A very big residential job - the biggest possible for a homeowner. You'll be able to tell immediately when you meet Anthony, the owner, that he puts honesty and integrity as a top priority above anything else. Some contractors or plumbers may try to add on unnecessary work or upsell for items that really are not needed, but Anthony is different. I felt like both Anthony and his team treated my job like they would if they were doing work for someone in their family - and it showed in the quality of the work, the grade of materials used, and the overall professionalism displayed. Anthony was very communicative and if I had any questions/issues, he really wanted to go above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied. He's one of those people that can not leave a job knowing that something wasn't done right or that someone is unhappy. He will put that as a priority and make it right. Because of that, the overall experience has basically given me a plumbing contact for life. I will be calling Peak Plumbing for anything plumbing related from now on - and you should too!

They took the time to explain everything clearly, paid close attention to the smallest details, and made sure the job was done right the first time. It's refreshing to find a local business that treats you like family and values honesty and craftsmanship. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality plumbing services.

I live in an older home (1950s-1960s) so clogged pipes are a problem and they've always done a great job on them. I also appreciated that they've made good suggestions when I've mentioned the cost of upgrading my plumbing and offered me options that made the cost more within reach. For the last call, a regular cleaning could have caused damage to the sewer line which was breaking and was full of roots, so they water-flushed the blockage instead to get the water moving and I realized, it was time to replace the sewer line before it was too late. I received a discount as a repeat customer. The whole process took less than two days. Mike and Anatoliy came out to do the work. They covered the ground with tarps to minimize cleanup later, digging was a few feet deep but confined to the location of the line, narrow to the point that they saved a favorite rose bush that I was supposed to dig out. I appreciated seeing part of the removal process and the explanation of the original sewer material, how it was installed and how that eventually led to the wear. The work on day one didn't take that long and the pipe was installed and the cleanouts were upgraded to current standards. They handled the permit and scheduling for the inspection and it was passed by late morning so that Mike could. complete the work. The whole removal and installation hardly interrupted my water use. Thank you for the quality work, your professionalism and personal customer service.

The first plumber couldn't get through & told me we'd need to bust out my brand new patio! Dustin came later that day, and not only cleared through the root clog, but accurately isolated the problem to an area that would not disturb my hardscape. Anatoly came the next day and, with a very sunny disposition and only a shovel and a tarp, I watched him magically dig a six ft deep hole to access the problem in no time at all. I still can't figure out how he wasn't even dirty or sweaty. The two of these guys knocked out the job, filled the hole and tidied up, spic and span, just in time for a big party at my house!! I also really appreciated NO funny stuff ~ no upsale, no club to join, just the price I was quoted (with a first time customer discount). THANK YOU HONEST S&D!! I will not hesitate to call you again. -dianne in Tahoe/Tallac

Recently, my wife and I called Matt at Main St. Plumbing via a referral from one of our good friends. We were trying to decide whether to replace our 25 year old Jacuzzi shower pan that had cracked (due some underbelly softening), or to get it repaired and resurfaced via a fiberglass redo, and just have a new drain and seals put in. After chatting with Matt (via a phone consult) and sending him some pictures, it became quite evident that the original drain pipe seals, crown nut (missing), and surrounding flange seal had failed. That has most likely caused the under-pan softening (water damage) and eventual cracking. While that isn't great news, knowing this information (based upon Matt's expertise), has prevented us from spending a couple thousand dollars trying to repair and resurface the fiberglass pan only to have the cracking problem reappear (i.e. a waste of money). Matt was easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and had seen this problem before... As such, he was able to guide us in the right direction. We will surely be using his plumbing services after we get the old shower pan removed and replaced with a new one. Thank you Matt for sharing your valuable expertise with us. Much appreciated!

A year later the tank less water heater had a major failure, it began screeching and was expelling large amounts of water from a drain pipe. This happened at 7 pm. We called Matt and he immediately called back,he walked me though how to shut it off and re route the water so we had running cold water. There was no charge. He went the extra mile even on a major component he did not install, and saved us a lot of hassle. I highly recommend Main Street Plumbing because Matt routinely goes the extra mile for his customers. Matt takes care of his people. In contrast when we called the company who installed it, they would not call back that evening unless we paid the high emergency rate.
