Came in to have my belly ring removed due to being pregnant and Becca was so quick and professional with it. She even offered to put in a silicone ring for me but my piercings so old she said I'll be fine without it. They have the cutest pup, Patch, who was soooo good. Didn't make a peep and just let his parents work. He obviously deserved all the head scratches after. Facility was super clean and parking was readily available. I updated my review again because of a DIFFERENT problem from a different employee at your shop. In addition to the tattoo, I'd originally come in to get my nipples pierced. The service itself seemed fine, done by a nice female piercer who made the service quick and relatively painless. Flash forward 5 years, and my piercings have still never healed correctly. I'd gone into a piercing shop yesterday to have them taper my left piercing open, before I was able to get jewelry back in after taking them out for a procedure. I only had the jewelry out for two hours, max. The piercer told me that my nipples have never healed correctly because of how they were pierced. The placement was far too close to the base, which I've suspected all along since the right piercing had never stopped giving me issues. (Left one was the one that had closed up and had to be tapered open, interestingly enough.) The tattoo from a past-his-prime artist is one thing, it's just a funny story now. I kinda find the tattoo endearing, even. But a misplaced piercing on a super intimate area? From a female piercer as well who should have known her anatomy better? I don't live in the area anymore, so there's no point in me making the trek to come into your shop to get anything fixed. I'm just updating my review to communicate how upset I am that BOTH the services I got done at your shop got butchered. And it's literally caused me unnecessary pain and suffering. I now have to consider removing my nipple piercings and getting them redone correctly, if I ever want the issues I've had from them to go away. I've also been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and many other medical conditions since I got this piercing 5 years ago, so getting them redone or getting any tattoos or piercings at all isn't something I consider lightly- the pain and healing is different for me. I have gotten 10 piercings at this place, all cartilage piercings on my ears. The staff here is so cool and do a great job. I've gotten my last few done by Nick, and got others done by another woman who works there (i didnt catch her name). I have NEVER had a problem with healing or an issue with how my piercings were done. They have been so nice, and dont charge to put back in a piercing that fell out (it was my fault). Ahh! Only considering I was here once, I absolutely loved my visit. They did mine and my bestfriend's smiley piercing and we've both had it for about 8 years and just recently mine started to rip because I wanted to be a big back and eat a bagel sandwich -- it didn't rip completely but I removed it and have been waiting for it to heal. I live in Las Vegas and they don't pierce with gold out here (DUUUMB) and so when I called to see if it can be repierced, the sweet girl told me yes and how long I needed to wait (which I've exceeded) and so now I need to make a day trip to get it done again. I walked into PST a few days ago to get my septum pierced as it this was something I've wanted for awhile. Came in w a friend almost a year ago when she has her nose pierced. It was a nice experience & Becca was great so I knew I wanted to have my septum pierced at PST. Walked in without an appointment, was greeted by their dog Patch, who is so cute & 4 very nice peeps. Asked if they had time to do a septum piercing, which I then was greeted by Becca who told me no problem. After I finished my paperwork, Becca took me back asked me what size I wanted...I wanted the smallest size possible, Becca told me about how sizing worked & made sure I really wanted the smallest which I did. She then told what was gonna to take place, made me feel very comfortable, & then she pierced my septum. I was pretty nervous, but that feeling dissipated bcuz Becca was a doll! She was quick, gentle, was awesome at distracting me...which I definitely needed. My septum piercing came out so cute, I love how dainty it is, & the placement is spot on. Me and my friends have gone a couple times. The prices are pretty good compared to other places! I got my double lobes, double vertical labrets, septum, and belly button piercing done by Nick. Two of my friends have gotten their helixes done here. I/we have been walk-ins every time, and we were seen immediately. Love this place sooo much !!! All my piercings were done quick, Nick made sure I was comfortable the whole time and that my piercings were placed in the position I wanted them to be. Great with aftercare instructions and any questions we had. Becca helped downsize my vertical labrets, and commented on how well they were healing up. I've had some issues with the healing on all of them, but thats just how my body is. The owner(?) is very nice and their dog is so cute and friendly! Just posted a review on google and am now doing one here since i love this place. there were a bunch of negative reviews on there about piercings but im glad on here everything seems to be more positive. now for my experience: I've gone to this shop since i was 16 for my piercings and never had any issues always a great experience and i recommend it to anyone that asks though i do recommend to go elsewhere for jewelry if they want something more fancy. while the jewelry isnt the most highest quality its still medical grade and will never tarnish and works great if u want just a simple stud or stone and they are always willing to give replacement parts for cheap. do try to make sure the ends are screwed on tight enough especially with small jewelry when you get home but that is just general practice in caring for them. as for my actual piercings i got a vertical labret (2 weeks ago) & septum (2021) done by nick and my eyebrow (2020) done by todd on a very rare occaision both nick and becca were out of the shop. my nose piercing i had becca repierce two times when i was a teen around 2016/2017 and that was only bc L shape studs are notorious for getting caught and pulled out. each time the process was very smooth everyone was kind and respectful, everything is sterilized. all placements especially with the labret were perfect. no issues with healing or any signs of rejection with my eyebrow. the vertical labret i just got but im sure it will last. in my opinion everyone at this shop has my full respect and confidence in their expertise. Also i did get a small black work tattoo from todd in 2024 and it has healed great has super clean lines and i get a lot of compliments on it. read more

Came here to get my nose pierced. This place is very organized, clean and the staff seem friendly. They Disinfect after every client. (Saw it with my own eyes) Nick pierced my nose and was very gentle and provided instructions on how to take care of the piercing. I would recommend this place for piercings. I've waited to post this because honestly they made me feel like I was in the wrong. I went on January 2nd to get to retainers put into my tragus and daith. When the piercer was "attempting" to put my daith retainer in, she seemed to be having trouble. She grabbed a taper to help guide it through. It was painful and I eventually decided I no longer wanted to get it because it hurt so much. I said "I don't want this anymore. Just leave it out." She said to take deep breaths. She finally "got the retainer in." However, when I left, I realized she PIERCED ME WITH THE TAPER. I now had a rook piercing that I did not have previously. When I went back to inform them the same day, the owner simply asked her if that's what she did. She said no. She pointed at the chart she had that she pierced the right area. I asked her to put a retainer in the correct area where I KNEW I HAD A PIERCING. When she did and it went in, her response was "Oh there was a piercing there after all" I left this place crying, feeling violated, assaulted and like I was crazy. I've spoken to others and this is not the place to go. The owner doesn't seem to care. And they don't listen to their clients. I would also like to add, I believe the piercer was under the influence. I smelt something that smelt like alcohol when she was removing my piercings and it wasn't the hand sanitizer. read more

So I can't speak about the quality of work of their artists but I can only speak about the quality of people working there. I had an upcoming MRI and needed to have some body jewelry changed out. The piercing was not fully healed and needed a professional to swap it out. I visited another shop that was just awful; they charged for everything and refused to use my personal jewelry. Thankfully, I found this shop online, called, and was able to walk right in and have everything done without waiting hours. Met Nick and he was professional and friendly. He was such a sweetheart switching the jewelry and switching it back the day after my MRI. Decided to get my nipples done again after 6 yrs. It wasn't as bad as the first time. It was more so the clamps the hurt more than anything. This time it was a lot more comfortable laying down getting it done.( Very Comfortable) In the past I was standing up while they pierced them. The person who answered was polite and friendly, giving me all the information I needed without hesitation. I felt like I'd really be at home at this shop. I didn't realize how great this was until I called another shop and the guy sounded as if I were bothering him and like he was in a nightclub. Giving 3 stars because the customer service is great and I have no experience with the tattoo side of the shop. I hate to write this because everyone is so kind at the shop and I've had good piercing experiences from here before. Recently though I had a big problem with the piercing I received. Let me start off by saying THERE IS ALWAYS A RISK WHEN U GET PIERCED! There are some precautions the piercer can take to avoid big problems, and I don't feel like those were taken in this case. I recently got both tragus pierced from this shop. However, a few mistakes were made. First, and most importantly the jewelry I was given was way too short. It didn't give my ear (or anyone's ear) ANY room for swelling or draining. The piercing was so tight it started actually receding into my skin, the swelling had my skin swallowing the jewelry. I've had many different piercings and something like this has never happened to me. I knew something was off but I had no idea that the jewelry was that short. Within a few days things got so bad I actually had to go get the piercing removed. I went to a different shop because I wanted to make sure the removal was done right and by the time I got there the outer ball of the jewelry was completely submerged into my skin (refer to photos). The guy who fixed me up was amazing, actually managed to salvage and replace both piercings with longer jewelry. The guy said it was malpractice to pierce with a piece of jewelry that short and a certified piercer would know better. Now, I don't know if any of that is true I'm not claiming these are true statements but that's what the man said and I feel responsible to share that information. All I know is the piercing was so tight it went into my skin and I had to get it removed, which could have been avoided with longer jewelry. Secondly, the guy also said that my jewelry was a barbell and not a flat back which isn't good because the ball in the back could fall off into my ear. And third he said the piercing was extremely crooked which caused more swelling. Finally he said that the same thing was happening to my other ear. I don't know what happened. Did the piercer at pacific Sangha Tattoo run out of the right type and size of jewelry and didn't gaf? I'm not sure. Honestly the shop is chill. Everyone is cool including the person who pierced me. The piercer is certified and used clean tools. The shop is clean and the prices are fair. I've actually had my septum and my nostril pierced at this shop before too, that's why I came back. After this uncomfortable experience, I suggest going to an actual piercing shop, spend the extra $$ for above average quality of work and to keep ur body safe. If you do decide to come here, just go for something super simple like a nostril or an ear lobe or something. read more

They wouldn't give me a refund and I went to another piercing place to ask about the quality of my piercings cause they were hurting and incredibly swollen and they told me I needed them out immediately or they could scar my boobs.
