He has all the parts we brought and now is requiring another $200 and wants it paid when he hasn't y even completes work! Eder is a scammer and paid him for his smog service and he never did anyting. Keeps giving me the run around and lied and told me it passed already and he already processed it. I checked with my other smog guy and he said there was nothing in the system that he attempted to process it. Wasted my time and did nothing and promissed to refund the money but never gave me the refund. He always made up excuses and stories and gave me false information. Avoid at all cost and do not trust. I texted him and called him and never returned my calls and never processed my refund. Avoid at all cost and cannot trust this guy! People if you ever consider dropping by this shop just look somewhere else don't waste your time nor money. All he's going to do is lie and make up all kind of excuses. He's pathetic and a bum. I had scheduled an appointment with him to do a little job on my truck. I got to the shop and waited roughly close to 3 hrs and he never showed up. He called me apologizing and saying that he would make it up so I gave him another chance and did the same thing no show! So when he calls me and tells me he slept in, I tell him to refund me the "deposit" he requested he says sure and to this day have not received it to this day! I've know. Just finished up with Pacific Speed. I came in and was greeted by Eder. I told him what I needed and not only was he informative, he was super friendly. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, it is intimidating coming into a shop. Lucky for me, there was a lot of hand holding. Prices were fair in my opinion and if anything, very cheap/low cost. Okay, this review is intended to warn everyone of a mechanic who likely was a decent guy up to 2020. However, based on what he did to our daughter, he apparently did the same to another guy. He is not to be trusted with your vehicle. Eder had my daughters car for 10mos, when she finally went to pick it up, it didn't work. Eder showed concern and even offered to fix it in 2 weeks. We gave a deposit and waited 3 weeks before asking where the car was. He kept giving our daughter every excuse in the book. Death in family, sick relative, He worked all night on her car and slept in. Today, we went to the shop where our poor daughter sat in her hot car, waiting for the lying mechanic to show up. Instead, he had another excuse. I called from my phone, and he answered, thinking I was a new client. Once i comfired, it was Eder , i rip him a new one and asked for his partner phone to verify he was on the way to the shop to give us the car. He swore the car was fixed and he is at the dr office (sunday). I sent Dad and brother to drive the car back home. Suprise! It's not fixed and looks worse than when it was first taken to him for repairs. Gear stick laying o. Seat and fell right tghrough qhen my daughter tried to put it on. things hanging off bottom. We had to tow it home and now filing a complaint with BBB, hoping to get the money back so we can help our daughter get her car fixed. I am sick to my stomach. Hope this helps others read more

Worst mechanic shop I have ever been to. Eder made me wait 6 months just to find out that my car has not been finished. I had no choice but to tow the vehicle out of the lot and has not given me the parts I paid for. Owes me money and has not given it to me. Loving how shops think that my main cats are in the middle of the car, but they are actually built into the headers. The staff took care of me and deleted the primary resonators and cheaper than any shops around my area. I drove in all the way from South OC to get the job done and the car sounds so much better. I would like to throw a big shout out to Eder and his shop Pacific Speed for helping me out in my time of need. My 2005 gto recently started over heating because of a faulty radiator fan. My search for a reasonably priced used one turned up nothing and paying for a new one ($200+) wasn't an option at this time. This being my daily driver  here in southern California ment risking possible motor damage due to running it hot.
