Shortly after, a technician took my van for a quick drive--literally about two minutes--then came back and said they couldn't do anything because the van has a 2-inch factory lift. This didn't make sense to me, considering the vehicle comes that way from the factory and other alignment shops are able to work on it without issue. It honestly felt like a cop-out excuse to avoid doing the work. If this shop isn't equipped or willing to align Sprinter vans with factory specs, that should have been communicated clearly before I took time out of my day to bring it in. Overall, this was a frustrating experience due to poor communication and lack of professionalism.
