Not sure if the owner just doesn't care anymore or what happened but it was the biggest nightmare I've ever dealt with doing updates to my home! I would strongly advise against doing business with this company. The work quality is extremely poor, and you may end up spending significant time chasing them to address issues. There were multiple days when they didn't even show up, and they left trash--including beer cans and bottles--scattered around. Their work is sloppy; paint was dropped on floors and furniture, and they didn't take the time to remove blinds, nails in walls or cover light switches and outlets properly, they just painted around them. They damaged furniture and provided no reimbursement for it. The owner tries to steer clients toward Google reviews rather than Yelp, which raises questions about the authenticity of the feedback. Additionally, employees disclosed to us that other clients are reportedly suing due to similar issues, and the company often requests cash payments, because dissatisfied clients have stopped payment via checks or credit cards. Stay away! It was a nightmare dealing with them. I actually had them leave before the job was done because it was such a nightmare seeing how much damage they were doing.

To save time, I experienced a lack of care for furniture which resulted in paint on things it should not be on. Including antique furniture, some of which was placed outside on the balcony completely uncovered. It probably would have stayed out there all night if I wasn't home. When I pointed out paint on antique wooden furniture, it was cleaned off with a mystery liquid that took the polish off of it. Now, I have to send it out to be fixed. There was a lack of attention to detail throughout the house and paint was left on blinds, windows and flooring. Not to mention the light switches and the missing light switch plate that was never put back on. There was a fan that was covered in plastic and was left that way when they finished. They left water bottles all over the place and I have found more than one area where the paint is thin. When I brought a friend in to help communicate since I do not speak Spanish and English was proving difficult, he said that some of the painters were defensive and didn't want to speak with him. The language barrier also led to issues with forms of payment and delayed the work. At the initial walkthrough for the quote, I asked if he took credit cards and was told yes. Then, while the work was underway that changed to cash or check only. Overall, the house is painted and looks great at first glance. Since I live here, I notice things throughout that I feel should have been done with more care. If you care about the details, you may find yourself disappointed.
