She made sure to have frequent talks with me and my husband before our wedding day to make sure she provided the best experience for our special day. She came to our rehearsal the day before which most musicians don't do unless you pay extra. Her pricing is very reasonable and she even gave us a discount since my husband is in the military and thanked him for his service. Mike her partner was the glue that held my ceremony together. Our day of planner Fefe was unprepared and did not really know how to run a wedding. She was of no help at all. But Mike had done hundreds of weddings before so he came prepared with a folder, schedule, and stop watch which kept everything running smoothly in rehearsal and the day of. We truly could not have done this without his help. If you have an event and you want beautiful music from a professional harpist, Annette is the one. Parking is pretty easy with plenty of street and nearby options, and there are great restaurants around the area, perfect for dinner before an evening show. Ice cream too! Perfect location, right?! Snacks and various drinks are available before the performance, tickets are reasonably priced and easy to purchase online, and the staff is friendly. Many are volunteers and they are so sweet! The productions are high-quality and thoughtfully done. I recommend for a great night of theater. They even have musicals, so I may return for one later this year, or maybe for a comedy.

There's a spacious lobby with a bar, although they only had one person on the bar and it was slow going. At the box office (inside) they just asked for our name and didn't bother seeing the tix on my phone. Staff were friendly. The theater itself is small. They allow drinks in that you've purchased there. (No food, although I watched one woman open a bag of crackers). The usher sent us to the wrong row, causing confusion and the letters on the end of the rows weren't obvious. There are several bathrooms, including a couple of non-gender ones. Free parking can be found at the train station behind the theater. The play we saw, 'Matt and Ben' was not great. I give it 2/5. The cast wasn't what I was expecting and it wasn't that funny, they dropped f-bombs all the time and I was ready for it to end after about 15 minutes.

Back in September, I coordinated a group of almost 20 guests to attend "Trouble Man: feat. l Young" on October 4th. On the 1st, I tried to add more guests to our party but the event was no longer listed on their website. On October 2nd, we were provided unfortunate news that our show on October 4th had been cancelled as one of the female vocalists coming from out of town had caught pneumonia, and that sales of that particular show with 3 days to go were extremely low. But Margi was very communicative, and had processed our refunds in a timely manner, and was an absolute pleasure to deal with when I spoke with her to purchase our group tickets. I would patronize OTC again without hesitation, and look forward to seeing a future performance there. Kudos to OTC for amazing box office staff!

We have been there for bands, magic shows, seasonal shows etc. and have not been disappointed. The featured cover bands are the best! Anyway, walking into the theater is like walking into someone's home. The staff treats you like family! It is the complete OPPOSITE of all the stressful hoops you have to jump through at a large arena style event. The lobby is quite comfortable and has a lot of artifacts showing the amazing history of the resort. Will probably take a few visits to go through it all. One last thing. They made an error on their schedule which resulted in me having tickets on two different dates of the same event. Rather than send an email, they personally called me and gave me options that quickly resolved the issue! I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing from start to finish…read more Check-in was advertised for 4:00 p.m., but we didn't get our room until nearly 8:30 p.m., costing us hours of the vacation we paid for. Throughout our stay, we requested basic necessities like fresh towels and soap refills, but they never arrived despite multiple requests. On checkout day, housekeeping walked into our room at 9:00 a.m., a full hour before the 10:00 a.m. checkout, while we were still getting dressed. Our privacy was completely disregarded. I was also repeatedly singled out because of my service dog. Multiple employees yelled, "You better clean up after your dog," even though I was visibly carrying waste bags and had done nothing wrong. It was humiliating and showed a lack of training on how to appropriately interact with guests who use service animals. To make matters worse, I unexpectedly started my period and needed pads before the gift shop opened. Because the resort had no way to help and the trams were so unreliable, I had to walk all the way down the steep hill just to get basic hygiene supplies. For a resort of this size, that level of guest support is unacceptable. The most concerning part of our stay was the Russian tortoise in the kids' center. I am the founder of The Wise Frog Reptile Rescue and have spent more than 11 years rescuing and rehabilitating reptiles. The tortoise appeared to lack proper UVB and heat, and its shell was in alarming condition. I brought my concerns to staff, but they showed little interest in addressing them. My children were heartbroken because they immediately recognized the animal appeared to be in distress. An animal should never be displayed for children if its welfare is being overlooked. Between the delayed check-in, ignored requests, lack of privacy, treatment over my service dog, unreliable transportation, and concerns about animal welfare, this resort fell far short of the experience we expected. I hope management takes these issues seriously and makes meaningful changes for both guests and the animals in their care

I've been going to Regal Edwards for decades and it's always been a solid theater for me. I really like when they do Mystery Movie Mondays, it's such a fun deal and something my friends and I actually look forward to. The theater itself usually feels clean and well air conditioned, which makes for a comfortable experience overall. My only small complaint is that I wish they had the newer leather recliner seats, but my seat was still comfortable enough. One thing I did notice last night though is that the parking lot was super dark, and I really hope they get the lights working again soon because it did feel a bit unsafe walking out. Overall, it's a reliable go to theater that I keep coming back to.
