First off, this is the first and only time I've been to pain management. I have put it off for a…read morevery long time, because I have worked in a recovery ministry for 20 years. And I see what pills can do to people. They destroy lives, and me personally would rather do without them. But I have a bulging/protruding disc, and I am to a point where my pain has to be managed. Talk about an excellent first time experience! The staff and nurses are wonderful- this is a positive work environment. As you are waiting to see Dr. Seama Sial, you can hear the staff being upbeat and you can hear them laughing. If you don't like happy. And just want serious and downtrodden, this is not the office for you. Now let me tell you about Saema. She is fabulous. This woman is professional, happy, caring, will listen to everything you have to say, answer all of your questions, and she never "rushes" you through your appointment. She is upright, and does everything by the book- which is the way IT SHOULD BE DONE. I've read other negative reviews on here, and (based on my experience with those kind of people). They are just looking for a "fix", or trying to manipulate the system. If this is you, don't bother coming here. It's not about pills, it's about getting the best and proper treatment to manage your pain. Saema and her staff does their job thoroughly and professionally. I love this office, and they have a patient for life!

Dr Owen's did my laparoscopic cholecystectomy and he did a great job. The team was incredible too,…read morespecifically my pre-op and post-op nurse. I can't remember what her name was unfortunately but she was the sweetest woman ever and took such good care of me. I'm a little embarrassed because I was so out of it with the anesthesia that I could barely move my jaw and I think I was arguing with her about getting up and leaving so I really hope she reads this because I am so sorry and you are genuinely the nicest nurse ever! Literally made for the job! And thank you for helping me get my necklace back when it fell off. I knew better than to wear it in but I was nervous and I'm so grateful to you for getting it back to me. The front desk lady was also so sweet to me. With dr Owens, I saw some negative reviews about him and got a little nervous to be honest but I kind of think he's just misunderstood. He's got a very dry sense of humor but he's a nice man and a very good surgeon (in my very minor surgical experience. If you're having something more serious done, I can't speak on that). He told me that even though I've only had a severe gallstone attack once (when I discovered I have stones) that I should get it removed anyway because it will happen again and it can be risky. Plus, I have insurance right now. He chatted with me a bit about my school as I'm an MRI student and came in wearing my scrubs. When I got to the surgery center, everyone that would be working on me came to talk to me before the surgery and let me ask questions. I also went from waiting room to operating room in about 45 minutes I believe. Very quick and I'm very grateful I wasn't left nervous for a long time. Also, they let me get a photo of my gallbladder when it was out. Not important but I was thrilled. I don't think I should post it here because I mean, it is still an organ. For anyone getting a laparoscopic cholecystectomy since there are no specific reviews on it: I was glued shut and my 4 incisions, healed up very well. I have my follow up in a couple days to check in but the pain was minimal and the cuts now look like gnarly cat scratches that are healing. The glue is hanging on for dear life though. They use CO2 gas to inflate your abdomen so they do warn you of gas pain that can't really be resolved by the pain killers and that's pretty unpleasant. My shoulder hurt for a few days post-op but a rotation of heating pads and ice packs helped a lot. My incisions didn't really hurt much. They itch a little now that they're healing and the top one over my stomach would hurt a bit here and there. Also, the anesthesia is rough! I woke up and could barely move. I thought I've experienced anesthesia but this was definitely the deeper sleep the anesthesiologist mentioned. Anyway, overall I was sore for a few days and I slept a lot but I felt almost perfect within a week.

Had an emergent appendectomy, difficult to schedule post op appointment, after I finally made it,…read morewaited for over an hour for no updates in the office. Didn't see a dr and no sense of urgency to try to see me. ‍

Had absolutely wonderful care! Truly wonderful. The entire staff was kind, attentive, patient,…read moreresponsive, and served cheerfully. The nurses, with no exception, were so gentle and always came in with a smile and sunny disposition. You couldn't help but to sincerely like all of them (one adopted my husband and I as her "hospital grandparents"). They were all very efficient and demonstrated that they cared and saw you as a person -- not just another body. The hospitalist was very caring and was never rushed. The food was really good and delicious. Everything was great with the exception of the room. I was in the older building and the room was quite small with no place to put anything. The positive was that it was a private room as nearly all of them were. I am extremely pleased with the care received there. No kidding, it was a wonderful experience -- except for the pain of a broken femur.

God has really given him knowledge and kindness to care for patients. Dr. Y is knowledgeable, knows what he is doing and I would choose him as a doctor again every time because he cares! Overall the hospital staff in the ER specifically also took good care of me and made sure I got the care I needed even thought it took sooooo long... Facility overall seemed cleaned, well kept up, and sanitary.
