A contractor that I recently spoke with recommended Pacific Sales to me to look at sinks for my upcoming kitchen renovation, so wifey and I decided to stop by today... I was a little surprised when I saw the TV's in the back near the plumbing section, but they have so many other standard household appliances, I guess the TV's are pretty normal... I can't remember the name of the guy who helped us out, but he was pretty friendly and even though I kind of tried to brush him off at first so we could look by ourselves, he actually gave us some info that we needed in our hunt for a new sink and faucet. All in all, the pricing for a sink was definitely more than what we wanted to spend. However, you can definitely tell the quality is higher than those across the street at Lowe's. This is the second time I have been to Pacific Sales in 2 years. The First was for my new Condo and this time was for my new house out of state. Both times I have Charlotte help me put together my order and this time was just as fantastic as the last. We were able to find a full set of GE kitchen Appliances and LG washer/dryer available in my new state and ready to deliver! Charlotte was super helpful as always, when the time comes for my mother to get a new washer/dryer she will be looking for Charlotte. The customer service at this store is SUPERB and I would give it 5 stars, but I'm only giving 3 stars for what follows when you leave. I purchased a refrigerator and washer and dryer. Charlotte was a tremendous help while we were choosing our appliances. We were moving into a new home and she assured us everything could be put on hold until we're ready to receive it. We also explained we will have propane for our dryer and she explained that we will need a special adapter that needs to be installed. A very, very long story short is that the first refrigerator was dented, and they took it back. On our next delivery date, we waited for it to be delivered and they just never showed up. Levi at the Temecula Pacific Sales called to make sure it went well, and when I told him what happened he took the bull by the horns to help us out. Turned out the refrigerator was discontinued and we wouldn't even be getting it. Meanwhile, our dryer was delivered but the wrong people were sent out and couldn't install for propane. A second attempt with another team, same thing. Third time was the charm with that. As for the refrigerator, we actually had to cancel the first and get the updated model. We visited the store and Levi had us talk to a man named Dan, who was also super friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about the refrigerator. He showed us the newer model, which was quite different, but luckily we were okay with it. Interestingly, Dan did not push us in any way to sell us on the new refrigerator. In fact, I was super impressed he very fairly discussed the pros and cons of each, despite the fact that we would not be able to get the original one. I would expect a salesperson to lie and just convince you the new one is better, but he did not do that. I was upset that we would have to pay more for the new refrigerator since it wasn't what we ordered, and Dan was able to sell us the new model for the exact same price because he agreed it was not right for us to purchase a refrigerator and then be forced to pay more. I would lie if I said these situations didn't cause me aggravation, but I would be a lot more upset were it not for the assistance of Levi, Charlotte, and Dan. When I told Levi our washer and dryer was not being installed a second time, you could hear in his voice he was noticeably upset and vowed to do whatever he could to help us. He made us feel special and like he truly cared, and largely responsible for why we would return to the store for future purchases! I believe all the issues we had were due to what happens outside of the store, and I would give Pacific Sales 1 star for all we had to go through, but I would give Charlotte, Dan, and especially Levi a full 5 stars! read more

My father had purchased appliances from Charlotte in the past and spoke highly of her, so when I needed a new refrigerator, he told me to go see Charlotte. After purchasing over 11,000 dollars in appliances from pacific sales we still have a Samsung refrigerator that still does not work correctly. In that the refrigerator leaks water from the ice dispenser, down the front of the unit and all over the floor on a regular basis. The refrigerator has been repaired seven times in four years, and still does not work. The after market warranty is WORTHLESS as is the service you receive at Pacific sales ! Buyers be ware. Update 04/10/2018: after a few phone calls to Pacific scales and the warranty folks , and anther service call to determine if the Samsung refrigerator I own is repairable. Standing by for the repair gods to smile on me. More as I receive it. UPDATE : 04/17/2018 I'm absolutely speechless. The extended warranty company did a final repair of our 4 year old Samsung refrigerator, there opinion was that the ice maker is working, in that it's making ice, even though the ice is half melted and water is flowing all over our floor. So the speechless part is that PACIFIC SALES Stepped up and is replacing our Samsung refrigerator at full purchase price. I worked with Pearl in September of 2018 for advice and recommendations on a new refrigerator. I decided on the Whirlpool 4 door side by side. My friends have been envious of the features and the design. However, right before Xmas of this last year it quit. I mean QUIT! I lost all of my food. The ice was melted and all over my floor. Thank goodness I was home and noticed that before there was water all over! Pacific Sales has been no help with my issues. I was instructed to work with Whirlpool, that they were out of the loop. I requested a loaner, which they do not provide. So buyer beware. In the past we've always been happy with our purchases from Pacific Sales. I don't know if it has anything to do with their partnership with Best Buy but they've really messed up lately. We needed a new dual fuel range which we purchased on 9/11/19. It arrived on 10/17/19 but without the LP kit for the stove so all we could use was the oven because it was electric. We immediately called the store to find out where it was. Guess what? Pearl forgot to order it! Then to add insult to injury, the LP kit was out of stock from the manufacturer. Believe me, she was sorry but not nearly as sorry as we were after spending over $8K. and not having a stove to cook on. We had to wait until 11/22/19 before the LP kit was available and that was after LOTS of internet research by Jeff Claude. Then our dryer quit so we shopped around. We did our research and found the model we wanted and because we'd gotten a $100.00 credit for our trouble with the range, we ordered it from Pacific Sales. We ordered white and they delivered Titanium! Jeff was nice and said go ahead and use it and they would switch it out for white when it was available. End of story. We decided to keep the Titanium. It gets better. After racking our brains and reading the owners manual over and over to figure out how to use the steam feature as instructed in the manual we called LG. Turns out the model we ordered and received didn't match the manual that came with. Apparently either LG didn't include the accessory (doubtful) that hooked up the steam feature or the delivery/set up men were too lazy to install it and just threw it away. LG was very prompt in sending us the kit and Pacific Sales was prompt about sending a repairman to install it. So far, so good. read more

I've heard of Pacific Sales and how expensive it is as they carry the higher end stuff. So when my contractor told me to go there. I basically had a pit in my stomach. But I bit the bullet and went because he said they would take care of me and get me all the right plumbing stuff I needed. Believe me I was scared when he said that because I'm now relying on someone else telling me all the stuff I "need" to buy. Not sure how much it was going to cost me. I went in full of anxiety, lost and unsure. And sure enough, Devin came to the rescue. He has a calm cool no pressure vibe to him. Super friendly and helpful. I had tons of questions and he answered them all. He could tell how anxious I was but assured me I was getting a really good product. He helped me order all the plumbing fixtures I needed for my guest bathroom. I was surprised that it came so fast, it came in like the next day! From there on, Devin was there to help me with all my plumbing needs as I needed to now get stuff for my master bathroom. Still full of anxiety every time I go in due to knowing the amount of money I was about to spend. Atleast I know I can rely on the good service provided by Devin. The girls up front where you pay are also always friendly. I held off on buying some faucets because I wanted to see if I could find them for a better price when it came down to it.
