loved the fact that he was keeping himself busy and making the business better. $6 for a kid cone, $7 for a cup, $8 for a waffle cone... a bit pricey for what you get in my opinion.

Ultimately, we came here because the other one that we wanted to go to down the street had a line into the parking lot. In hindsight, we probably should have just waited. The ice cream here just didn't stand out. It melted too quickly-almost like it wasn't really kept cold cold. The flavors meshed together and didn't really pop and you know something is odd when after going through 4 flavors, the lady up front say, "that's the best", or "that's one of my favorites" to each and every one of them. Getting your order mixed up was also a deduction. I wanted a brownie sundae and because she was out of hot fudge, asked if that could be replaced with caramel. I said yes, but ended up just getting a caramel sundae without the brownies?! Unfortunately I didn't notice until after I sat down with my sundae to which point, I just didn't care enough to get it fixed. The place seemed dingy and confused. With ice cream, but froyo, it could be a bit confusing. Overall, it just didn't seem genuine. Water was served in a wine bottle (cute detail) and little shapely glasses. The Parisian feel continued with the round tables and small chairs as well as the neon-lit signs. The menu was vast with savory dinner and lunch items, wines, cocktails, an entire page of hot cocoas and mochas.... and of course an entire section dedicated to chocolate desserts! My daughter and I shared 2 desserts: a chocolate soufflé layered with chocolate cake and cherries and dulce de leche cake. The service was swift and friendly, and most importantly, the cakes were decadent! They were perfectly moist and weren't too sweet. We both thought the Dulce de Leche cake was our favorite because we could taste the cake more and the subtle vanilla hints were nice. It paired well with my tea. What a great addition to Downtown Santa Cruz! [Beware: I noticed only one of our two menus denoted food allergens! So if you have food allergies, make sure you ask before you order.]
