It is super clean and very kid friendly. My daughter actually loved being there. The staff is great and Dr. Pham made us feel really welcome. The whole process took about 30 minutes. They use a numbing agent, so it wasn't very painful. My daughter said it just felt like a little pinch. Dr. Pham took the time to measure and make sure both sides were even, which not all places do. He also made sure I was completely happy before starting. We are both really happy with how it turned out. The service includes everything you need: the piercing itself, numbing, aftercare instructions, cleaning wipes, extra earring backings, and even a follow-up visit, which I think is incredibly helpful. You can also upgrade the earrings depending on what style you choose. If you are looking for peace of mind and quality care, I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Came again yesterday with my sister, my hubby, and my best friend to get a Friday the 13th tattoo. My hubby ended up changing his mind and not getting anything but stayed and endured the excruciating 9 hour wait just to get to our turn. Doors opened at 11am, we were there at 10:30am and didn't get tatted until about 8pm but I guess that's expected when you're wanting a $20-$40 tattoo. The business also had a food truck which was definitely a nice treat. We all decided to get tattooed by Juan, his IG handle is @tat2frel and he was just great to say the least. His work was impeccable and he worked with me on placement and lining until I was satisfied as I had it on the side of my wrist and the tattoo lining looks different as I twist my wrist. He was patient and didn't mind taking it off and on to make sure I was happy. And I was definitely happy with the end results. He has a really light touch and didn't feel his whole weight on me while tattooing and just an all around pleasant guy. He also remembered me from a few years ago when I brought the business a case of beer at the end of the night, thanking them for their hard work and willingness to still take us. They are definitely sweet people. I asked about touch ups and things of that sort, he told me he doesn't like to do them but sometimes he will. lol I'm definitely trying to get him to work on some of my stuff cos I really like what he is capable of. My sister and my best friend loved what they got as well. It was my best friends first tattoo and god bless Juan for dealing with my indecisive sister from hell. lol she can literally be a nightmare when it comes to stuff that she wants and he just took it all in with ease. I'm super anal especially when it comes to things like this, I mean it's gonna be on my body forever ya know.. so I kept asking him to remove and redo and he honestly didn't care and just wanted me to really like what I was getting myself into. The person assigned to assist me (I don't recall names/faces well) put the new segment/seemless/clicker ring in the lower lobe/1st instead of the upper/2nd lobe spot. I don't now how they missed the 2nd lobe because I had a light blue plastic place holder in the 2nd lobe so it wouldn't close up, we talked about it to confirm which one it was, and they saw me take the blue plastic out. Yes, I should have asked for a mirror once they finished to confirm they did it correctly but I trusted they knew what they were doing. I didn't notice, my friend pointed it out a bit after I left the shop, my friend moved it into the correct spot for me. Customer service was normal when I first went in but I didn't feel like driving back, finding parking, and blah blah blah over this. Think this was the breakdown, they didn't provide a receipt and I paid cash. Cost was $30 for the sterilized segment ring, $5 for the service, and I gave a $5 tip.

The problem is, I wrote my review several months after my visit and the woman who answered the door told me that she was the only one in the shop. This place has bad business practices, poor customer service, and the owner gives untruthful excuses. My original review: I meant to write this review sooner because I was very disappointed. I went here because I lost my nose ring. I did not realize you needed an appointment beforehand just to purchase jewelry. When the woman came to the door I was informed of the requirement and told she couldn't help me because she was with another customer. At no time did she offer to make an appointment for me or say that I could call to make an appointment later. I don't know if I'm being too sensitive, but I actually feel like it was racial that I wasn't offered any options. I absolutely will not ever in my life come to this establishment for anything. I felt it was very unprofessional and rude or she doesn't know customer service and the skill of attaining new customers.
