When our repair man came from Four Seasons, our first impression was very positive, he was so conscientious, happy and very knowledgeable. He explained so much and took the time to inform us on what was being replaced and how he would do it, he ordered the new motor and departed. Unfortunately when he returned the new motor received was not compatible with our specific installation. Instead of blaming the factory, or just leaving us by saying another fan must be ordered, he called the main office to see what they could do? They made it happen by removing a fan from a new unit they had in stock and installed the new fan that same day. We will for sure be using Four Seasons for all our future service and new purchase needs. U are truly a gem of a company!! The first response we got was from DP Plumbing & Gas AKA Silver Knight Heating. Sooner even than the company we dealt with for the last one in 2012. We got three quotes and DP's was the lowest by $400 on one quote and by $500 on the other. Devin Perfect, what's in a name, the owner and Red Seal plumber actually showed up here to survey our situation. No one else did. So here's how things went: Devin called at roughly 9:00am, arrived here at 9:30am, got a call and quote from his office assistant at 10:16am, Devin arrived with the new tank at 12:30pm, installed and operational at 2:30pm, in a much needed shower at 3:00pm.

I bought a local fireplace hoping this would be the answer and was excited to support local…read morebusiness. Had a service technician come out which took forever, however the parts manager fit us in early. The call out was $197.00 which is more than most. The technician said it needed a new pilot and heating bar. I was shocked as the fireplace is only 2 years old and only used for 1 winter. I was quoted over 600.00 to replace this part and 2 hours labour. The fireplace cost 5K so that is in total 1/5 of the cost and the technician wasn't sure if that would fix it. Called another company the part was 107 dollars .. he came and said the part wasn't needed as the log a the back had slipped and that is why the fireplace wasn't staying on. The other company looked online to ensure the logs were placed properly where the Heat Savers Technician wasn't sure and asked Me to refer to my manual. My problem was fixed by another service for 100.00 ... VERY disappointing that I was told something that wasn't the case. My fireplace now works thanks to the OTHER company

Had to run the cables half way across my house, cutting into the ceiling drywall in one room and in the garage. Overall they did a fantastic job. But there was some confusion and mixed messaging from them which caused some concern. That got sorted and techs arrived mid afternoon and diagnosed the problem. Dale got involved and the job was prioritized since it required panel, meter base, and mast replacement - a big job. The crew showed up the next day and coordinated with BC Hydro. It was a long day for them, but, by 5:30 we were back up and running. Very happy with the tech crew -Hannah and Ken - who worked diligently all day and were very pleasant to deal with. And very happy with Dale who recognized the seriousness of the situation, communicated openly with me about options, then prioritized the job. Happy to recommend 24/7 and very happy with the outcome.
