This person downsized my son's piercing wrong. A few days later the piercing fell off my son's ear, making us panic. Turns out The person didn't tighten it enough. I made his apot.. The service itself seemed fine, done by a nice female piercer who made the service quick and relatively painless. Flash forward 5 years, and my piercings have still never healed correctly. I'd gone into a piercing shop yesterday to have them taper my left piercing open, before I was able to get jewelry back in after taking them out for a procedure. I only had the jewelry out for two hours, max. The piercer told me that my nipples have never healed correctly because of how they were pierced. The placement was far too close to the base, which I've suspected all along since the right piercing had never stopped giving me issues. (Left one was the one that had closed up and had to be tapered open, interestingly enough.) The tattoo from a past-his-prime artist is one thing, it's just a funny story now. I kinda find the tattoo endearing, even. But a misplaced piercing on a super intimate area? From a female piercer as well who should have known her anatomy better? I don't live in the area anymore, so there's no point in me making the trek to come into your shop to get anything fixed. I'm just updating my review to communicate how upset I am that BOTH the services I got done at your shop got butchered. And it's literally caused me unnecessary pain and suffering. I now have to consider removing my nipple piercings and getting them redone correctly, if I ever want the issues I've had from them to go away. I've also been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and many other medical conditions since I got this piercing 5 years ago, so getting them redone or getting any tattoos or piercings at all isn't something I consider lightly- the pain and healing is different for me. That's all. Coming back to "chime in" because ya'll did me worse than I'd even previously realized.

She made the appointment for the both of us. I don't know if they take walk-ins. It is a counter that is located on the first floor behind the escalator where you can see Din Tai Fung on the second floor. The person working at the time was called Janna. She greeted us right away and showed us the selection of earrings strictly used for piercing. I decided to go with my birthstone. Janna had me sit in the chair located on the right side of their display of jewelry. She carefully marked where the earrings would go and then made sure that I was satisfied with the placement. Before I knew it, the procedure was done. The pain was tolerable and it didn't linger like I thought it would. After she finished working on my sister, Janna took the time to explain the after-care. We were given hypochlorous acid spray to use twice a day for 4 weeks. She showed us how to properly clean the area and emphasized the importance of doing this to prevent an infection. Overall, I would recommend this place. I am already looking forward to getting another piercing done. My sister and I had a great experience. Thank you, Janna, for doing an awesome job!

My hubby ended up changing his mind and not getting anything but stayed and endured the excruciating 9 hour wait just to get to our turn. Doors opened at 11am, we were there at 10:30am and didn't get tatted until about 8pm but I guess that's expected when you're wanting a $20-$40 tattoo. The business also had a food truck which was definitely a nice treat. We all decided to get tattooed by Juan, his IG handle is @tat2frel and he was just great to say the least. His work was impeccable and he worked with me on placement and lining until I was satisfied as I had it on the side of my wrist and the tattoo lining looks different as I twist my wrist. He was patient and didn't mind taking it off and on to make sure I was happy. And I was definitely happy with the end results. He has a really light touch and didn't feel his whole weight on me while tattooing and just an all around pleasant guy. He also remembered me from a few years ago when I brought the business a case of beer at the end of the night, thanking them for their hard work and willingness to still take us. They are definitely sweet people. I asked about touch ups and things of that sort, he told me he doesn't like to do them but sometimes he will. lol I'm definitely trying to get him to work on some of my stuff cos I really like what he is capable of. My sister and my best friend loved what they got as well. It was my best friends first tattoo and god bless Juan for dealing with my indecisive sister from hell. lol she can literally be a nightmare when it comes to stuff that she wants and he just took it all in with ease. They use a numbing agent, so it wasn't very painful. My daughter said it just felt like a little pinch. Dr. Pham took the time to measure and make sure both sides were even, which not all places do. He also made sure I was completely happy before starting. We are both really happy with how it turned out. The service includes everything you need: the piercing itself, numbing, aftercare instructions, cleaning wipes, extra earring backings, and even a follow-up visit, which I think is incredibly helpful. You can also upgrade the earrings depending on what style you choose. If you are looking for peace of mind and quality care, I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. I trusted the front desk staff to guide me, and was quoted $80 for Gel-X, builder gel removal, and French tip. At my appointment on Friday 7/18, I was unexpectedly charged $110! I was told the card on file couldn't be used for the service--only for late fees or no-shows--which made no sense. If the salon can charge the card for penalties, why not for the actual service being provided? This was especially frustrating because the appointment was a gift for a huge accomplishment of mine, from my mother, so of course I didn't have the physical card with me. On top of that I was also charged extra for nail length without warning, and billed twice for polish: $20 for gel color and $15 for French tip, even though I only received 1 design; french tip. When I asked for clarification, staff just pointed to the online pricing--but I booked in person to avoid that confusion. The experience felt misleading. I intentionally came in person to avoid confusion and relied on the staff to guide me accurately. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you're considering booking here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for more transparent and customer-friendly service.

I came back for a refill, and two days later was in some of the most pain I've ever been in due to a cuticle infection. I voiced concerns that my skin was being cut, but they were shrugged off. After coming into the salon to show them the infection, the front desk staff was polite and helpful advising they would reach out to the owner and share photos they took of the nail. Days passed and I followed up again via phone as I didn't hear back. The owner of the salon requested PHI pertaining to the infection, including what Rx I was on, in order to even consider a refund. Initially, a gift card for the amount spent on the service was offered in lieu of a refund. I mentioned I was not comfortable receiving another service, and received a call back letting me know the owner was willing to grant a refund. Overall, the back and forth took about a week and a half. I was new to the entire gelx process, and am posting this review to let anyone else looking to embark on that journey know they should ask questions and voice their concerns. There are seemingly many happy patrons, but this was my individual experience.

So glad I found this place! I just wish Yelp had been around 20 years ago. Sinless is the place to go if you're not an artist but you have an idea. Xyborg looked at my VERY rough scribblings, didn't laugh, and listened to what I was trying to do. I gave him a day or two to think about it, came back and he was ready. Exactly the details I wanted without me having to learn to draw. Trust the artist. The shop is clean, organized, very friendly, and noticeably lacking in 'flash'; plenty of examples of custom, one-of-a-kind art though, so you can see how good their work is. Worth the drive, and the prices are reasonable. A couple of things to remember: getting a tattoo removed is way more painful and expensive than getting it in the first place. If you're trying to be spontaneous, there's lots of shops that do generic tattoos out of a magazine and charge extra for not laughing at you to your face. Second, listen to the artist, especially about taking care of the body art. They want their work to look good on you and for other people to see it. If you don't know, ask. I am a veteran of tattoos, if someone is working and I do not like what I see, I will walk right out. I did this recently from a different place who I can barely believe they call tattoo artists. Now Sinless took on a difficult fix (hard bad lines, off center, unequal, and turned it into a beautiful piece of work. A masterpiece. If you plan on getting a tattoo then make an appointment, or walk in and check the place out. The place is right. They have artistic vision. I have no idea who the 1 star names are strange because I have spent enough time to know every artist and they do not work at this Sinless. They also do not pierce at this time (things may change). First off, I would like to thank Loko Life for their great work on my tattoo! Artists there are beyond talented and they have a piercer as well very sweet and knowledgeable! You can't beat getting a tattoo and piercing at one spot where the place is clean and the atmosphere is beyond great! The only thing I can say is that the music is pretty off with the vibe and the look of the place. Music is more of a white old man vibe than anything and it seems like the vibe changes to this when the owner isn't there. I would rate it a 4 star due to that but I'll go ahead and give it a 5. Not sure if that's just what they prefer putting on but other than that props to the owner for keeping everything top notch and what he has done to the establishment! Will definitely be going back! I made an appointment with Lucas to get this tattoo I've been wanting. I was running really late and I was nervous that he wouldn't have time to tat me. I was debating on not showing up because I was embarrassed on how late I was. I expected him to be irritated or mad but he wasn't. I walked in and I consistently kept apologizing. I told him how bad I felt for making him wait. He was super nice about it. On top of that, I was happy because of how awesome my tattoo came out. I can't stop looking at it. Sinless Tattoo definitely deserves the 5 starts I'm giving them. Customer service was great. Excellent artists. I highly recommend this tattoo shop. This was my first time getting a tattoo and I'm very happy with the results. When I visited the shop I was immediately greeted and shortly met with the tattoo artist Lucas. I explained to him what I was looking for in my tattoo. I'm really detail oriented and Lucas was attentive and made sure all the details were met in the tattoo. I was really nervous about getting a tattoo, but he made me feel confident and comfortable that I would be satisfied with the results. I absolutely LOVE my tattoo. Lucas was right! I give 5 stars! My artist was Lucas. He did an amazing job on my tattoo. Got black and gray roses on my arm and they just look awesome. Really cool smooth powder shading. He even free handed the leaves on. I will post a pic when I get a chance. The shop has lots of custom art work on the walls which show off their amazing talent. Ranging from hand drawing, paintings, to airbrush and digital art. They accept Cash only but there is a liquor store with an atm in the same place which is a great convenience. I recommend going to Lucas for any tattoos that you need! All of the other artist are friendly and cool too. Awesome music as well! Sinless Tattoo, overall amazing shop! read more

I came in on two separate occasions, the first time was to check out the shop (which was very clean & professional). Lucas was the one who greeted me promptly, he was very welcoming & answered the many questions I had, he told me the person to look for next time would be Xyborg (for a piercing). The second time I came, Xyborg was just as great. Very informative & patient. I was pretty nervous to get the piercing but he was so calm & relaxed I figured it would be okay. It did not hurt as much as I thought it would and I love it! Xyborg gave me an after care sheet which was great!!! I'm definitely recommending this place & coming back myself! read more

This is a current rating. Alex the owner of the establishment is an artist and skilled at tattooing. As with all business, employees will come and go. The true test is how does the owner handle navigating the different attitudes and skill of his/her employees. Today Alex is a person you can trust that himself and his artists will be quality or they will not last. You will not be disappointed. right now things are back down to restart a new batch of artists who will be vetted and only lay ink you can proudly wear. I have many artist who have touched my skin and some straight hacks. You will get quality at Sinless. read more

I had a great experience with Isabel for my helix piercing! My friend and I had already tried two other places without any luck finding a piercer or reasonable pricing. This shop was our last stop, and I'm so glad we found it. Isabel was incredibly professional and made sure to explain how she handles her equipment, even showing us her use of disposable clamps to maintain hygiene. I got a helix piercing, and the process was quick, easy, and surprisingly painless. Isabel's knowledge and friendly conversation throughout really put us at ease. I heard about this shop through a friend. I live in Fontana and she's been telling me how great the artists are. She's been persuading me to check it out for awhile. i finally did and i am impressed on the artist's work and customer service. i am satisfied with my tattoo and excited to show everyone!! lol it's really hard to find a legit tattoo shop / tattoo artist in fontana. this is definitely going to be my permanent tattoo shop. Worth the drive and i highly recommend this place! 5stars!!!! read more

Came here to get a hello kitty tattoo, but not like every other hello kitty that everyone has. I wanted a nice twist on it. So here I found artist Lucas Nugal who did an AMAZING job on my tatt. It came out way better than I could have imagined. I'm absolutely in love with it and show it off everywhere I go! The enviornment here is very friendly. All the artists here are down to earth and made m feel very comfortable. They also do dope piercings here. I highly recommend this place! read more

I have had about a dozen tattoos over the course of 25-years by some of the best in the biz from Woodstock, NY, Cairns, Australia, and even the Shamrock on Sunset in Los Angeles. Lucas at Sinless Tattoo takes the cake. He is a true artist: Thoughtful, ingenious and honest -- he is the ultimate partner in making the big decision to alter your body. I found this shop on here and I'm truly amazed. I had recently got my nose pierced at another shop which I was disappointed. Within 24 hours my piercing fell so I call Xyborg and asked him what should I do. He told me the piercing was supposed to be bent and that the ring was way too small for the piercing. He put me the correct piercing and was very helpful. I would truly recommend this tattoo shop. read more

Went in today to get a few small tattoos done on my left had (first tattoos ever) XYBORG did an amazing job! Made sure the designs were perfect before starting, really nice guy, I am 100% happy with his professionalism and I will come back for my second tattoo with him! First lemme say that I like were wolves got a custom werewolf on my back shoulder blade done here. My tatt artist was lucas and he did a dope job on it. Definitely will be coming back for more. Shop was kinda hard to find cuz it's tucked in the corner of the plaza but it's there! Also the gots good prices here read more

Staff here was very friendly and helped address my needs in a timely manor. My artist, XYBORG, did an amazing job on my hip piece I could not find a single flaw in my tattoo. I highly recommend getting your work done here especially by xyborg. read more

We came into the shop expecting just a consult, but DeShawn and Don Louie were available to tattoo us on the spot! The whole process was not only super comfortable, but we felt a warm, extravagant welcome from start to finish. Both artists' prices were *extremely* fair, and the tattoos look GREAT. Urban Ink Gallery will absolutely be our new go-to spot for all of our tattoo needs! I want to note that the space was super clean and upscale while still being very home-y and welcoming. The art on the walls and throughout the shop is absolutely gorgeous. We even got to talk about music quite extensively (check out the AMAZING mural of Black musical legends right next to the door). I was…read moreinitially referred to someone who does great work, but to my surprise (and not my wallet's!), he was charging over $700 for what I was looking to get done. So I turned to Yelp -- which definitely came in handy as an Elite member -- and that's how I found Mason. From the very beginning, the communication was easy and comfortable. He listened to my preferences, understood that it had been years since my last tattoo, and made sure I felt at ease the entire time. Not once did I feel uncomfortable. Mason not only has a light hand (which I truly appreciated!), but he also went the extra mile and even played my song music request during the session lol. I was able to capture a few photos and videos, and overall the experience was just great. We've completed session one and have one more session to go -- and I'm already looking forward to it.
